Luke stared blankly as Aizawa went nuts after canceling Midoriya's Quirk.
It wasn't like Luke couldn't have warned Midoriya. But he didn't owe the boy anything, either.
Also, giving pointers on how to use One For All, when no one was even supposed to know about it, would be like waving the biggest red flag.

As Midoriya returned to the circle, he looked over his shoulder.
His eyes passed by all those who had done outstandingly in the Quirk Apprehension Test. When his gaze reached Luke, he hurriedly snapped his head back ahead, balling his fingers into fists.
Nyx patted Luke's back with her wing.
Luke looked in the direction she was pointing and found All Might trying to hide behind the Gym's wall.
Of course, he is here, Luke observed. He must have found out about the tests and is worried about the kid.
anwhile, realizing the horoom teacher was right about him becoming a liability after throwing one punch in a real-life scenario, Midoriya had a change of heart.
This ti, when he was throwing the ball, instead of using One For All in his entire hand, he focused it on the tip of his finger.

Behind Midoriya, the students gaped, Bakugo's jaw hanging low at the sight.

"Yes, with Aina and Rikuya," Luke admitted. "What about you?"
"I have an apartnt," Momo replied. She faced forward as Aizawa let go of Bakugo, asking whoever was next to hurry it up. "What do you think about Midoriya's Quirk?"
She's doing it again… Luke sighed inwardly. She will only ask the question she really wants to ask after making sure that she will get an answer…
"He doesn't seem used to it," Luke told her, choosing his words carefully. He didn't know what the trap was here, but, given Momo, there was a trap, no doubt. "My guess is he only awakened his Quirk recently, perhaps a few months ago."
Momo nodded. "Exactly what I thought. But… the sa should be true for you."
Stunned, Luke kept looking ahead.
He knew this matter would co out in the open sooner or later.
But, for Momo to confront him so soon, on day one, could go against him.
"You weren't Quirkless when you ca to my birthday party, were you?" Momo asked, narrowing her eyes at Luke.
Luke let out a breath and… nodded.
"You had a Quirk, but you were forced to never use it, weren't you?"
Luke slowly looked at Momo, thinking how one could be so right and so wrong at the sa ti.
It was the exact opposite in his case, but if he wanted Momo to help him, he couldn't let her know that.
Improving himself and gaining enough strength to investigate the matter of the Spirit World and the blue, supermassive black hole, and the red, evil eyes in the outside world, on his own, was the most important task right now.

After the Long Distance Run, Aizawa gathered the exhausted students around him for the final results.
With a beep, the device in Aizawa's hand projected a hologram, displaying the results.
Unsurprisingly, Momo was in the first place, with Todoroki in second.
Luke's eyes kept going down and found his na in the 8th place.
In a class of 20 students from Hero Course, this was just an above-average score, as Luke had desired it to be.
On the other hand, Midoriya had co last.
Luke didn't know about the test, but he knew Midoriya hadn't been expelled. So, either All Might had intervened or…

Luke looked at Momo from the corner of his eye and smiled.
In his heart, he knew the girl had been having a hard ti keeping the information within.
With the horoom teacher's obvious strategy, in her opinion, she couldn't have just blurted it out.
However, despite what she thought, Luke knew the girl was wrong in this.
Luke wasn't just a Quirk user anymore. He was a Seer.
After Aizawa's declaration, he had divined that the chances of him getting expelled were incredibly high if he were to co in the last position.
That ant the horoom teacher hadn't been lying to the students.

zo and Rikido shared a glance. "You really are rich…" they said together.
"Why don't you two co with soti?" Luke asked. "If it's not too far from your place, you can join for morning workouts…"
zo and Rikido were both staying in rented places.
So, they hurriedly accepted Luke's generous offer.
"Luke." The boys paused and found Momo walking up to them. "A word…"
zo and Rikido nodded at Luke tacitly before walking away. In this, they were far better than the likes of Kaminari and Mineta, he observed.
"More questions?" Luke let out a shaky laugh as they walked side by side.
Momo shook her head. "You told you have more of those… compositions… do you have one…"
Before Momo could finish her words, Luke had already taken out a docunt from his backpack.
"Were you just waiting for to co to you?" Momo asked, narrowing her eyes and taking the piece of paper.
"No…" Luke said, looking out into the distance. "… I just had a feeling…"
