Tyler was running around the room.
His speed was good enough to dodge every attack from those statues, but whenever he tried to attack, his attack wasn't doing any damage to them.
Bang! Bang!
His sword struck their legs with an intense force, but it could barely scratch them.
And, at this mont, Tyler had started using the lightning energy for destruction.
He wasn't using the elental arts that he possessed. Nor was he using the new elental arts.
He was just basically swinging his sword after infusing lightning energy within it.
Lightning Energy and Sword Essence hadn't rged yet, but they slowly started to work.
Tyler rushed back and once again dashed forward. His sword swung once more and struck the leg.
This ti, he managed to crack a little bit more. But it wasn't enough.
He kicked the ground and jumped. His body hovered behind the statue, and his sword struck faster.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
He tried to move his sword as fast as he could, slashing the back of the statue continuously until the statue swung its arm.
Thud!
Tyler dropped to the ground and ran away from the statue. He had left large marks on its back, so he didn't hesitate to attack the other.
'Sothing isn't working. Although lightning energy and sword essence are infusing in the sa sword, they aren't increasing its destructive power by much.'
'I don't want them to add their destructive power. I want it to multiply. What should I do? What could help ?'

When those words erged in his mind, Tyler was reminded of the catalyst that helped him properly utilize both of them without harming his body.
Internal Energy!
'I didn't think about it before, but I am not using the lightning energy and sword essence one after another. I am using them at the sa ti. So, would it even work?'
'At that ti, it was only helping make my rod durable. So, how would it react to a sword?'
Tyler's right hand suddenly rose and released a branch. Using wood slinging, he dodged the statue's deadly attack.
Tyler landed a bit far from the statues. And his right hand clenched the hilt of his sword. He took a deep breath as he stared at the statues.
'Right now, I am in a position that will give a few seconds to do sothing. I don't have the ti to change my position and restart the process again.'
'But, wait. What if I restrict their movents for just a few monts? I will get much more ti.'
"Sapling, can you extend the branches and wrap them with those branches?" Tyler spoke.
"I don't know. I will try, master."
"Alright! Here you go."
Tyler smiled in response. He extended his arms and waited for the sapling to respond. He felt that the sapling would be able to pull this off without any problem.
And, it did. As soon as he extended his arms, the massive branches sprouted out of his arms and stretched until they reached in front of the statues.
Crunch! Crunch! Crunch!
The branches started wrapping the statues. Seeing this, Tyler was surprised.
He originally thought the sapling would use a few branches to restrict the statue's foot or hands, but it was stopping the entire statue.
'But, this is even better. Before they could co out, I need to combine these three energies at once.'
Tyler closed his eyes and released a deep breath.
He took a martial artist stance where he would put his hands down, with palms facing the ground and the tips of the middle fingers touching each other.
His spiritual sense entered his body as he started conjuring his lightning energy, sword essence, and internal energy inside his dantian.
Sword Essence and Lightning Energy were already inside, so he only took them far from the spiritual root.
As for Internal Energy, it took so ti, but eventually, it reached his dantian. At one corner of the dantian, three different lights blood.
Purple light represents lightning. Scarlet light represents his sword essence. And, yellow represents his internal energy.
When these three energies reached the front of each other, Tyler started rging them.
He forced three energies into colliding against each other and used his spiritual sense to keep them connected.
'I need to make sure this works. I won't have any other chance. I must rge them.'
Crack! Crack! Crack!
Although Tyler was completely focused on this process, he could still hear the cracks.
He knew those statues were slowly breaking the branches and coming out of them.
Whenever he tried to rge those three energies, they just moved away from each other as if they were the sa sides of a magnet.
But, eventually, he was able to keep them connected for quite so ti.
But even so, it didn't an he was successful in rging them.
Crack! Crack! Bang! Bang!
Those two statues broke free from the branches and walked toward Tyler.
The sapling sensed this danger and imdiately released lots of branches to restrict them once again.
But this ti, those statues managed to crush those branches even before those branches could touch them.
The massive sword strikes caused the ground to shake. Tyler had sweat covering his entire forehead. He knew this wasn't going as he planned.
He thought he would be able to combine them as soon as he tried, but no matter how much he tried, those three forces wouldn't rge at all.
'Enough is enough! Damn it. I am going to put everything on the line. I have already returned alive after eting death once. I don't need to do that the second ti.'
He released every bit of ntal power he had to forcefully rge them.
And, it was only the second ti after that, his ntal powers were destroyed.
Now, he had no control over those three energies inside his body. But this gave those energies a push that they required to rge.
Bang!
Massive energy bursts out of those three energies. It was not just powerful but also destructive.
As it moved around, the words [Must Die] got excited and started releasing a massive amount of destruction energy inside his body.
His spiritual energy, lightning energy, and sword essence. All of them were destroyed as soon as they ca into contact with the destruction energy.
'I made a mistake.'
Tyler finally gave up. He realized that he no longer had any control over his dantian, and it wouldn't be long before his entire dantian would be destroyed.
But, at this mont, an image of his mother ca in front of his eyes.
The Will that had already been flattened started blooming once again. The strong desire to keep up erged in his eyes.
'No! This is not the end. Sapling is still not giving up. So, why should I?'
'Let's give this one more try. I have tried everything, but I still have that. I no longer possess the ntal energy that ans I need to create it again.'
'And, there is possibly only one thing that can help with this.'
