TL: GoldenLung

The Dragon Force Body-Tempering thod was without doubt an extraordinarily domineering cultivation technique.

For Lan Xuanyu, it posed no issue at all — but when Qian Lei tried to practice it earlier, things went wrong. The biggest problem was simple: the process involved destruction without creation.

Elder Shu’s deep voice resonated gently around them.

“This is a matter of bloodline. From one perspective, life energy is universal — it can supplent everything. But bloodlines require more than re life force; they need bloodline power. Your cultivation thod, if I’m not mistaken, is specifically tailored for those with dragon blood. For anyone else, it might not work.”

Lan Xuanyu nodded thoughtfully. “I realized that from the start. Otherwise, Dragon Force Body Tempering wouldn’t be exclusive to the Dragon Clan on Celestial Dragon Planet. The greatest advantage of the Dragon Force Hall is that it replenishes Dragon Force directly.

Today’s experint wasn’t in vain — at least we now know the result of a non-dragon attempting this thod. The technique itself is fine; the problem lies in the lack of bloodline power to sustain Fatty.

Inside the Dragon Force Hall, he could replenish that energy, but his body would reject it — Dragon Force can’t rge with a foreign bloodline.

But… What if I could transform dragon bloodline power into a form compatible with his — into sothing suitable for his Golden Behemoth bloodline? Wouldn’t that allow him to carry out the sa process? Or perhaps… he could temper his body using Golden Behemoth bloodline power instead?”

Elder Shu paused, then replied slowly, “In theory, that’s possible. But where would you get such bloodline power? And how would you perform that transformation?”

Lan Xuanyu’s lips curved slightly. “Perhaps… I have a way.”

He raised his right hand, and the deep-blue ring on his thumb pulsed with a faint light.

Before the experint, he had already anticipated failure — at least on the first try. But he had also considered an alternative.

“What way?” Qian Lei asked curiously.

“We can’t be sure yet,” Lan Xuanyu said calmly. “But we can test it. Let’s head back first.”

When they returned to their residence, Bai Xiuxiu was still awake, waiting anxiously for them.

Tang Yuge and Yuanen Huihui were there as well.

“How did it go?” Huihui asked, his tone impatient.

Lan Xuanyu replied, “Just as expected. Without bloodline replenishnt, there was only destruction — no regeneration. The result wasn’t good. But I do have a new idea — one with a much higher chance of success.”

He sat down, eyes gleaming faintly with focus.

“During Fatty’s attempt, I kept observing the effects of his burning bloodline while sensing the aura of his Golden Behemoth power. If we want him to succeed, we must supplent that burn with bloodline energy of the sa kind.

That’s the key — the sa principle as Dragon Force tempering. For him, that would an using Golden Behemoth bloodline energy to temper his body.

So the first thing we need is a source of Golden Behemoth bloodline power.”

“We don’t exactly have a Golden Behemoth handy,” Bai Xiuxiu said, frowning slightly.

Lan Xuanyu smiled. “True — but Little Trea might help. By analyzing Fatty’s bloodline, it can simulate Golden Behemoth energy. That’s one of its lesser-known abilities — energy transformation. Of course, the higher the level of energy it mimics, the greater the drain on it.

And to simulate a bloodline, you must use bloodline energy as the base.”

Tang Yuge raised a brow. “You an to extract our bloodline energy, let Little Trea convert it, and then give it to Fatty for his cultivation?”

Lan Xuanyu shook his head. “No. Drawing directly from our own bloodlines would deplete us too much — recovery would be slow. That would be like drinking poison to quench thirst — a small gain at huge cost.

And besides, we’re not the only ones with bloodline energy here. On Celestial Dragon Planet, the creatures with the strongest bloodlines are, of course, the dragons themselves.

If we can acquire Dragon Clan bloodline power, and Little Trea converts it for us, Fatty could use it to perform Golden Behemoth tempering. You could do the sa — yours would beco Five Elents Qilin Body Tempering, while Huihui’s would be Phantasmal Spirit Dragon Body Tempering.

That might even surpass ordinary Dragon Force tempering, since the energy in the Dragon Force Hall has its limits.”

Everyone stared at him in astonishnt.

Bai Xiuxiu’s eyes widened. “Wait — are you saying we should hunt dragons?”

Lan Xuanyu’s smile deepened. “Exactly.

Uncle Le gave

both the Golden Dragon Spear and the Heavenly Sacred Abyssal Halberd. Both have the power to devour energy. The spear absorbs life energy — turning it into nourishnt that strengthens

with each battle. The halberd, however, can devour everything, converting what it consus into destructive force.

According to Uncle Le, the Heavenly Sacred Abyssal Halberd once belonged to the Abyss Lord — an artifact no weaker than the Sea God Trident itself. Under his guidance, I’ve already learned how to wield it properly.

So, after slaying a dragon, we can use the halberd to strip away its energy — extract the bloodline power — and let Little Trea transform it into a compatible form for each of you. Then, you can use that power for your own bloodline tempering.

If this works, the Dragon Force Body-Tempering thod could be applied to every one of us.”

He paused, his eyes glinting. “These Lesser Dragons on Celestial Dragon Planet — even though they’re pseudo-dragons ford during the Dragon Mutation era — possess imnsely strong bloodlines.

Absorbing that bloodline energy could accelerate your growth faster than improving your soul power ever could. In essence, each of you would be cultivating the way Dragon Knights do.”

For a long mont, the group sat in stunned silence. Then, Qian Lei broke it with a disbelieving laugh.

“Boss, your brain is sothing else. When you first suggested burning bloodlines, I honestly thought it was crazy. But now — hunting dragons to temper ourselves? That’s genius! Absolutely insane, but genius!”

Lan Xuanyu chuckled softly. “This thod only works here, on Celestial Dragon Planet. Rember — we’re surrounded by enemies.

Besides, back in our ho world, soul masters did sothing similar — hunting soul beasts for rings. It’s not that different, except the targets are dragons instead.

Still, this stays between us. The Thirty-Three Sky Wings only. If we ever take control of Celestial Dragon Planet, I don’t want this thod spreading. Too much bloodshed would follow.”

Bai Xiuxiu nodded. “Don’t worry. Without you, this thod wouldn’t even be possible. It needs both the Heavenly Sacred Abyssal Halberd and Little Trea to work.”

Yuanen Huihui leaned forward, eyes gleaming with excitent. “So when do we start?”

“Not yet,” Lan Xuanyu said, smiling. “We have preparations to make first.”

Over the next few days, they remained at their residence, focused on cultivation.

No one from the Huang Household disturbed them, but a steady stream of rare foods and restorative dicines arrived, ant to support Lan Xuanyu and Bai Xiuxiu’s training.

Three days later, as night fell, a flash of silver light flickered across the outskirts of Fenglong City.

Inside a quiet house, six figures appeared — Lan Xuanyu and his companions.

This was the property Qian Lei had purchased earlier at Lan Xuanyu’s request, serving as both a temporary hideout and a teleportation hub.

Lan Xuanyu looked down at the silvery patterns glowing faintly beneath their feet — teleportation runes etched with precision.

“Short-distance transmission works perfectly,” he said, satisfaction in his voice. “Next, let’s test the long-range jump.”
