Chapter 389: Ch-389: Feng i’s Epic Tales

"Hey, is the spiritual energy here stronger than in the Cultivation Tower?" Wang Ming asked curiously.

"Eh? Of course! I’ve cultivated at the tower before, and even the lowest floor here has higher spiritual energy. The Cultivation Tower only has such high spiritual density because of the spirit dinsion leaking energy into it," Feng i explained.

Gulp.

’Then just how high is the spiritual concentration inside the Spirit Dinsion itself?’ the girls wondered, swallowing a mouthful of saliva.

"Which one is the Jade Peak?" Bai Lingxi asked.

"That one—the smallest one," Feng i said with a sigh as she pointed toward it.

’That’s small?’ Everyone’s eyebrows twitched at the disappointnt in Feng i’s tone.

As they walked toward the Jade Peak, they saw countless disciples wearing robes of different colors, each representing the Peak they belonged to.

"That’s the battlefield. That’s where the Peak Ranking Matches take place," Feng i pointed out as they passed by a massive stadium comparable to the Olympic stadium on Earth.

As they continued walking, the disciples who saw them suddenly froze and stopped what they were doing, staring at Feng i as if they had seen a ghost.

Wang Ming and the girls raised an eyebrow when they saw the gawking expressions of so of the disciples who were staring at them—or more specifically, at Feng i. They quickly understood their reaction as the disciples began whispering among themselves while pointing at her.

"Huh, am I seeing things?" one of the Core Disciples said, rubbing his eyes in disbelief.

"Hey, hey, is that Disciple Feng i?" another disciple asked unable to believe her eye.

"Where?" soone else chid in.

"What the hell? She’s wearing the robes of the Jade Peak Core Disciples!" exclaid another from the crowd.

"Impossible! The Virgin Goddess joining the Jade Peak Core Disciples? No way!" soone else said in disbelief.

"No, it’s true! Hey—doesn’t that an she’s picked a partner, or maybe even a Dao Companion?" said a female disciple, stunned.

"How co she’s completely opposite from her mother—the Yang Devil—who supposedly drains n dry? A young maiden completely different from her mother," another person muttered.

"But I still find it hard to believe, judging by her past actions," another disciple added.

"Yeah, how could she have a partner? I an... she’s known to be very violent when soone tries to pursue her," one disciple interjected.

"True, true. I rember once she beat a male Core Disciple black and blue—almost to the brink of death when he proposed to her. And when that disciple went to complain to the Peak Masters, they beat him up instead. Then, when she found out he complained about her, she went to his abode and beat him up again, poor disciple" soone said, gulping nervously.

"Another ti, an Inner Court Disciple who got smitten with her tried to impress her with his cultivation, but she brought him to his knees with her own cultivation pressure. He hasn’t left his peak in years since that humiliation," said another disciple as he reminisced.

"Huh, this is nothing. I saw sothing even more outrageous. There was this guy who thought he was incredibly talented with the sword. He showed off his sword technique and assud she was impressed. When she didn’t say anything, he thought she was awed into silence but..." the female disciple said, trying to hold back her laughter which she clearly failed to do.

"When he looked at her, he found her dozing off, which made him both ashad and angry. He challenged her to a duel and tried to use his powerful technique—but before he could even begin, she snatched his sword! He couldn’t perform his technique, and the situation beca hilariously awkward. I rember laughing like crazy that day. Every ti he tried to get his sword back, she would dodge him. This went on for hours. He was utterly humiliated. Without even letting him use his technique, she tied him up. Then she returned his sword—only to crush him with an even more powerful technique, which made him piss his robes and leave in tears," the female disciple chuckled, and the others who overheard also laughed.

"Oh, there was another incident," a male disciple added. "Rember when Feng i got really irritated by the proposals? She challenged everyone at once. Of course, only the weak idiots showed up. During the battle, she stripped them butt-naked and tossed them off the stage. She even broke so of their family jewels with her kicks! From that day no male disciple dared to approach her" he said, shivering, as he crossed his legs—just like the other male disciples who rembered the scene.

’Heavens... her history is as unique and terrifying as Bai Lingxi’s,’ thought Wang Ming, as the target of their conversation shifted to him.

"Look, that disciple must be her partner. I’m so jealous he got to join the Jade Peak," said a male disciple, looking enviously at Wang Ming.

"I’m still surprised Peak Master Zhou Huixin allowed it," said another male disciple, glaring at Wang Ming.

"Heh, what are you jealous about? Just look at his face—he’s a hundred tis better-looking than any of you," a female disciple snorted in disdain, staring at Wang Ming with glazed eyes.

"You..." the male disciples who heard her glared at her in rage.

Although Jade Peak was considered the weakest in terms of combat over the years, many male disciples still wanted to join it because it was exclusively for female disciples—and the most beautiful won in the sect belonged to it.

"Whatever. Honestly, it makes things feel less weird now. The daughter of Elder Feng Chang—once known as the ’Virgin Goddess’—finally having a partner makes more sense. Before, it was just plain strange. I just hope he doesn’t get sucked dry by her," said a female disciple.

"Yeah, I heard Disciple Feng i’s father turned into a dry husk and died after Dual Cultivating once with Elder Feng," added a male disciple with a shudder
