People who heard this na for the first ti thought that Alexander was supposed to be a personification of the USA's vengeance against the Villains.
That couldn't have been any farther from the truth, though.
Alexander Becking was a prisoner of War.
An orphan, he was recruited and trained by local militias resisting Arican occupation overseas.
At that ti, his Quirk hadn't gone by the na of Gravity Crusher, but Weight Accumulator.
Using the Weight Accumulator, Alex could accumulate up to 10000% of his own weight within himself. This was no ordinary accumulation of weight as well. Not only did his Agility and Strength increase in equal proportions, but he could also keep the weight accumulated with no ti limit.
The only downside was that Alex could do it in 3 multipliers — 100%, 1000%, and 10000%.
There was no in between.
Not that he needed one, always preferring to maintain full 10000%, becoming a walking, super-agile tank on the battlefield.
It was only when the No. 1 Hero of the USA had gone overseas and brought him back after passing the Arican Vengeance upon him that they realized the monstrous paycheck his Quirk demanded.

Initially, Alex charged himself to 10000% of his own weight. Then, he could increase the Gravity in 10 ters around him by the sa amount.
With the second multiplier, he could increase this distance to 100 ters, but now the gravity increased to 1000% of his weight.
And, with the third multiplier, the distance beca 1000 ters, the weight now limited to 100% of his weight.
100% of Alex's weight didn't seem enough for him to act like a Walking Spatial Barrier.
However, Alex was gifted with a humongous, natural physique, now weighing at 180 Kg.
With the 3rd multiplier, he could increase the gravity in 1000 ters around him by 180 Kg — a weight large enough to disrupt even the tiniest spatial distortions.
Normally, Alex kept himself at 1000% accumulated weight, without releasing the gravity effect of his Quirk.
In this way, in the worst-case scenarios, he could instantly either fall to 100% and cover 1000 ters of space around him… or jump to 10000%!
But that was not practical, as any structure he stood on would co falling, then.
Not to ntion, the more the weight accumulated, the faster he aged.

So even outright lost their consciousness because of the sudden increase in gravity, their eyes rolling back in their heads.
They were the lucky ones — like Trick*Step, Dr. Sam, and… Nyx.
The unlucky ones, like Luke, struggled to sit upright.
In the Outer Zone, surrounded by billows of dust, Alexander Becking took out a cigar and smoked out a puff.
Suddenly, he felt sothing mushy under his right foot.
Frowning, Alex lifted his foot and found his slipper covered in blood and filth, pieces of brain still stuck to it.
The Near High End Nomu's body could be seen under a layer of dirt as well… without half of its head.
"Ughhhhh…"
The painful grunt made Alex look over his shoulder.
The Radiant of Dreams, wearing a black costu with a black scarf around his neck, was passed out cold. His costu kept blurring as if it was made of mist… as if it wasn't real… as if it was on the verge of vanishing at any mont.
But it wasn't him who had let out the noise, as he had already passed-out cold.
It was the golden-haired boy, wearing the sa misty, but different costu — The Radiant of Explosions!
Alex couldn't see his face as it was blurry as well.
But he could see the red eyes, glaring right back at him with a blue glow.
"Oh…" Alex let out an amused grunt as if very pleased. "… What an interesting lad She has pulled this ti… You are still awake! Well. Good for you, then, kid. Wanna step out and show what you got?"
Katsuki Bakugo couldn't think for a mont.
But Alex's question snapped sothing within him — like the old man had just challenged him — like the old man was looking down on him!
"Haha…" Bakugo stood up, his knees shaking.
He cracked his neck, feeling the overwhelming weight upon him… feeling the overwhelming power within him.
Then, with a twitch on his face, Bakugo stepped forward, his foot creating a deep impression on the ground.
"Show you… what I've got?!" Bakugo asked, sparks exploding around him. "Let's see if you can keep up… old man!!"
