After setting the permissions of Liu Hao and Cai Tiancheng, Cheng Yang stepped onto the road and headed towards Phoenix Village.
Without wood and manpower, Joyous River Village would never develop. So, the first thing Cheng Yang needed to do was send so civilians carrying wood to the village to perform class change ceremonies. After that, the vilalge would beco more or less self sufficient.
