Thus, three days later.

The Half-Beastn, accompanied by the Casters they recruited from Green City, began their return to the Green Forest.

The group was not small, as there were as many as thirty-six people.

It proved that the power of Gold Taler was limitless.

Among them, the youngest was Amos, while the oldest was already in his forties or fifties, with strength varying widely.

The weakest, Amos, was only level 1, while the strongest was as high as level 12.

Level 12 was already considered Advanced Casters, yet even such Casters couldn’t resist the temptation of 200 Gold Talers! Willing to face the Giant Dragon directly to try and obtain these Gold Talers!

The Half-Beastn were very satisfied with the talents they had recruited, believing it was enough to report to their master.

After nearly a week of travel, they finally returned to the Green Forest.

The thirty-six Casters finally faced their employer.

As described in rumors, it was black-scaled with red scales densely covering its chest and abdon, with fissures between the scales glowing and flickering like flowing magma, and its limbs appeared extrely powerful.

The neck was much shorter compared to typical Giant Dragon records, with hideous dragon horns and a pair of bloodshot eyes, looking sowhat terrifying as they scanned all the Casters, seemingly scrutinizing them closely.

Nodding frequently, it seed quite satisfied with this group of Casters.

The body length of the Giant Dragon was about the sa as rumored.

A group of about thirty Half-Beastn and around twenty Elves stood about twenty to thirty ters behind it.

These Half-Beastn were clad in Beast Skirts, wielding bone and wooden weapons.

The Elves, too, looked quite shabby!

At a glance, they didn’t seem very strong.

Among the Casters, a burly one exchanged looks with a bald one, both revealing smiles.

Great! Just as expected!

This Giant Dragon hasn’t even reached adulthood! It’s probably not that big even among youths!

Doesn’t look very formidable!

The bald Caster slightly curled his lips, suddenly pulling out a handful of gray sand from his robe and casually tossed it.

The next mont, with a soft sound, the sand transford into masses of black fog, enveloping a hundred-ter radius, obscuring everyone’s view!

Many Casters even used spells to enhance their vision, but in this fog, it was entirely ineffective.

This black fog had the effect of blocking spell detection!

Of course, primarily, it was ant to obscure the Giant Dragon’s sight!

At this thought, everyone was startled.

They seed to realize sothing wrong was happening.

At that mont, a loud shout rang out:

"Honorable Casters! The day to slay the dragon is today!

An Evil Dragon, only in its youth, occupies the trade routes, preying on rchants! Committing every evil!

Does it really think us devoid of heroes?! Today, let us join forces to slay it! Restore peace to this world!"

"That’s right! Kill this Evil Dragon! Once it’s slain, we can seize its treasures! That’s tens of thousands of treasures!

With these treasures, we shall be completely free! Anything we desire shall be ours!"

Another person imdiately followed up.

The words made the hearts of the Casters present race wildly.

Before they could say anything.

The gleam of magic flickered in the mist, several spells bombarding the direction where the Giant Dragon just was, releasing a series of booms.

Many Casters, seeing this, felt their hearts leap wildly.

All they could think about was the image of themselves lying amidst tens of thousands of Gold Talers, laughing maniacally!

Gritting their teeth, these Casters also began casting spells, so using Summoning Spells, so using Protective Spells, so Beneficial Skills, while others directly launched spells towards the Giant Dragon!

The elents surged all at once, with the constant booming and banging.

"Damn Casters! How dare you ambush my master! I will smash your skulls to pieces!"

Gewu Shattered Head roared at this mont.

But before he could make a move, Land’s roar echoed through:

"Get out of my way! These Casters are mine! I will crush them all into pulp!"

As his words fell, a terrifying gale swept across swiftly.

Within a few breaths, the entire fog was dispersed.

The Casters saw that at that mont, the Giant Dragon was continuously flapping its massive Dragon Wings, with gales fiercely assailing them!!

Quite a few of the weaker ones even retreated under the force of this power!

So spells, yet to even approach the Giant Dragon, skewed in direction, landing beneath it, to the side, etc...

The Giant Dragon appeared no different from earlier, only its expression more nacing.

The previous black fog didn’t seem to have posed any trouble to the Giant Dragon.

But the Casters took advantage of the mont to prepare.

Among the figures clad in Magic Robes, there were a few skeletal fras.

These skeletons, so held shields and swords, others rode on skeletal horses.

They seed not easy to deal with.

Evidently, so Mage had summoned these Undead Warriors.

There were also several three-ter-tall massive Earth Elents composed entirely of soil, their bodies robust, weighing at least over a ton, exceedingly troubleso fellows.

They were the finest Warriors, possessing strength comparable to regular Hill Giants.

Then there were the Water Elents, nearly two ters tall, their bodies surging with water flow, twisting their arms incessantly, enough to shoot projectiles comparable in power to those of Elf Divine Archers.

"Go! Kill that Giant Dragon!!!"

A bald Caster shouted, waving his hand,

A few Water Elents swung their arms, shooting out bubbles forcefully, bombarding the Giant Dragon!

The other Casters followed, casting spells repeatedly at the Giant Dragon!

Ice Arrows, Acid Liquid, Magic Missiles, and even beams of Weakness and Slow.

"Foolish and pathetic Casters! You are seeking your own doom!!"

The Giant Dragon roared once more, unleashing terrifying Dragon Mighty, attacking many Casters directly! Causing several Casters to choke mid-spell.

At the sa ti, it fiercely charged towards the Casters!

So low-level spells struck the Giant Dragon, erupting into clusters of sparks without slowing it down by even a fraction!

Only when hit by several beams did its body montarily stiffen!

This Giant Dragon’s resistance to spells far exceeded the Casters’ expectations!

This shocked many Casters, prompting them to retreat to the sides!

A brawny Caster observed this and quickly shouted:

"Do not fear! This is just a young dragon! With my Earth Elents here, it will surely be blocked!"

"Oooooh!!!"

With a bizarre roar, several more than three-ter-tall, mighty Earth Elents moved, blocking the inevitable path of the Giant Dragon!

But the Giant Dragon appeared not the least concerned, not sparing a glance, its blazing red eyes fixed intently on every Mage present!

The sight chilled them to the bone.
