"Last ti I saw two people whose answer was A get bounced right out on the spot."
"Yes, that was a trap question. If they’ve never been on a date together, it’s obvious they’re not at the Golden Bee Park for a date today but just paired up to play the ga as a fake couple."
Many players in the central courtyard of the amusent park started to exchange thoughts with their partners.
Loren was relieved to hear the surrounding conversations.
This ga was nothing much.
He and Juliana could be considered to have gone on a date once before, so they wouldn’t be classified as a fake couple.
Before long, the screen showed Talia holding up a small blackboard revealing their answer: [D. 100 tis or more].
The answer on Lanci’s small blackboard was also [D. 100 tis or more].
He figured that by Talia’s definition, perhaps to a woman like her who didn’t understand dating, anyti she went out to eat alone with a male could be considered a date. Hence, from the Nanwantina Border onwards, they indeed often went out together, just the two of them.
Cat Boss glared at Lanci.
No way, Aran, you really matched her answer?
"Oh oh oh!"
"I am so sorry, I questioned your authenticity as a couple earlier when I saw you bump into each other, that was presumptuous of ."
The host apologized, causing a wave of laughter from the audience.
The older the couple seems, the better the show effect is!
New couples lacking mutual understanding are simply less interesting by comparison.
Inside the Fantasy Classroom of Shadow World.
Lanci and Talia could only hear each other’s voices, the music, the host’s voice, and the audience’s jeering from the real world, transmitted by the director.
After seeing that both had answered [D], they felt relieved yet sowhat embarrassed at the sa ti.
The good news was that the ga could continue.
The bad news was that for the ti being, they seed to have been mistaken for a couple.
"You two can now choose to quit or continue, what’s your choice? However, answering only one question doesn’t get you much of a reward—just a single Golden Butterfly Coin for participating. To get the commorative prize of the Animal Forest Chocolate Gift Box, you need to answer at least three questions," the host inquired.
"Continue," Lanci answered.
The first question was actually not bad, but this wasn’t the effect he was aiming for; he wanted to show Loren the danger of this ga.
Talia also nodded her head.
"Very well, then let’s move on to the second question."
The host smiled, and the cartoon figure once again pulled out a card from mid-air, glanced at it, and tore it into a banner floating before them—
[Second Question&: When you first t each other, what did you think of the other person?]
[A pitiful holess old woman.]
[An annoying rich playboy.]
Each person’s small blackboard displayed their answer.
In a flash, they looked at each other in surprise.
"Pfft."
The host couldn’t help but laugh.
The central courtyard in the real world erupted in exclamations.
"This answer is so like a pair of bickering lovers."
"How did they go from not liking the sight of each other to this point now?"
In the Shadow World classroom.
When Talia saw Lanci’s answer, she glared fiercely at him.
Even though Lanci had explained before that the first ti he saw her in the Nanwantina, he mistook her, dressed in a grey cloak, for an old lady, and then later realized she was a beautiful and charming young girl—hence he titled the painting "The Poor Pitiful Old Lady."
But now that she confird Lanci really thought so, she couldn’t help feeling a bit upset inside.
Lanci, seeing Talia’s answer and gaze, guiltily moved his eyes away.
Back then, Talia, hungry and holess, was sleeping at the base of the city wall, while he, next to her, was feeding a cat with fine aromatic chicken. No wonder Talia had been angry with him at that ti.
"Congratulations to the two of you for completing two questions, do you want to continue?" the host asked with a smile.
"Continue."
Talia answered the host’s question with an imposing air.
Lanci nodded along with her.
"Okay, please look at the question."
[Question Three: What is your happiest mory with him?]
For the first ti, there was a question that required an individual answer, indicated by the symbol that only the female should respond while the male could skip this round.
[Lying in bed being fed by him.]
Hearing the teasing from the audience, Talia covered her face.
She hadn’t even reacted before the answer was already displayed on the small blackboard.
She recalled that delightful mont back at the Nanwantina Border when her right hand was injured, reclining against the headboard of the bed as Lanci fed her.
"Hmm..."
Lanci couldn’t hold back and let out a laugh.
Instantly, Talia glared at him, and he turned his head away, his shoulders shaking lightly, not daring to et Talia’s gaze.
"You’re not allowed to laugh anymore..."
Talia said through gritted teeth.
"I’m not laughing..."
Lanci’s voice was slightly trembling.
"Both of you look very nice when you smile, but I’m looking at the question, and I’m not sure you’ll continue to smile when the upcoming questions appear."
The host asked them, now feeling increasingly engaged in the ga.
The earlier questions were usually milder, but the further they went, the more dangerous they beca, capable of tearing couples apart with a single question.
Without a doubt, the dangerous questions were coming soon.
Often tis, a single question was enough for the couple to understand the thoughts hidden in each other’s hearts.
"Shall we continue?"
Lanci asked Talia with a sowhat teasing look.
Although they could already claim the Animal Forest Chocolate Gift Box by playing this round.
But he was really having too much fun, it had been a long ti since he felt this happy.
"..."
If it weren’t for the fact that they were answering questions in full view of the public at Gold Bee Amusent Park, Talia would have loved to pinch that guy’s cheeks right then and there, seeing his schadenfreude expression was truly infuriating!
"Let’s continue!"
Talia’s voice carried a nuance of "Bring it on!"
She felt a bit carried away.
She might as well go all out with this newbie today.
[Question Four: What do you think of her? Answer with the first four words that co to mind.]
The card in the host’s hand turned into a banner in the middle of the classroom.
Lanci’s answer appeared instantly on the small blackboard.
[Good-looking, gluttonous, older, useless]
Lanci was sweating profusely and wanted to flee from this ordeal right then and there.
"It’s, it’s enough."
Lanci prepared to stand up, trying hard to squeeze out a smile.
He was confident that by now, Talia must understand how dangerous the ga was; if they continued playing, he assud it would be the end for him first.
However, Lanci found he just couldn’t stand up.
Talia’s pale hand pressed down on his shoulder.
"Co on, let’s keep playing."
She said with a smile.
Lanci had never seen Talia show such an affable smile before, and that smile seed to freeze him in place.
"Alright?"
Her voice was even gentler.
"Alright..."
Lanci sat up straight like a student, honest and proper from fear.
