Contacting him at such a critical mont, Lin Qi could pretty much guess Guang Ling’s purpose.
The rcenary Corps leader, who had a penchant for cyber-stalking his mbers, knew that he had found Si Ranran.
Guang Ling had most likely discovered Si Ranran’s contact with that A-Class Prosthetic Implanter and had also detected her attack on him through so device within the Alliance Mansion.
Given Guang Ling’s understanding of his abilities, it wouldn’t be hard for him to guess that Lin Qi was about to counterattack.
Lin Qi chose to accept the call. After all, Guang Ling, the leader of the rcenary Corps, had never contacted him in such an urgent manner before.
Of course, if his killing intent had been resolute enough, he could have rejected it. But Lin Qi figured that with Guang Ling’s capabilities, the call would have gone through even if he had tried to reject it.
"Si Ranran is making a move on you, but I don’t think now is the best ti for her to die."
