The ground beneath it tore apart, quickly lining up with cracks as the snowy area began moving up and down like a tide.
Inside the incredibly chaotic tsunami, the view was much different.

A sharp crack rang out from deep within Ryuk—like a glacier splitting apart under an unbearable force.
Then, his body collapsed completely.
Not from weakness.
Not from defeat.
But from evolution!
Ryuk's body began disintegrating, his limbs lting into a swirling storm of silver and frost, breaking down into microscopic nanites infused with the essence of ice itself.
His arms and legs devolved into a shapeless mass, shifting like a living snowstorm.

His torso shattered next, exploding into razor-sharp shards of crystallized nanites that spiralled around him in a violent storm.
At the very centre, three things remained untouched—his heart, his lungs, and his brain.
Suspended in the storm, these last pieces of his humanity pulsed like flickering embers in a world of endless cold.
Then—the shattered fragnts began pulling together.
But this ti, they didn't return to what they were before.
What followed next wasn't a repair.
It was a rebirth.
The nanites fused with the Ice Apex energy that oozed out of his brain. Along with the runic lines of his domain beneath his fragnted body, they soon began reshaping themselves into sothing...
Sothing stronger, colder, and deadlier.
His legs ford first, thicker and denser than before.
Armor plates began layering over one another like shifting sheets of ice—smooth yet seemingly unbreakable.
His feet ford into regular ones before they suddenly extended, ending in clawed talons of condensed frost. Their tips glowed with frost-light, seemingly sharp enough to pierce through solid rock.
Then ca his arms.
A total of four appeared—two on his shoulders and two beneath them.
They looked humanoid, only sharper, sleeker, and deadlier. Each fingertip now held claws of transparent frost-steel.
His chest hardened, designed with interlocking frozen plates.
At the very center of his sternum, a crystalline core pulsed with an eerie, ghostly blue light, radiating a cold so intense that even ti itself seed to slow around it.
This was his new heart—the very center of his Frost Physique.
His spine extended outward, forming a razor-sharp ridge of ice spines that lined his back.
With his body ford, his face began reappearing—this ti, more mature-looking and sleeker in shape. But then, ice began covering it.
A mask erged—crafted from the sa crystalline, interlocking frozen plates.
His skin beca translucent frost, resembling glass.
Beneath it, one could see interlocking Frost Runes swirling around him with power.
His hair began growing back, this ti turning whiter than snow itself, but then, it seed to flow like mist—constantly shifting between solid and liquid, twisting through the wind.
Even though the transformation didn't take long to describe, it took an imnse amount of ti to complete.
And after that long wait—
It opened up from beneath the mask.
A pair of frosty blue eyes—glowing with an eerie, silver-blue light—snapped open.
The revolving tsunami suddenly exploded with power, as if a bomb had been dropped at its very center, causing it to instantly settle down.
It blew across the plains, everything settling back into place, and then—
STEP.
The sound of footstep rang out as his clawed feet touched the ground, and he slowly rose to his feet.
The second he did—the ground shook.
Ryuk took his first step in his new form, and the very air around him thickened.
The snow beneath his feet hardened instantly—no longer soft but turning into an icy platform strong enough to hold mountains.
His eyes flashed with light as he looked at the wind and noticed sothing.
It no longer touched him.
Instead, it flowed around his body like an obedient servant, unwilling to disturb the frozen power radiating from him.
The world didn't just feel cold.
It felt silent.
As if even sound itself was struggling to move in his presence.
Then, Ryuk clenched his four fists.

He exhaled cold, snowy white air from his lips.
But his breath alone beca a blizzard—tiny runic particles swirling from his breath, dipping into the lingering mist in the air.
And for the first ti—he truly felt it.
Not just power.
'No.'
Ryuk thought to himself as he closed his eyes, two of his arms clenching into fists.
'This is control. Absolute control.'
Not a single emotion clouding his mind.
Just the unrelenting, absolute force of a glacier's advance.
His body had beco a living construct of Apex Energy-infused frost alloy.
