"This place..." The female voice sounded smooth but carried a unique ancestral weight. The pair of eyes turned inward into the inventory. It was a vast space, as big as a planet. She saw countless beastly souls gathered in the distance, seeming to ditate. A small purple feline walked among them, instructing them.

The creatures sensed her presence but only glanced at her briefly before returning to their concentration. The pair of eyes, now curious, turned. Then suddenly, she jumped in complete shock; in her view was a peculiar tree radiating an aura and a very ancient law.

"Chaos Tree? What the hell...?"

"You are the Fire Yang Phoenix, right?" Alm and Bruno interrupted, staring at her.

The pair of eyes locked onto them with seriousness, feeling an intense connection to Bruno and a huge repulsion towards Alm. "Wait, is that the technique of that hybrid? You managed to separate the poles!"

Bruno spoke calmly: "Yeah, we’re missionaries. I completed the technique and also received the inheritance from the God of the Forge. I know about your sacrifice, and I’m here to get you out of this place. I need your power and your sister’s power to find that thing."

"I understand... So that dwarf really found an heir. Who would have thought a missionary would co along who wasn’t a complete idiot," the voice said, sighing heavily. "But your power is still way too low... You ca way too early. In ten thousand years, this place will be opened again."

"I have my plans," Alm replied dryly, impatient. "I need to know about that bastard dragon. When did he arrive and what is he doing?"

"Hmm, he arrived just under two months ago. He was weak, looks like he used up a lot of his primordial energy. He forced his way into the formation and is sucking up my body’s energies to recover. I estimate he’s at 50% now."

"He forced his way in with his own power?" Bruno asked, getting confirmation that the dragon didn’t ask the heroes for permission.

Alm and Bruno reflected on this. The fact that the dragon was still weak was good news, but even at 1% strength, it would still be impossible to face him directly. The most important point was that the heroes didn’t know he was there.

If sothing happened to the seal and the dragon, it would take ti for them to notice. In their investigation, they might initially bla him, delaying the discovery that soone else had interfered—of course, if they didn’t find the dragon first.

A cold light appeared in Alm and Bruno’s eyes.

The pair of eyes felt their intentions and spoke: "You have potential, but I sense a huge arrogance. You might have a tactic to destroy the seal, but..."

"I’ll be direct with you," Alm interrupted with a cold look. The pair of eyes snorted, clearly irritated with that Yin polarity, which reminded her of an unwanted relative.

"Destroying the seal won’t be the problem, but your true body must be very weak and will take ti before it can be useful. I, on the other hand, need to get rid of the Primordial Dragon and hide her."

Bruno added, looking into her fiery eyes: "Ideally, we keep your body in the seal. I just need to free your soul. If you leave a fragnt of your soul, we can temporarily trick them into taking longer to notice, right?"

"Hm? Indeed, but that won’t work. My divine soul has a primordial fluctuation different from soone born mortal. Escaping with just a soul wouldn’t protect ; they’d sense and hunt down. However, if I take my body with the primordial power and my bloodline, I can be reborn and useful again."

Alm and Bruno got excited, seeing a plan becoming clearer in their minds. "If you have primordial power and part of your bloodline available, you can be reborn at any ti, right?" Bruno asked.

"With a drop of my bloodline and primordial power, yes," she replied quickly.

"Great," Bruno smiled slightly. "I have a thod to hide you temporarily. I want to take only your divine soul from the seal; when the ti cos, you can be reborn. But first, I need your nirvanic flas to revive a mortal with almost no cultivation."

The phoenix’s eyes trembled in disbelief. "For a mortal with almost no cultivation, with a minimal amount of bloodline and primordial power, it would be simple. But even if I believe you can do this and hide ; breaking the seal would be suicide. The Chaos Dragon would sense any change imdiately."

Alm and Bruno laughed upon hearing that, a dark, malicious aura surrounding them. The pair of eyes observed, initially dismissing their reaction, but soon felt sothing terrifying that made her freeze. It was a premonition. Her karma was silently shifting; it felt as if a complete change was about to happen.

"I want your help with two things," Alm said with a twisted smile. "But I don’t trust anyone easily; I’m taking a huge risk here, and you’ll have to prove yourself worthy of trust. I’m only willing because using you to find the Mirror is more convenient. I might find another thod in the future."

His words resonated directly with that will. There was no hesitation, as if he truly didn’t care about abandoning her and was completely sure he’d find another way. The phoenix, however, was even more stunned; her karma froze, as if waiting for her answer to rewrite destiny.

"I... I say the sa!" she exclaid, feeling a nervousness she never thought she could feel again. "If you keep your word, I might be able to trust you at least a little."

Alm nodded coldly: "That makes things easier. Dealing with the Behemoth was complicated, but you catch on quickly. This will be an opportunity for both of us."

Her eyes widened: "Behemoth? He..."

"Yeah, we already freed him. We have experience. But now, things will be more complicated," Bruno said lightly.

In that mont, the phoenix’s will understood that this missionary, just as the dwarf had predicted, was anything but ordinary. He had already achieved the impossible by freeing a primordial beast.

On the colossal mountain known as Lotus Central, a majestic figure coiled with a powerful and unshakeable aura. The Chaos Yang Dragon rested curled up on the rocks, its scales gleaming with an immaculate and ethereal shine. Its gigantic, serpentine, and imposing stature contrasted with the absolute serenity it exuded.

In a state of deep ditation, the dragon was oblivious to everything around it, as if the mortal world were insignificant compared to its ancient existence. Above it, at the peak of the mountain, a two-ter-tall golden rune shone brightly.

That mystical rune pulsed in sync with the dragon. Hidden deep within the mountain, away from prying eyes and senses, a spatial distortion concealed a dark secret.

Wrapped in a veil of darkness was the frail body of a sacred creature, revered in all universes for its benevolence: a Fire Phoenix. She was far from her usual splendor. Her feathers, which once burned with the intensity of the rising sun, were now dull, and her body seed to be withering away over ti.

The Fire Phoenix wasn’t just weak; her body was poorly developed. After being reborn from the ashes and having used everything she had to betray the Calamity of Life or Death, even after being reborn, it would take millions of years for her to recover. It was in this mont of weakness that she was captured and sealed, completely hindering her recovery.

After learning this from the God of the Forge and confirming it with her, Alm and Bruno understood that freeing her like this would be pointless. She could easily be captured again, and to prevent that, they would face many problems.

However, they confird once more: Alone, they were limited. With the talents and help of those they trusted, many doors could open. Her brother created sothing that gave them a unique and unexpected opportunity.

Abruptly, all the disciples on the planet felt a supre power resonate again. Accompanying it was a Primordial Draconic aura. This ti, it wasn’t sothing quick that lasted a second. Then...

**BOOOM!!!**

An explosive and thunderous sound echoed everywhere. An extre agitation caused all the fire laws of the planet to freeze. Everyone felt as if a Primordial Emperor had awakened, and everything that existed could only bow and fear its existence.

It wasn’t just a feeling.

The Chaos Yang Dragon opened its eyes and saw the entire barrier it had created with its power disappear. Its eyes were then drawn to a humanoid figure.

Its eyes narrowed, and a fury that could destroy worlds and upheave the heavens and the earth erupted. It didn’t care to rember the image of a mortal, but it sensed a familiar fluctuation in that body.

"You!" Its harsh words resonated. Soon, a sinister laugh followed. "So it was... a missionary. How did I not sense your divine soul? Well, I’ll find out."

"Great that you’re in a good mood." The humanoid figure began to laugh villainously. Then, it gestured, and sothing small appeared in its hand.

"Oh? I see you ca alone. Feeling confident? I’ve killed so many missionaries that I’ve lost count; you guys are always arrogant, but the others still had so respect. You, though? I think you’ve outdone everyone in audacity." The dragon’s voice ca slowly, as if it found everything hilarious. "You ca because you heard about those who chose to surrender and were accepted by the queen? You won’t get that chance. I’ll deal with you myself. Now that you’re here, she’ll never know of your existence."

"That’s great. I’m here with exactly the sa intentions as you."

The humanoid figure spoke calmly... then its eyes emitted a glow that made the Dragon widen its eyes. In that mont, Alm and Bruno fused back into a single person. The Yin and Yang united. The heavenly laws stirred, as if a unique event in history was about to happen.

The ancient villain opened its eyes, staring at the primordial beast. Its lips moved with words full of malice: "I ca to do what I do best. Kill and destroy."

**RUMBLE!!!**
