Ling Yun chuckled and nodded before replying to her with another question. “Science? Why do you have to explain it through science?”
Xue ining and Ning Lingyu were caught off guard by his response and did not understand what Ling Yun ant by that question. Right now, Tie Xiaohu had regained his balance and gave a faint smile.
Xue ining pondered his question and replies, “Since young, we’ve learned to respect and believe in science.”
Ling Yun nodded once again and continued to retort with another question. “Well, what if it simply cannot be explained by science? What would you do then?”
Once again, Ling Yun’s question took Xue ining by surprise. She furrowed her brows and pondered deeply. “Well then, that wouldn’t make sense…”
Both Ning Lingyu and Tie Xiaohu remained quiet as they looked at Ling Yun thoughtfully. They felt as if the reason Ling Yun had intentionally brought the both of them out was not as simple as giving them the opportunity to witness the occurrence of a waterspout.
Ling Yun burst out in laughter after hearing Xue ining’s answer. “Whatever cannot be explained by science doesn’t make sense? What kind of logic is that?”
Whatever cannot be explained by science is often written off as superstition or nonsensical. This is truly an outrageous concept.
Right after those words left Ling Yun’s mouth, his facial expression turned serious as he continued to question Xue ining. “Let ask you. Where do the birds in the sky co from? Since it’s a waterspout, where does the water go after it gets sucked into the air? Why doesn’t it fall back into the lake? Do these water molecules not obey the laws of gravity? Or did they evaporate and beco steam? I don’t think the weather is that hot now, is it?”
“Alright. You said that the water was blown up by the tornado. Now that the tornado has stopped, why hasn’t the water descended back into the lake?”
“These questions, I’m afraid the online resources have casually missed them out, right?”
Ling Yun’s rapid-fire of questions left Xue ining completely tongue-tied. She had never once thought of these questions before.
Actually, one cannot simply deny the importance of science and technology. Of course, science and technology are extrely useful and have a huge impact on the world. This is clearly undeniable and beyond question.
However, if there is sothing that cannot be explained by science, others would automatically generalize it under superstitions or nonsense. This is definitely not advisable.

For example, the Big Bang Theory that has been recognized by the majority. It explains that the universe started as a small dot that exploded and grew with the passing of ti and space, finally giving form to the universe as humans know it.
Anyone who is not an idiot could probably figure out another problem that cos along with this Big Bang Theory. Before the explosion of the small dot, putting aside what was inside the dot, what was on the outside of it?
Such a bullsh*t theory was able to sweep the world. What kind of scientific theory is this? The funny thing is, countless scientists have even tried to prove the validity of this theory!
Ning Lingyu and Tie Xiaohu seed to begin to understand what Ling Yun was trying to convey. They had their eyes fixed on Ling Yun as they anticipated the next part of his explanation.
Ling Yun saw that he had achieved his goal and flashed a smile yet again. “What I’m trying to tell you all is to accept that so things do exist. Don’t intentionally pretend that they do not exist, don’t reject the idea. We as humans are not invincible. Just because there are so things that we are unable to co into contact with, it does not an that it does not exist in this world. Just because there are things you don’t understand, it does not an that it’s wrong or illogical. The both of you, do you understand now?”
Just as Xue ining continued racking her brain as she tried to understand Ling Yun’s seemingly ‘illogical’ explanation and theory, Ning Lingyu suddenly flashed a smile. “Big Brother, the reason you’re so strong right now, is it because you ca into contact with things that normal humans don’t usually co across?”
Even though Ning Lingyu did not get it right, she was not too far off. Ultimately, my little sister is still the smart one. I suppose it will be a lot easier for to explain so things to her in the future.
At least, Ling Yun believed that he no longer needed to rack his brain to co up with explanations for his sudden gain in strength to satiate his sister’s curiosity.
This was the real reason why he had brought Ning Lingyu and Tie Xiaohu here to witness the waterspout. Or else, he would have chosen to venture here alone and save himself all the trouble.
Right now, the sky above Qingshui City was as bright as day, but Ling Yun knew that there was a big storm coming to Qingshui City this evening.
Standing on Tiger Cliff, his eyes swept across his surrounding as he thought to himself, No wonder this is regarded as the top 10 sceneries of Qingshui Lake. The scenery is simply astonishing.

He figured that it was probably Tang ng, thus he quickly picked up the call.
“Boss, we can see that the four of you are standing on Tiger Cliff. Haha, did you guys get drenched in water?”
Tang ng was currently knee deep in jealousy over Ling Yun’s apparent favoritism towards Tie Xiaohu and his tone over the phone carried an obvious hint of schadenfreude.
Well, I didn’t get drenched in water, I got drenched in dragon spiritual energy instead. Hehe…
He replied in confusion, “Say, where are you guys right now? On the opposite side of the lake, right? How are you seeing us from that far away?”
Ling Yun was truly confused. With his superb eyesight, he could not even spot Tang ng and his friends when he had been running his bouts around the mountain. He just assud that Tang ng had not arrived yet. He would never have thought that Tang ng would spot them first.
Of course, Tang ng had only spotted them with the help of a telescope that was pointed at Tiger Cliff.
“Hehe, Boss, we’re in the private room of Qingshui Restaurant. There’s a telescope here. The sight of the waterspout just now was truly magnificent. What a sight to behold!”
Ling Yun understood now and nodded his head. “Alright, wait for at Qingshui Restaurant. We’ll head there real soon.”, Ling Yun said before hanging up.
After the call ended, Tang ng looked at the phone in his hand before mumbling to himself in confusion “Is it just or does Boss’ voice sound a lot nicer. Moreover, he looks so handso through the telescope…”
Ling Yun and his friends joked around as they made their way down the mountain while admiring the beautiful scenery. Even so, they still took less ti than Tie Xiaohu when he had been making his way up the mountain. Soon, they reached the exit of Dragon Mountain Park and went half around Qingshui Lake before arriving at Qingshui Restaurant.
Tang ng and Li Qingchuan were already at the entrance of Qingshui Restaurant awaiting their arrival. As for Lin nghan, she had already rushed back to the police station after witnessing the waterspout.
Cao Shanshan and Zhang Ling were both class representatives. Even though it was highly possible that they would be late if they chose to go back right after witnessing the waterspout, late was still better than never. Hence, they hurried back to school right after watching the waterspout.
Tang ng and Li Qingchuan spotted Ling Yun and the other three heading towards them and quickly stepped forward to welco their arrival. However, Tang ng was shocked before he even reached Ling Yun!

By the ti he noticed Tie Xiaohu in his pathetic state, the jealousy and unhappiness within him disappeared instantaneously!
Needless to say, by the looks of Tie Xiaohu, Ling Yun probably had not treated him to anything good!
But why had Ling Yun undergone such a huge change? Tang ng was extrely perplexed.
After seeing how much Ling Yun had changed, Li Qingchuan was in an even bigger shock than Tang ng!

Hearing that her brother was about to skip classes again, Ning Lingyu crinkled her cute little nose in resentnt and whined to her brother, “Big brother, how can you be like this…”
Ling Yun did not want to lie to his little sister. He gave a warm smile and chuckles, “Lingyu, I have to save a life later in the afternoon. I’ll co back to school right after I save the person, alright?”
Without a doubt, Ling Yun’s smile was now potentially lethal to all girls who caught sight of it. His warm smile completely lted Ning Lingyu as she stared blankly at him and nodded her head.
Right after making arrangents, Ling Yun turned around and said to Tie Xiaohu, “Tie Xiaohu, follow .”
The person Ling Yun was about to save was, naturally, Liu Li’s husband who was currently unconscious in the hospital.
