Chapter 777: Chapter 776: It’s Your Honor to Fight with Us

Gobi Beach was known as a ghostly territory. Besides having Sky Ghost Fort as the so-called dominator, there were also many hidden whirlpools. Once fallen into, a ship was sure to suffer damage, and if it were a small boat, it would be directly torn to pieces.

Indeed, Sang Tian wished to send those two ships into the hidden currents for them to taste the punishnt of the ghostly territory, but alas, his lifeline—his son—was in soone else’s hands, his fate unknown. Beside him stood a fierce god, eyeing them rapaciously.

Sang Tian didn’t know how many words he’d wasted, how many spittle-filled argunts he’d exhausted, trying to get sothing out of this giant in front of him. But this big lug, aside from eating, was like a mute gourd, from which not a single useful word could be coaxed, which was indeed infuriating.

“You might as well stop trying to get information out of . I won’t say anything, and besides, I don’t know where your son is. That’s soone else’s mission,” Hoo Die said, chewing on so candied fruit, as she looked askance at Sang Tian, “And don’t feel humiliated by your defeat at our hands. To fight us, that’s an honor for your Sky Ghost Fort.”

The hell with honor, who the fuck wants that kind of honor!

Sang Tian gritted his teeth and said, “It appears I was blind to the greatness before , not realizing the extraordinary identity of your master!”

Hoo Die snorted coldly, “If you had that kind of insight, you wouldn’t need to be a leader of water bandits!”

“May I know who the noble master is? It’s our fault for being blind to your stature. We will certainly prepare a generous gift to offer at your door by way of apology,” Sang Tian asked tentatively, his eyes turning.

“Don’t take

for a fool—won’t be fooled. You think I’m going to tell you where we live, waiting for you to take revenge?” Hoo Die sneered, “Even if I told you, you wouldn’t dare co. Give it up!” With that, she bit into her candied fruit again.

Sang Tian, struggling to keep his anger in check, clenched his fists and glared at the back of her head.

“Stop glaring; you can’t beat

anyway,” Hoo Die said, as if she had eyes in the back of her head, taunting him again.

Choking back his frustration, Sang Tian sat down and contemplated the next steps. His fort had been severely damaged; he needed to figure out how he would lead the remaining people. That was the crucial point.

Once out of Gobi Beach’s territory, Sang Tian indeed saw his son, being held hostage by several people.

Were they the three people who had burst into the fort?

Sang Tian watched with trepidation as the man who held his son like a small chicken resisted the urge to rush over.

“Old Tang,” Hoo Die waved her hand.

“Dad, save ,” the pitiful Sang Xiaotian pleaded, struggling as soon as he saw his father.

Hoo Die spoke, “Poor kid, I’m not blaming you, but why follow in the footsteps of a bandit? Should you also beco a petty thief when you grow up? And then wait to be eradicated? Tsk!”

“Shut up!” Without thinking, Sang Tian retorted as he heard her cursing his son.

“I just knew it. Nice words are wasted on people like you. Right, dragon breeds dragon, phoenix breeds phoenix, can the son of the mouse turn into a kitten? Naturally, he’s another little bandit!” Hoo Die snorted and with a swift move, flew back to her own boat.

Yuan Ye stood at the bow of the boat and said to Sang Tian, “Let’s call it a day. Sang Tian, if you know what’s good for you, don’t get any smart ideas about following us. Otherwise, I’ll say it again, if we can raid the fort once, we can do it a second ti!”

“Rest assured, I am well aware of what’s at stake!” Sang Tian said through gritted teeth, “It’s ti to release the hostage, isn’t it!”

Yuan Ye gestured, and Tang Shi casually threw the child to the ground, then he and the two other subordinates swiftly employed their qinggong to return to the boat.

Watching, Sang Tian’s expression changed slightly at the sight of their traceless and silent movents—it was no wonder they were able to infiltrate Sky Ghost Fort.

So well-trained, what kind of background did they have?
