After buying those items, Ethan equipped them and then began to harness the chaos energy around him and transfer them to the items. Maybe it was because their quality was high, but Ethan didn't find any trouble in the process. After ten minutes, he enhanced the first set to the point that it beca four tis better.. even the skill to actually upgrade items wasn't that good.
"Try to use this and tell what you think," Ethan said while passing Ian the first set.
"... How the hell can you make those appear out of nowhere?" Ian asked. "Your system makes no sense… they seem fine. I don't think that the energy is affecting , and it isn't like it beca a cursed item either."
As Ethan delved deeper into the chaotic energy, a profound transformation took place within him. Drawing upon his newfound understanding and control, he channeled the raw power and redirected it toward enhancing his items. The energy, once volatile and unpredictable, succumbed to his will, transforming into a more refined and focused form.
However, the toll of this imnse power on Ethan's mind was not to be underestimated. The relentless exposure to chaotic energy, even in its controlled state, left its mark on his psyche. It caused a deep-seated disturbance within him, a maelstrom of conflicting emotions and fragnted thoughts that threatened to unravel his ntal stability.
Despite the turmoil brewing within him, Ethan hid the extent of his inner struggle from his friends. He maintained his usual facade, careful not to let them see the cracks in his resolve. He understood that his ntal state was a price he had to pay in his pursuit of power, and he was determined to protect his friends from unnecessary worry.
"All right, do you guys want so good equipnt as well?" Ethan asked. "I got a lot of coins in the previous battle, after all."
"Are you completely sure that this process isn't damaging you?" Emily asked after she approached Ethan and looked him in the eye. "My intuition says that it can't be that easy…"
"You have the downgraded version of woman's intuition, girl's Intuition," Ethan said. "It is a lot less effective, so you are wrong."
Emily wasn't convinced, even though she was a bit angry at the words. Regardless, everyone there knew that they needed so more help to fight the enemies, and they couldn't deny that power up.
Ethan enhanced the second and third set and then bought a magic set for Anna and Mary as well. The first would increase her summoning skills, and the other would enhance the ice magic for Mary.
The final one was Emily, and Ethan didn't know what it would be good for her. A copy of Aline's seed like it would be a waste… fortunately, Ethan found a new set that he hadn't seen before, and it seed too good to be true.
