It awakened the World Serpent from its slumber.

Feeling the presence of two powerful beings, the World Serpent raised its head to look at the sky.

On that enormous serpent head, at least several kiloters wide, two eyes, each several kiloters large, stared coldly at the two Divine Beings.

"Hiss!! Roar!!"

The World Serpent roared and, without hesitation, lifted its tail, sweeping toward the two Divine Beings in the sky!

The power of this tail strike was imnse.

The re force of this sweep seed enough to tear the space apart.

A violent hurricane, at least ten levels strong, swept across a radius of a thousand kiloters.

Uprooting forests that were tens of thousands of ters high, one after another.

"Is this monster the reason Land Saphis Oakben lured us here?

It surely looks colossal, but sheer size doesn’t equate to true power! Monster! Feel the might of the gods!

Then tremble under this power!"

The body of the Dawn Sun transford into a blazing sun, moving gently to dodge the World Serpent’s tail.

The tail slashed through the sky, crashing to the ground.

The imnse power drove the ground down by dozens of kiloters.

A crack, spanning tens of thousands of kiloters, reminiscent of a great canyon, kept extending backward.

The body of the Dawn Sun split at this mont.

A fiery sun, ten kiloters in diater, shot toward the head of the World Serpent.

Temperatures of millions of degrees erupted, making the whole world seemingly lt, and space twist.

However, this terrifying might, as quickly as it ca, dissipated just as fast.

A strange wave of power swept over it, transforming its body, and the blazing sun it split off.

From about ten kiloters, they shrank to a small sun only around one kiloter in diater.

With the reduced size, although the temperature remained, the montum was far less intimidating.

As it descended toward the World Serpent’s head, it was swallowed whole in a single gulp!

The small sun released a massive amount of light inside the World Serpent, remaining vividly visible.

Sliding gently down its esophagus.

Soon, it was completely digested, disappearing without a trace.

The World Serpent, having swallowed the small sun, showed no signs of change, rely feeling a bit displeased, as if it had consud so garbage, growling in frustration.

"Hiss roar!!!"

"What kind of monster is this? It can weaken my Sun Divine Power and then directly devour it? Antoli Plane still hides such a creature?"

The Dawn Sun exclaid in shock.

"Don’t be afraid, my dear! I’ll assist you!"

The Earth Mother Goddess shouted.

Divine Power erupted, causing the ground’s stones to rise one after another.

Transforming into a Rock Giant, hundreds of kiloters tall, but like before, its body swiftly shrank by ten tis.

Yet the Earth Mother Goddess was undeterred, continuing to unleash Divine Power, restoring her body to its original hundreds of kiloters height.

However, her expression was no longer as optimistic as before.

Instead, she exclaid:

"This being is using a Domain! It’s a Witch King Level monster! That this world still harbors such a creature! To counter this Domain, the consumption of Divine Power is enormous; prolonged confrontation is unfavorable for us!

Quick, withdraw from this Domain!"

With that, the Earth Mother Goddess struck the World Serpent’s body, embedding it deep into the ground.

Before retreating.

Pulling back several thousand kiloters.

Finally returning to normal.

At this point, the two Divine Beings dared not approach the World Serpent again, instead launching continuous attacks from the sky.

Clustered small suns, along with a troop of Stone Giants, relentlessly battered the World Serpent.

Yet, due to the presence of the Suru Realm, these attacks were largely ineffective against the World Serpent.

Nonetheless, they irritated it imnsely.

The serpent flew skyward, aiming to pursue them, but in terms of speed, it was nowhere comparable to the two Divine Beings, resulting in a stalemate.

The Dawn Sun and Earth Mother Goddess are gods of trendous Divine Power.

Among them, the Earth Mother Goddess is considered the most supre Deity.

Yet in the face of the World Serpent, they seed inadequately equipped.

This is solely because of the Domain’s overwhelming power.

Additionally, there’s another reason: the two Divine Beings don’t wish to engage in a death duel with the World Serpent before them.

For Divine Beings.

Battles consu Divine Power.

Divine Power is a consumable resource.

Provided by followers across various realms.

It is finite.

Though they have nurtured and developed their power for hundreds or millions of years, it remains limited.

However, the World Serpent, or rather the Witch Kings of this world, differ fundantally from these Deities.

After using power, they can quickly recover as long as they rest normally.

This recovery speed is sothing the pantheon wielding Divine Power can’t match.

As long as a Witch King can’t be killed in a single battle, they can continuously recuperate, battle again, recuperate, and battle again.

Whereas the Divine Power of Deities like the Dawn Sun and Earth Mother Goddess will be continuously depleted...

This is sothing most Deities cannot accept.

If they unleash their full might in an all-out battle, it’s uncertain who would win in a one-on-one fight.

After thousands of years of battles.

The Deities of the Ayo Plane have also considerably improved, developing so thods to deal with Witch Kings, though they co with excessive resource costs.

As a result, they are generally unwilling to use them.
