"Woooo!!" This is really amazing.
This is really amazing that a sli society can be this enormous. Just from the look, I can easily guess that there is more than few thousands slis are currently living here in the outer part of city.
You might wonder, how these sli live? Well in simple words, just like humans, because most of the slis here have figure of human, or rather of females to be more specific.
Not that I see the whole society, it is now very clear to what is going on here. There are small, spherical and translucent slis hopping around like children playing outside the houses in a normal city.
Rather than overthinking in trying to understand things myself, I decide to ask Sophia about it,"Why there are normal smiles while most of the slis have figure of female. What is exactly going on here?"
"Uh? It is simple...." Turning 180 degree to answer as she continues walking beside Jolie. She continues,"It is not that all the sli with human like figure are that of high level but rather after achieving a certain age and intelligence, by the grace of her majesty, sli empress give them a figure similar to human, which is of course optional."
’Optional?’, "What do you an optional? If it is optional, then why I can’t see even one of them in any other figure than that of either a normal spherical, small, sli or a normal female figure."
But well hearing my question, rather than explaining things to vervally, Joie decides to demonstrate things. That is, suddenly the female like light greenish sli, who is none other than Joie herself, starts to deform and then....well what is in front of is no longer a figure of female or even a figure a human because what she is now is not even close to being a human.
Currently there is a figure of small four leged, greenish but translucent dragon in front of , which has of course been JOIE, the greenish sli like female.
’So they can change, in whichever form they want?’
"Now understand?"
"Yup....you can change in any form you want...or sothing like that, right?"
"Yup, they can have any form as long as they have ever even had a piece of their body and beside it is not like they can use the skill of the specific race, but still, they can use the skill to so extent but well having a little magic power and near to none magic defence make it all nearly useless, unless they are in truly large numbers."
And just like that our march towards the, not so grand and luxurious, palace in the middle of the large city continues....

"Your majesty, this Sophia." A jolly and not so formal sound resounds in a big and a too well decorated room to be of a normal royalty.
"Yes, you can enter!"
Thwack!!
"Ooo myy, who we have here....hehehehe...long ti no see Sophia!"
Without hesitating in her steps, Sophia marches towards the balcony, where a lady can be seen sitting on a chair with a luxurious cup filled to the brim with what seems to be not so common things.
"Ooo... sothing special, ain’t it?" Seemingly catching the unusual, yet captivating, aroma of the tea, Sophia asks while staring at the tea cup like so hungry beast looking at its first prey of the day.
"Ooo? Then wanna give it a try?" Seeing the eyes of Sophia, which has been screaming at her the whole ti to ask her exactly that, the lady starts to pour a new cup of tea, only to be stopped, by seemingly her maid, who has been standing beside her in a proper maid uniform the whole ti, as she takes on the task of pouring a new cup tea along with manifesting a new similar chair just beside her majesty, The Sli Empress, Kathien Seraphina, like it’s a day to day thing.

Few Minutes Later:
"So What’s it, that brings my Sophia here once again in just few days?"
’Rather than that why the hell do I feel this familiar mana, that is so close to . Who can it be, making so anxious to spread my mana?’ Kaithen ponders as she pats the head of the Sophia, currently laying partially in her lap and in the chair beside her.
"Ooo, shit....I totally forgot....." hearing kaithen’s question suddenly Sophia jumps awake as if sothing bad has happened and well turning towards the maid, standing just behind their chair, she continues,"Lucan? Is he still waiting in the waiting room?"
"Lucan? Ooo! The small dragon that ca with you earlier? Well don’t worry, he is currently enjoying al in the central dining hall. Before that he has been talking to the so maids and other attendants about this place, that is purely about our culture and such, So we thought it would be better if we serve him so of our famous cousins rather than disturbing you and your majesty’ sweet ti."
"Ooo...God!!" Giving a Sigh of relief, as if the disaster has settled down, she turns towards the Kaithen, who has of course a bit of a different facial expression than a normal one.
’Lucan?...I need to see myself....’ Suddenly a invisible blast of mana went through the whole mansion as she tried to find exactly who the hell is Sophia talking about.
’Fuck....’ As soon as she sensed the mana, which she was especially not hoping to see, her expression just slightly crumbles but sohow she manages herself. While her thought continues,’ Can things be any worse. Why in the world is Lucian here....that is under the na of Lucan, it would be too bad if.....’
"So, ya..the reason I ca to you your majesty is that I have recently made a friend nad Lucan, he is from the Dragon village, near the Blue mountain....." Before Kaithen can finish her thought, Sophia starts to speaks and once her words surely catches the attention of her majesty more and more as she continues, "We has just beco friends today and he is very good person, so...I am hoping can I gift him a teeny tiny sli so that we could communicate to each other...plssssssssss!!!"
And just like that Sophia’s pleading goes on, as the sun is about to set completely.
