Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Stunning the Audience

The FOR group also looked up amid the commotion and, upon seeing the young man who walked in, were all sowhat surprised.

The bright laser lights shone on his ssy yet layered black hair, casting a small shadow on his forehead, and his amber-colored eyes, pretty in shape, shined like little stars in the sky, oozing charm towards the cara. His nose and lips were beautiful, and his neck elongated.

Dressed in a pure white suit, he carelessly, yet calculatingly, tucked a blade of green grass in his chest pocket and carried an expensive gift box in his hand. His delicate features resembled those of a boy from a comic book, and his deanor was as elegant as a prince from a fairy tale.

Cary, feeling a silent “damn” inside, put down his glass.

Who is this person? If he’s just a privileged young master from so prominent family, that’s one thing, but if he’s a newcor in the entertainnt circle, then FOR might have encountered a formidable rival.

Even Lin Yan, who always had a mild temperant and stayed out of the fray, couldn’t help but take several more glances at him.

As the lights shone on her, and while the people around her discussed in hushed tones, Ye Xian graciously waved to everyone.

Accustod to being a big star in her past life, effortlessly controlling her presence in front of the cara, and used to being the center of attention, even in the most splendid events, she bore a composed presence without a hint of stage fright.

After waving, Ye Xian’s sharp eyes caught sight of three familiar silhouettes in a corner.

FOR, her group.

They were all brothers; how could she not go and say hello?

“Damn, why is he coming over to us? Is he here to provoke us?”

Cary nudged Lin Yan lightly with his elbow, assuming a stance that signaled his teammates to prepare for battle.

Lin Yan: “Don’t overthink it, maybe he just recognizes us and is coming over to greet us.”

However, Wanze’s expression froze when he noticed the small black teardrop mole at the corner of the new arrival’s left eye.

Is it him?

In the FOR boy group, the leader with the golden hair, tallest and most outstanding looks was Wanze; Lin Yan, with his elegant, gentle deanor and recent concert-inspired light red dyed hair, was placid; Cary, the flamboyant playboy known for his lively personality and penchant for eye-catching clothes, was distinct.

The three of them each had their unique flair, making them easily recognizable.

Ye Xian felt fortunate to have dyed her hair before coming; otherwise, standing next to them would be like a glaring set of traffic lights.

Approaching them, Ye Xian casually picked up a glass of champagne from a tray, “You guys arrived quite early.”

As soon as she spoke, Cary’s jaw nearly dropped, and even Lin Yan’s normally calm face couldn’t hide his shock.

This familiar tone, as if she were an old acquaintance of theirs…

Ye, Ye’s followers?!

How did he transform like this?

From a flashy street ruffian, with a rudintary haircut and a spirited young man, to an upper-crust young master?

Such a drastic change, how did it happen? What kind of trigger caused this?

“You, you’re Ye’s followers… Ye Xian?”

Cary stamred, unable to believe his eyes.

Lin Yan’s usually serene face stiffened.

Ye Xian raised one eyebrow handsoly, “If not, then who?”

Their astonishnt was within her expectations, but what was unexpected was Wanze’s reaction; he seed to have recognized her already.

Seeing Wanze again made her feel slightly embarrassed, especially since the first thing she encountered was the awkward situation of her previous self drugging him.

However, he hadn’t sought her out these past few days, hadn’t ntioned the incident, and hadn’t called the police; didn’t that an he hadn’t taken it to heart?

Perhaps it would be better for her to take the initiative to reconcile, to turn hostility into amicability, since she wasn’t going to make the sa mistakes her past self did.
