[Create a Primordial Fruit]
[Reward 01: Celestial Knowledge, Order of Divinity]
[Accept?] [Yes / No]
Alm and Bruno read it with curiosity. Primordial fruit? They turned toward the Chaos Tree and saw that golden fruit now stable and ripe.
’This doesn’t seem connected to primordial power at all,’ Bruno muttered.
Alm nodded. ’We were just about to consu that small sun, and now we have this weird new fruit... the system isn’t always straightforward, but it feels connected sohow.’
Bruno agreed, and they both accepted the mission and plucked the golden fruit. They examined it closely. The fruit had ford after absorbing the full existence of those eight peak immortal heroes and then matured by absorbing even more heroes.
’We don’t fully understand the law connected to that crown the queen uses, but... this looks like a void core ford using power from that item,’ Alm analyzed coldly.
Without wasting ti, they headed toward the small sun they had recently claid. If it was indeed a void core, it needed to be filled. The na "Primordial Fruit" was pretty self-explanatory.
They activated the full power of their celestial souls and manipulated the small primordial sun. Its energy slowly flowed into the fruit, fusing with it...
Soon, everyone in the universe saw a golden star pulsating radiantly in the sky. Hours later...
[Congratulations, optional mission complete!]
The two sighed in relief. The entire sun had been consud; they’d just burned up their best cultivation resource. If it hadn’t worked, it would have been a massive problem.
A surge of vast knowledge flowed into their minds. Bruno quickly skimd through the information labeled "Order of Divinity."
’This is a detailed guide on how to complete a divine Dao. It gives tips and examples on how to transform an incomplete Dao into sothing unique enough to be fully accepted. It could be useful, but why would they even give us this?’
Bruno pondered while Alm analyzed the glowing fruit. It was frighteningly radiant, with an absurd concentration of power inside. It looked like a small bomb about to explode, making them question why they had even created it.
’We just lost our precious resource, and now we have more questions than answers...’ Alm muttered dryly.
Then suddenly, they saw ru, Almin, Lyra, and Ruri approaching through space. The two were confused by their arrival.
"Dad... I feel a connection to this. It’s like sothing inside is trying to speak," ru said, a bit bewildered.
Ruri ntioned she felt the sa way, while Almin and Lyra said the Cauldron seed strange, with its fluctuations pointing toward the fruit.
"The only common thing among all Chaos Primordial items is that they were born from Heaven’s Will and hold a fragnt of it within," Alm mused. "If they all seem drawn to it..."
The two had an idea of what needed to be done. They had received the mandate of Heaven’s Will, allowing them to manipulate it freely. Of course, their current power limited that significantly, but what if this fruit was the key to solving their power shortage?
Bruno sighed. ’Okay, but what exactly does Heaven’s Will want? The fruit is like a core, now filled with power. It’s like a body... wait?’
They imdiately activated the full power of their celestial souls again. Looking into the distance, they saw sothing resembling a trembling bluish fla. It was Heaven’s Will, appearing as a wisp. They had seen it before but had never bothered interacting with it again.
They stared at it, sensing the fla trembling as if trying to communicate. At the sa ti, they felt two golden eyes observing them from behind.
The queen was aware of their actions. This was one of the reasons they never unleashed their souls at full power. But now, they needed this confirmation.
It lasted for only two seconds. Seeing that ’entity,’ they instinctively got the confirmation they sought. The whale’s eyes opened.
They obviously fled the planet they were on since the queen had sensed their presence and knew their location. However, the underworld was vast, and it would take minutes for her heroes to reach them.
If she could see the whale, they could also see exactly where she was. At that mont, she was still focused on subduing that item in the sa place as before. She wouldn’t move, and they were safe.
After distancing themselves significantly and burrowing into the underground of another empty planet, they retrieved the fruit. They activated the power of the Heaven’s Will mandate, using its reality-altering capabilities to manifest a new form. This ti, they used the fruit as the body.
A soft light illuminated the cavern. They released the fruit, which transford into pure energy and grew. A trembling bluish fla, just over a ter tall, appeared before them.
They felt that Heaven’s Will had wanted this. The fruit had beco a temporary body, allowing its pure will to manifest in the material world.
"You’re one bold, manipulative bastard," Alm said with a dark look, his grievances against it were extensive.
The fla trembled but couldn’t emit any sound. Suddenly, they felt the heavenly laws shifting. Celestial runes began to flow slowly around it, arranging themselves into letters identical to the system’s dialog windows.
[We don’t have much ti. This Primordial Fruit only gave a minute to act directly.]
"Why talk like this? Why didn’t you use the system as always? Just send us on a main quest and speak between the lines," Alm retorted.
[Because if I did that, I would directly break an absolute heavenly law. My existence would be destroyed. Now that I no longer hold the mandate, that would an you’d lose my support completely. Worse, she’d notice, and you’d be marked too.]
[I’ll be as direct as possible. With the acquisition of the Diagram, that woman is one step away from becoming unstoppable for you. Her realm, combined with the power of the three items, will give her the ability to fully infiltrate the heavenly laws and alter them with more authority than you, even with the mandate.]
[Once she figures out how to use even a bit of it, she’ll co after you directly, and you won’t have anywhere to hide. All universes are connected by a single heavenly law; she’ll always know where you are, and you’ll never have ti to ascend.]
"Then why the hell didn’t you force us to stop her from getting the diagram?!" Bruno exclaid in shock.
They already knew that all universes were connected by a single law. After all, the rules were similar, with identical races and Qi cultivation in all of them.
Even the language spoken across universes ca from the heavenly laws. Wherever Qi or minimally established laws existed, people could cultivate it and learn this language. Only in the early developnt of a universe or in universes without Qi—like Earth—did multiple languages persist.
[I gave you options because even if you had stopped her this ti, she’d eventually find another way, and the sa thing would happen. But soon, before she reaches that point, you’ll have a chance to turn the ga around.]
[Talking about this place is an absolute taboo. If you ask that Fey goddess, she’ll only know a little about what I’m talking about. There’s a lot to explain, so I’ll give you the knowledge directly.]
A golden rune, ford with the fruit’s power, floated and invaded the whale’s mind. It couldn’t use the system or speak any other way. With the queen’s crown power, the information went directly into their souls secretly.
They finally understood why they had to go through all that trouble. The queen’s crown power was essential; they had to steal it using the Primordial Chaos pillar’s power. They didn’t imdiately read the information, only staring at the flickering fla that didn’t have much ti left.
[I’ve placed all my bets on you. Your defeat would an the end of everything. She would beco absolute and replace all heavenly laws with her own rules. That’s why... you must... destroy everything...]
Those were the last words ford by the celestial runes. Then the fla disappeared completely.
Alm and Bruno were stunned but quickly focused on reading the information carefully. They soon realized sothing that excited them: they had finally found a piece of information they’d always wanted to know. This was the queen’s greatest secret, and now they were the only ones who knew it.
There was a superior place, a small universe existing within the heavenly laws. It was precisely where all the energies of the laws coexisted and were born—a core of the heavenly laws where their power originated and grew. Within it, a world had erged.
This place was also the origin of the energies governing the physical cultivation gates of life and death. It was called the World of the Higher Heavens.
It opened its doors every fifty million years, and no mortal or immortal life forms could enter—only those who were one with the heavenly laws had access. In other words, only beings who reached the power of a divinity could enter.
Alm and Bruno saw a vivid image from a distant past. It showed the divine soul of a woman, who was not a deity, entering that world.
A hundred thousand years ago, before becoming the queen, this woman used the power of her own eyes and created a thod. Her soul managed to emulate a connection with the heavenly laws, allowing her to enter the place despite not being a deity.
It was an absurdly risky and suicidal move. No one would have done the sa, even if given the chance. The place was known in the past by a few, but no being who entered ever returned alive. That’s why entering it was considered suicide. After all, why would an immortal, who could enjoy eternal life, take such a risk?
But she did. In the eyes of that woman, Alm and Bruno saw an unstoppable Dao heart. Her will pushed her to always advance and surpass her limits.
Inside the World of the Higher Heavens, even gods faced severe restrictions. But not her. Because she wasn’t a deity, she managed to explore it deeply for a few days, pushing forward without thinking of return.
In a stroke of luck, she reached a place where no one else could enter. There, she found a way to break into a realm that had never existed in history.
First, her soul ascended and beca a celestial soul. Then her body turned into pure energy, establishing her abilities to control all laws and beco one with the world. She beca a supre sovereign.
After this breakthrough, she nad the new realm: Sovereign of Eternal Chaos.
Afterward, she left but returned a second ti, now crowned as queen and after winning the war. This ti, she brought with her a large group of deities, including Anizu. She then began to explore the place, which beca her greatest treasure.
However, there was a thirty-day limit for staying in the World of the Higher Heavens, and the queen certainly hadn’t explored even 10% of what was there.
Alm and Bruno understood a bit about the rules. First, no one who entered was supposed to be able to leave. Yet, the queen broke that rule and could even bring people out using her power.
To address this, the heavenly laws adopted a drastic asure: everyone who left had their mories wiped directly from their origin law. Those mories simply ceased to exist within them.
Of course, the queen wasn’t affected, which gave her a massive advantage. She was the only one who could enter and leave while keeping all the knowledge. The deities under her rule would never rember anything, making it almost impossible for them to figure out how to advance to her realm. Even if a missionary tried to search for that information, it simply didn’t exist.
But... she couldn’t predict that the Heaven’s Will mandate would be handed over. Adding that to the power of the Primordial Chaos pillar, which stole part of her power to create a fruit, it all ended up creating an opportunity. Heaven’s Will managed to transmit this knowledge without her knowing or directly violating the rules.
First, Alm and Bruno read about the aspects related to the queen. Then they focused on understanding what that place really was... but it didn’t take long for them to be deeply shocked by what they discovered.
