Luke went down to the first floor as the others rushed upstairs.
He casually walked around for so ti, narrowing his eyes now and then. Then, just as he approached a certain point, he stopped abruptly.
"This should be directly below her…" he mumbled. "Nyx?"
A muffled boom rang out from Nyx as she fired an EMP wave, disabling all nearby caras. Even if there were small chances of the Villains observing this place, Luke could hardly afford to take those chances.
Then, Nyx slashed her wing at the space, using Descorrer.
Luke reached into the blackness and took out a small animal — a mole.
It had black fur and black beady eyes. The mont it found itself in Luke's palm, it began digging vainly, letting out squeaks and trying to go underground.
Suddenly, the mobile in Luke's pocket buzzed as an alarm went off.
"Are you OK?" he asked, seeing Nyx panting already.
Even if her Spirituality had enhanced after becoming a Clown, it was still hard to use three different Quirks back to back and with such a short ti interval between them.
"… Shut up," Nyx cawed. "Let's do it."
Luke nodded and snapped his fingers, activating a Quirk within the mole.

The small animal in Luke's palm squird as if it were being electrocuted.
Its paws suddenly lengthened, and the tips of its fingers elongated, becoming pointy.
Then, in the very next mont, the pointy fingers hardened, twisting into themselves, becoming a set of small, diamond drills.
Knowing that the mole wouldn't be able to last long, Luke gently put the creature on the wall in front of him.

A screeching sound reverberated in the surroundings as the mole instantly began drilling into the many feet-thick wall using the Quirk.
In a few seconds, the mole drilled its way through the wall, creating a tunnel with a palm-sized opening.
However, just as the mole was about to fall over beyond the opening and out of the tower, Nyx's red eyes glowed, exchanging positions with it.
The mont the mole appeared in place of Nyx on Luke's shoulder, it exploded with a bloody pop.
Simultaneously, from outside, Nyx stared back through the drilled tunnel, her gaze landing on Luke.
Then, she blurred once again, exchanging positions with Luke this ti.

Pop*Step loved being an Apprentice.
It wasn't exactly what she had expected, but after seeing Dr. Blessed, she knew it was just a matter of ti before she also reached his level.

Pop*Step was way above the 100th floor of the Central Tower, where the massive Turbines were powering the entire tower using wind energy. This space had no surrounding walls, either, unlike the hundreds of floors below it and dozens of floors above it to the top.
Following the plan, Pop*Step had already arrived here well before the Villains had sealed the tower.
She didn't know how Dr. Blessed knew about the attack. All she knew was that she needed to follow the plan if she wanted a chance to digest her Potion today.
That's where the alarm ca into the picture.
With the Villains jamming the mobile signals, she couldn't have called Dr. Blessed. So, he had already told her to do all the things that she needed to do — in the precise order.
Pope*Step walked up to the very edge of the Wind Generator Hall, gusts of wind playing with her mini skirts.
She also carried a bag.
Noticing the ti and making sure that she was in the right position, Pop*Step leaned a bit forward.
But the distance to the ground was so high that she could barely make out anything.
Not to ntion, because of the sheer wind at this height, she could hardly keep her eye open while looking down without it going wet.
"… Let's hope he knows what he's doing…" Kazuho patted her chest.
Then, she opened the large bag and eyed the contents within.
The bag was full of hundreds of tiny black marbles. These marbles were special in the way that they were quite heavy, despite their small size, and were flammable.
These were created by the Leader using his powers, Kazuho recalled.
She had no idea how these were useful to Dr. Blessed, but it didn't matter.
Nodding to herself, Kazuho grabbed a handful of the marbles in both hands and felt their heaviness. It was as if she were carrying bricks.
Now, only one thing was left to do, and she couldn't screw it up because everything depended on it.
Pop*Step lifted her hands off the edge and… began dropping the marbles one by one.
