Deep within the Central Chamber of the Gen’ya Witchcraft Institute, located in the outskirts of Naka Island, Lanci was still conversing with Fallen Lord Calila.

"First tell who you plan to find."

Lanci sighed.

He didn’t know whom Calila hoped the negotiator from Palante Empire would be, but he could arrange for anyone.

"A lunatic that confounds the Palante Empire’s upper echelons, the newly appointed Pri Minister, but he’s the only one daring enough to take on this responsibility during warti. I’m not sure how much it will cost to gain his trust. Once he realizes we, the Demon Race, have a stronger desire to forge an alliance, he will definitely make exorbitant demands. Yet, if our sincerity is lacking, he will definitely suspect we aren’t truly willing to help them against the Blood Clan."

Calila pinched her brow, speaking, and after finishing, she paused for a few seconds, leaned forward, and lowered her voice slightly,

"You and I have only one mission going to the Palante Empire – find a way for to et Wilford. Worse cos to worst, the two of us will work together and give him a treatnt. Then he will also beco our slave."

Calila grinned slyly, now having concluded that her combination with Lord Unknown was indeed the strongest.

"..."

Lanci choked up.

Firstly, the typical Demon Race line of thinking whether what Fallen Lord had said was correct.

Mainly, it was fundantally impractical.

"Is it okay for you and to conspire loudly about these matters?"

He looked at Fallen Lord seriously.

"What’s the issue? Don’t tell you have a bit of a relationship with that Pri Minister and can’t bring yourself to take him down?"

Calila asked, puzzled.

"No, is there a possibility... that I am actually the Pri Minister?"

Lanci spread his hands and confessed candidly.

"Hahaha."

Upon hearing this, Calila leaned back into the sofa chair.

Lanci’s dead-serious joking manner made her laugh.

He was clearly a mber of the Great Demon Clan, which she knew all too well, and the Pri Minister Wilford from the Palante Empire had never left the Palante Empire and had been extrely busy recently.

"Where do you think I get my intelligence about the Palante Empire? I am well aware of the movents of the Palante Empire. Based on the reports from the spies I’ve planted in the Palante Empire, their Pri Minister has been in the capital Hershalraym this past month without leaving."

Calila opened her eyes slightly, her grave and solemn gaze as if to say, spare the jokes.

"You have spies in the Palante Empire?"

Lanci raised an eyebrow and asked.

"Hmph, of course."

Fallen Lord Calila crossed her arms smugly, seeing Lanci’s rare look of surprise, she felt that this unperturbed man was finally regarding her with new respect.

"Don’t underestimate my spy network. I guarantee that no one in the Palante Empire will be able to spot the Demon Race spies I’ve planted. I not only keep an eye on their Pri Minister, but the Pri Minister doesn’t have a clue about it. Even if he were to dig three feet into the ground throughout the country, he would not find the slightest clue."

She opened one eye and looked at Lanci, her gaze as if asking, aren’t I impressive?

"..."

Lanci’s gaze was as if replying, you are indeed impressive.

This was his first ti seeing Fallen Lord Calila so recklessly above the law.

Now it seed that unless he was willing to let Calila read his mories, there was no way she would believe him.

"Well then, let’s go to the Palante Empire together."

Lanci finally nodded,

"But I will go with Hyperion, the official envoy will be her Highness in person, while you will be the accompanying bodyguard. I will assist you with my human identity in the Palante Empire when we get there."

Actions speak louder than words; after all, knowing sooner or later doesn’t make much of a difference. On the way back to the Palante Empire, he was still Lord Unknown Rocky McCarthy. Not until he returned to the Palante Empire and let his stand-in exchange their identities back would he beco Pri Minister Lanci Welfort.

"Of course, that’s no problem. Then I’ll count on you when we arrive in the Palante Empire."

Calila agreed, knowing that neither of them wanted to be apart even for a mont,

"We can leave tomorrow. I’ve already made the arrangents."

She stood up, signaling Lanci with a cheerful mood to head outside the Central Control Room.

Afternoon.

On this windy but slightly warm dusk, Lanci drove back to the Lisi Island where the palace restaurant was located.

This visually pleasing edifice, with its ivory white interspersed, faced the bay.

The lush green grass started at the beach, crossing a third of a kiloter to the front door, passing the sundial, the brick pathway, and several colorful gardens, reaching the corner wall, where it seed to catch the montum of a sprint, turning into vines that continued to climb the wall.

A row of floor-to-ceiling windows on the front of the house shone in the golden slant of the setting sun, open to welco the warm afternoon breeze.

Lanci, dressed in a shirt and vest, walked alone to the wooden dock extending from his mansion, looking out over the bay.

There, a Magic Energy Vehicle sped and slowed on the water’s surface, tracing an arc colored by the sunset, its cheering sounds unceasing.

"Sister, drive faster!"

"Even faster?"

"I trust my sister’s driving skills. Even if we fall into the water, you’ll save , won’t you?"

"Ugh... okay then!"

"ow ow ow! I don’t want to fall in the water!"

In the driver’s seat of that small Magic Energy speedboat, Siegler sat in Hyperion’s lap, happily directing Hyperion to drive, and if it weren’t for Siegler’s feet not reaching the pedals, she probably would have stepped on the gas herself.

Hyperion wore a helpless expression, but seed unable to resist Siegler’s cute offensive and could only drive faster with extre caution as she requested.

Also, a Little Black Cat clung to Hyperion’s shoulder, now drifting left, now right, letting out a series of cat cries.

"There are fewer and fewer chances to see Demon King Castle Necaris now," Lanci lanted, leaning on the railing and facing the sea breeze,

"It’s a pity I couldn’t let you both enjoy more ti on Lisi Island."

At this point, the Shadow World was drawing to a close.

Or rather, after the defeat of the Tenth Ancestor Ulysses, the Shadow World was nearly at its end. The tiline was almost up, waiting to return to the Palante Empire to reopen the Shadow World live broadcast to clear Loren of all charges once and for all.

The subsequent comprehensive southern campaign and the final battle with the Blood Clan in the heartland of the Huo Ning Empire might just be the last episode of Blood Moon Bad World Shadow World.

Lanci didn’t know how many years it would be until the next Shadow World, but by that ti, he and Hyperion would certainly have not seen Siegler for a long ti.

An adult Siegler would likely be a top-tier Eighth-order warrior, and her personality would certainly have changed.

He hoped that they could still get along as harmoniously as they did now.

But on second thought, Lanci felt there was no problem. He couldn’t imagine what it would look like if Siegler and Hyperion ever argued.
