Weekend Double Chapters!

------***------

By the afternoon, all the day's supply of milk tea had been sold out, and there were even more custors than usual. Shen An guessed it was due to the fa he had gained from the Spirit Arena. Many people had heard about his teahouse and ca to have a cup of tea and see what the fuss was about.

But this couldn't go on forever. Shen An imdiately wrote up a recruitnt notice:

[Tom's Teahouse is hiring two employees. Wages negotiable. Interested parties may co to discuss in three days.]

As he was putting up the notice, he happened to run into Ning Rongrong and Tom returning.

As usual, Ning Rongrong was walking in front, while Tom followed behind, carrying a towering stack of items, wobbling and swaying as he walked.

Shen An even wondered if a light breeze would be enough to topple the pile, but sohow, it never fell.

However, a new problem arose: with the stack so high, how were they going to get it into the teahouse? Tom looked helplessly at Shen An.

Ning Rongrong also looked at Shen An with hopeful eyes, expecting him to co up with a solution.

Shen An smiled. Isn't this simple? He pulled out Tuffy's diaper from his hand.

"Ning Rongrong, since you and Tom bought all this stuff, you can store it yourselves. I'll lend you this soul tool. You're welco."

Ning Rongrong's face darkened. The soul tool she had on her couldn't possibly hold so many items, and Tom's stack was clearly too big to fit through the door.

Do I really have to use this diaper? she thought, annoyed. I'm going to be laughed at by Shen An for sure.

Tom, anwhile, was sweating profusely. Keeping such a tall stack of items from falling was no easy task for a little cat. If they didn't figure sothing out soon, he might just have to let go.

Seeing Tom's struggle, Ning Rongrong glared at Shen An before reluctantly picking up the diaper.

Shen An added, "This soul tool is a bit special. You can only put things in by hand, not with soul power."

Hmph, he's definitely lying. He just wants to stick my hand in there. I won't fall for it. But when Ning Rongrong tried to use her soul power to store the items, nothing happened.

Shen An chuckled to himself. This wasn't an ordinary soul tool—it was a magical item from the world of Tom and Jerry. There was no way soul power would work on it.

Finally, Ning Rongrong gave up in defeat. Tom started handing her the items one by one from the bottom of the stack, and Ning Rongrong, with a dark expression, stuffed them into the diaper. Working together, the girl and the cat quickly managed to store the entire pile.

Ning Rongrong was surprised. This thing is actually really useful. It doesn't require soul power, so even ordinary people could use it. And the space inside seems bottomless.

"Alright, stop standing there. You two, co inside and rest," Shen An said.

Ning Rongrong rolled her eyes at Shen An and handed the diaper to Tom. Most of the items were for Tom anyway—Ning Rongrong had just been satisfying her shopping urge.

Tom excitedly took the diaper and ran upstairs to his little room, eager to organize his new belongings. The little cat was thrilled.

As soon as Ning Rongrong entered the teahouse, she unceremoniously plopped down on Shen An's recliner—a chair he had bought for himself to relax in. Tom had a smaller one too. The master and his pet were all about enjoying life.

Ning Rongrong lay back lazily and said, "Shen An, let tell you, we ran into soone today who was absolutely ridiculous. He bumped into Tom and knocked all our stuff to the ground, and he didn't even apologize."

Shen An's eyelids twitched. I knew sothing would happen.

"Hehe, but Tom was amazing. He taught that guy's martial soul a lesson, and in the end, the guy had to pick everything up and apologize to us."

Ning Rongrong went on to vividly describe how Tom had dealt with Luo Sanpao, gesturing animatedly as she spoke. She was delighted.

Ning Rongrong was the type to put anyone in their place.

Shen An calmly sipped his tea. It's fine. I'm a reasonable person. As long as Tom didn't start the trouble, I'll handle whatever cos our way.

From what Ning Rongrong had said, the guy sounded like a loser—soone old, weak, and overly proud, with a fragile ego.

Shen An didn't doubt Ning Rongrong's account. The little devil might be spoiled and willful, but she wasn't one to lie.

Just as Shen An and Ning Rongrong were chatting and snacking, a sharp eagle's cry echoed outside the teahouse, accompanied by a strong gust of wind.

Shen An's expression changed. Such powerful soul energy—and it feels familiar. Even Zhu Zhuqing, who had been ditating to cultivate her soul power, was interrupted. Everyone stepped outside to see who had arrived.

It was Flender and Yu Xiaogang.

Flender was a man who held grudges and was fiercely protective of his own. When he had brought Yu Xiaogang so clothes, he noticed the bruises on Yu Xiaogang's body—a result of Luo Sanpao's injuries being reflected on its host. Combined with Yu Xiaogang's downtrodden appearance, Flender had pressed him for answers.

Yu Xiaogang, too ashad to explain, had finally caved when Flender said, "If you won't tell , I'll find out myself. You wouldn't co to in such a state unless sothing happened in Suotuo City, the nearest place to here."

Knowing that the incident had many witnesses, Yu Xiaogang reluctantly recounted what had happened.

Flender, furious that his old friend had been humiliated, imdiately connected the dots. A spoiled girl and a cat? In Soto City, there was only one place that fit the description—Shen An's teahouse.

Flender had brought Yu Xiaogang to demand an explanation. The incident with Dai Mubai and the others still weighed heavily on him, and Yu Xiaogang's humiliation was the final straw that pushed him over the edge.

As for Yu Xiaogang's suggestion to wait for Tang San to handle it, Flender hadn't responded. He couldn't very well say, "Your disciple and three of our students tead up and still couldn't beat them."

"Ning Rongrong, you've gone too far. If you don't give my friend Master Yu an explanation today, this won't end well," Flender said, his voice booming.

"And that cat—hand it over!"

Flender's aura was overwhelming.

Shen An imdiately realized that this must be the person who had clashed with Ning Rongrong and Tom. He was about to speak, but Ning Rongrong beat him to it.

"Master? What a joke. Soone that old, still at level 29—aren't you ashad?" Ning Rongrong retorted.

Flender glanced nervously at Yu Xiaogang. This was Yu Xiaogang's lifelong sore spot, and he was worried Ning Rongrong had gone too far.

"Ning Rongrong, that's enough! Master Yu is a teacher I invited. You were once a student of Shrek Academy. Have you forgotten how to respect your elders?" Flender scolded.

"Hmph, you kicked out of the academy. Besides, I'm just telling the truth."

"Shrek Academy is a ss, and you're bringing in a useless teacher? Are you trying to run it into the ground?" Ning Rongrong shot back, her chest puffed out defiantly.

Shen An and the others gasped. She's going all out, provoking an angry Soul Sage like this. Truly the little devil.

Shen An quietly reached for the potions he had drawn earlier. If things went south, he'd drink them all. If even that didn't work, he'd have to rely on Tom's giant form.

Flender's soul power surged, and the pressure of a Soul Sage bore down on them.

So strong... It's hard to breathe. The pressure was visibly increasing. Shen An stepped in front of the group, the Nine-Leaf Sword Grass appearing in his hand.

Flender's face was icy. His wings flapped, stirring up a fierce wind that made it difficult for everyone to stand.

"Fine! What a sharp tongue you have, the young lady of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan."

"Since Ning Fengzhi hasn't taught you proper manners, I'll do it for him!" Flender's purple soul ring lit up as he prepared to teach them a lesson.

But at that mont, a long, ancient sword descended from the sky.

The sword, four feet three inches long and three inches wide, with a hilt of one foot two inches, hovered in front of the group. Its sharp aura cut through Flender's rising pressure.

Flender and Yu Xiaogang both paled. This sword... it's the Seven Kill Sword!

"Oh? Who dares to discipline my little princess?"

A deep, powerful voice echoed through the air, seeming to co from all directions.
