Ren had just arrived in this world when he discovered a large amount of energy aura. He realized that the Demon Beasts and mbers of the Witch Cult were all infused with this energy and were being controlled. He had already been inford of the source of the energy eruption and was heading directly towards it.
"Hello there."
Flying at top speed, Ren suddenly heard a voice and stopped abruptly in the air. A barefoot girl, emitting a faint white light and wearing a long, white robe, appeared in front of him. The limbs visible beneath the robe were fair and slender. Her shoulders, visible at the neckline, were as lustrous as jade, a truly refreshing sight. A blue ribbon, tied in a bow, fastened the drooping collar at her smooth left shoulder.
Her silver-white hair, like flowing silk, fell smoothly and naturally. A blue ribbon bow identical to the one on her neckline was attached to the right side of her hair, with the ribbons hanging vertically down along her long tresses. Her silver-white eyelashes trembled slightly, like frost-covered flower branches. Her crystal-blue, moist eyes were as bright as sapphires, naturally half-closed. A serene and lazy temperant emanated from her.
"The power in you is very interesting."
The girl, who looked beautiful and lovely enough to arouse a desire to protect her, spoke in a clear voice with a hint of curiosity.
"Pandora, the Witch of Vainglory?"
This image imdiately made Ren think of the Witch of Vainglory.
"Eh, you actually know my na." Pandora tilted her head, her hair fluttering with her movents. This action, coupled with her beautiful and delicate face, made her look even more charming.
Unfortunately, Ren would not be deceived by her appearance. This Witch of Vainglory was a Witch who had been expelled. She was also the manipulator behind the Witch Cult and the mastermind behind the events of the Re:Zero series. Whether there was a bigger mastermind behind the scenes, such as the Witch of Envy Satella, he wasn't clear. But he knew for a fact that this Witch was not as pure and lovely as she appeared.
Ren was very clear about one thing: the Witches were on his list of targets for elimination. One of the tasks for the "end of the world" mission was to eliminate the power of the Witches.
Pandora looked directly at Ren and seed to think of sothing very interesting. "Are you going to find Natsuki Subaru? He is very scary now."
Ren raised his eyebrows. "What do you an?"
There was a pleasant tone in Pandora's voice, but she wasn't afraid of the so-called scary Natsuki Subaru at all.
"I don't know what happened, but Natsuki Subaru has beco very strange since he appeared. He has taken away the power of both the Witch of Envy and Satella in a deceptive way."
"Huh?"
Natsuki Subaru took away the power of the Witch of Envy? Ren was dumbfounded. What was this all about?
"Hehe, do you understand love?" A naive smile revealed her small, jade-like teeth. "Isn't love very painful? I saw the Witch of Envy and Satella crying so hard, being hurt by love. It's so wonderful, Subarashi, Subarashi!"
Pandora seed to be laughing very happily.
The Witch of Envy and Satella... Pandora had been emphasizing the two nas separately because they were two different personalities. They were one and the sa but had two personalities. Commonly known as split personality disorder. Ren didn't care much about this. So what if Natsuki Subaru had the power of the Witch of Envy?
Seeing that Ren's expression hadn't changed, Pandora laughed, her voice as intoxicating as a lodious piano. "Do you still rember?"
Ren didn't quite understand what she was suddenly talking about. "Rember what?"
"You love the most. You love the Witch of Vainglory Pandora the most, so much that you can dedicate everything to her."
Pandora spoke nonsense, but the mont the words were uttered, Ren felt a force pouring into his brain, trying to rewrite his will. Ren's eyes were briefly dull, then he regained clarity, looking at Pandora with endless fire and love in his eyes.
"Ah, Pandora, my Pandora, I love you, I deeply love you! Please let offer everything for you!"
This fervent, almost insane declaration of love was recited by Ren in an almost twisted manner.
"What's your na?"
"Ren."
Pandora clapped her hands happily. "Alright, Ren, since you love , go kill Natsuki Subaru for . It doesn't matter even if you die, because you love ."
"I will definitely kill Natsuki Subaru," Ren guaranteed without the slightest hesitation. Then he added, "Before that, I hope Pandora can grant my last wish."
Pandora blinked her clear, big eyes, curious. "What wish?"
"That would be..."
Ren's lips suddenly curved into a smile.
"Ugh!"
By the ti Pandora reacted, Ren was already in front of her, his lips pressed against hers. He even roughly breached her defenses, leaving her unable to parry for a mont. Pandora's eyes widened. She reached out to push him away, but Ren's hand moved faster, reaching inside her robe.

Her body trembled, and Ren's mouth released her. Just as she was about to speak, she t a pair of golden, starry eyes.
Ren smiled triumphantly. "Pandora, you should respond to my love. You're forcing , aren't you?"
Pandora resisted with all her might internally, but the words that ca out were: "Ah, Ren, I love you!"
How could this be! How could this happen! Pandora's mind was trembling wildly, yet her body uncontrollably accommodated Ren.
Following a violent tremor, a small amount of warm rain fell from the sky. It was rain imbued with the power of the Witch. The moistened earth gave rise to green grass and flowers. Ren took his rain-soaked finger and placed it into Pandora's sweet little mouth.
With a wicked grin, he said, "Pandora, do you love that much? Not wearing anything underneath, were you trying to tempt ?"
"...Yes."
Licking his finger, she stamred.
Only when Ren withdrew his hand did she ask with difficulty, "What... did you do to ?"
Ren's face was full of tenderness and fervor. "Pandora, you know I love you. Since you also love , we are a match made in heaven."
"What... did... you... do!"
Pandora enunciated each word, having lost all patience and interest in Ren's exaggerated act. She wanted to know what had happened now.
"Tsk, how unromantic."
Ren clicked his tongue in displeasure, instantly retracting his Oscar-worthy acting. His gaze turned cold, chillingly cold. "Heh, what did I do? The Witch of Vainglory, who possesses the power to rewrite reality, it seems you tried to rewrite my consciousness. What, now that your own consciousness has been rewritten by , you can't accept it?"

Pandora couldn't comprehend. She, who possessed the strongest reality-rewriting ability in this world, had her consciousness rewritten by soone else! How was this possible?

"Congratulations, you've hit a solid wall."
Ren pinched Pandora's chin, lifting her beautiful, lovely face to admire it carefully, as if appreciating his own toy. "From now on, you're my slave."

In a cave, Natsuki Subaru excitedly clenched his hands. He had successfully seized the Witch of Envy's power and turned all the Demon Beasts and people with Witch Factors in the Witch Cult worldwide into puppets of destruction.
His goal was only one: to destroy the world! To complete his mission as a Transford one. They were the flies and leeches of myriad worlds, specifically picking worlds with cracks to bore into. Transformation was the power they possessed from birth. It allowed them to transform other life forms within a world, becoming soone who possessed everything of that life form. The essence of the transford life form would not change; it would still be the original life form. They would directly beco natives of that world, destroying the world in the way of a native!
As for why they had to destroy the world, he didn't know; he only knew that it was his innate mission as a Transford one.
"My perception was indeed correct, the source of all magic is right here."
"Who!"
Natsuki Subaru suddenly waved his hand, and hundreds of shadow arms attacked in Ren's direction.
"The power of the Witch Factor, and I also sense the Sin of Envy, quite interesting."
Ren calmly and lightly traced the air with his finger.

The terrifying shadow hands vanished in an instant.
Pandora beside him was in a daze. The ice-blue irises in Ren's eyes gave her the feeling that he could permanently erase her from existence itself at will. Dominating her was not Ren's full power. "Witch of Vainglory?"
Natsuki Subaru instantly sensed the Witch of Vainglory's power. His eyes burst with light. If I seize the Witch of Vainglory's power, I will be invincible!
He was already so overwheld by power that he subconsciously ignored Ren's existence.
"Give the power!"
Natsuki Subaru roared, releasing thousands of shadow hands from his body. The mountain was instantly swallowed by the black shadow power. The sky and sunlight appeared, only to be covered by shadow hands in the blink of an eye. Shadow hands filled the sky, reaching for Pandora. This was power capable of devouring half the world!
