It was the sound of fists crashing into fists, a mixture of rippling, rock-hard flesh and iron.

In what seed to be a grand hallway, walls lined with flaming red candlelight flickered, while gems embedded in the hundred-ter-high ceiling above provided illumination, allowing the figures present within to be clearly seen.

An orderly arrangent of about a hundred beings stood in the hall.

They were humanoid creatures, towering at three ters in height, their red skin stretched over bulging muscles.

They were dressed in scanty wraps of what seed like beast skin, slung over their waists.

Hanging from their arms were the teeth of beasts, threaded together by thick, hanging strings—similar adornnts wrapped around their necks.

From their maws, two huge fangs jutted from their lower jaws, reaching up to the sides of their nose, gleaming as sharp as the blade of a hardened warrior.

About fifty of them stood to the right, another fifty to the left, leaving a small open area between them.

On the ground, in between this space, lay a carpet the colour of deep crimson—indistinguishable from freshly spilled blood.

It stretched forward, leading up to a suspended platform, where, at its end, a bone throne stood.

The throne was adorned with the heads of beasts and humanoid-looking skulls.

Seated upon it was another one of the sa kind—except he was around six ters in height, twice as tall as the ones below him.

By his side stood three others, each about five ters tall, standing in silent reverence.

This was a throne hall, filled with DrocGoblins. The air reeked of barbarism.

But then—

STEP

STEP

STEP

The sound of gentle steps resonated through the hall.

The King DrocGoblin raised his hand, halting the pounding of fists. At once, all eyes turned toward the entrance of the grand hall.

A figure slowly stepped through the crimson-red door that marked the entrance.

BAAAAAANG

A loud sound echoed as the doors burst shut behind the figure.

Yet, whoever it was did not turn back at all, the shadows from the candlelight dimd their presence.

SHRRRRRIIIIIIINNNGG

The sound of a seemingly sharp object trailing along the dark, gem-like ground rang out, the friction causing small sparks that illuminated the figure's feet.

Erging from the shadows took only a matter of seconds.

The figure ca to a stop—feet just one centiter away from touching the crimson carpet.

"An ant at the Core Stage of the Dominion Plane dares venture into my realm? How interesting. Really interesting…"

The Drocgoblin King's voice rumbled through the hall as he eyed the lone figure standing before him.

It was a feminine figure, standing at a height of 1.8 ters.

She wore a breathtaking suit of silver armor that fit her body perfectly—crafted from a tal so polished that it glead like moonlight. Golden accents ran along its ridges, tracing delicate yet strong patterns that enhanced its regal appearance.

Her arms were covered in golden gauntlets stretching from her fingertips to her elbows, her fingers ending in sharp, claw-like tips—exuding an air of elegance and lethality.

Her legs were encased in golden greaves extending from her thighs down to her feet, with knee guards slightly raised, resembling the wings of a celestial being.

Her long, golden hair was tied into a thick braid that cascaded down her back, and on her head sat a golden crown—shaped like sharp, rising spires—making her no different from a deity.

Her eyes glowed with the sa golden hue as her hair.

In her gauntleted hand, she dragged a golden spear behind her—its sharp, glowing edge cutting effortlessly through the ground like butter, leaving behind a faint trail of sparks.

Around her right hand, one could see runic symbols forming in circles, pulsing with an intense arcane power.

Below her feet, symbols constantly appeared, forming a magic circle that radiated waves of overwhelming energy into the air.

"Interesting. Really interesting…"

The Drocgoblin King's lips curled into a boisterous grin.

Many he had faced in his lifeti. All had perished by his hands.

So were weak. So were strong.

So he had defeated within seconds.

So had nearly taken his life.

But if there was one thing he was good at, it was recognizing whether soone was weak or strong.

The cultivation base of his challenger was the first thing that gave him the clearest indication that the person before him was unworthy of even standing in his presence—judging by her pitifully low cultivation level.

Yet… her presence was unlike any he had ever encountered.

Everything about her—from her shining armor to the glowing energy surrounding her—made her seem beyond this world.

A being of light, of duty, of unstoppable strength.

A stark contrast to her cultivation base.

WHHIIIIIR

WHIIIIIIIIR

The sound of her spear twirling through the air rang out as she spun it around her palm before gripping it firmly.

And then—

BAAAAAANG

The entire ground trembled as she stabbed the spearhead into the floor, leaving it there.

Her gaze scanned the room, pausing briefly on the three generals standing before the throne, before finally settling on the Drocgoblin King.

"I've co for your head, Drocgoblin King."

Her calm voice, barely above a whisper, echoed through the hall—yet it was as if it had been spoken directly into the minds of all present.

Silence fell.

The Drocgoblins' eyes widened in shock.

The Drocgoblin King, however, only smiled sadistically.

Slowly, he raised his hand—then commanded:

"Kill her."

ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAR

ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAR

Powerful roars erupted from the DrocGoblins as they shot toward her with terrifying speed, their massive fists crashing toward her from all sides.

Yet, all she did was take a single step forward.

She raised her hand… and clenched it into a fist.

DROOOOOOOOOM

The sound that followed was as if the entirety of space had been trapped within her grasp.

And then—

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

A deep wave of golden aura exploded from her figure.

A circle of magical runic lines appeared beneath her feet as thousands of golden particles burst forth—slamming into the incoming horde of Drocgoblins.

And that… was when the true horror began.
