When the light that Lanci and Talia could see brightened.
They were no longer in the compartnts of the Magic Power Rail Train traveling outside Brilda.
"Where is this?"
Lanci wanted to see his surroundings, and after the flash of light, he suddenly realized they were in the Demon King Castle Necaris from tens of thousands of years ago.
Today should be a good day; just looking out the window tells him so.
The scenery of Necaris remains that antique and traditional, under the clear sky, a vibrant and clear blue color is visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Demon King's Castle, in spring, the sunlight warms his body.
What draws his attention is not the familiar sights of the throne hall, nor the unprecedentedly lively noise behind him.
But rather a tiline he had never seen before.
From the markings on the clock of the Demon King Palace, it should be a ti node even later than the fourth Shadow World's ti.
Whether in the Shadow World or true history, such a harmonious Necaris should not appear, as if there never was a magic war of the Huo Ning Empire's Demon People, or the turmoil of the Blood Clan had been ended much earlier.
"..."
Lanci observed the outside with a puzzled expression.
The only thing he could be sure of was that he was standing under the magnificent do of the throne hall in the Necaris Demon King Palace, with the Demon World's style decorations witnessing ti, silver-white and light blue flowers lined the walls and arches, weaving a phantasmagoric corridor.
Lanci was very confused and thoughtful.
But he still couldn't control his voice to speak.
This body seed beyond his control, he could only experience this dream.
"Are you ready?"
Then, a gentle calling voice rose from behind him.
He suddenly turned around.
The various shadowy paintings and colorful glass windows on the tens of ters high walls of the Demon King Palace refracted sunlight into countless light particles, gently sprinkling on those light blue petals.
A silver-haired woman was wearing a dress she usually wouldn't wear, holding a bouquet of pure white flowers.
She had fair skin, elegantly long silver hair, and her long hair ends fluttered in the wind.
The white veil was floating lightly, the hem of the skirt was made of multiple layers of gauze, and the lace made the entire dress look particularly soft and dreamy.
She was waiting in the distance behind Lanci.
"..."
Lanci opened his eyes and looked at the figure in a wedding dress, unmistakably in the likeness of Calila.
For a mont, she also looked very much like Talia.
Lanci beca unsure whether this was Calila or Talia, he wanted to ask a question, but he still couldn't control the dream's progression.
"That wasn't what I wanted to say just now!"
The familiar voice of Talia rang in Lanci's mind.
"Tata, can't you also control the dream and yourself in the dream?"
Lanci imdiately used his mind to ask the silver-haired woman in the wedding dress.
"Yes."
Talia's voice transmitted, carrying so unknown shyness.
She didn't know why she beca Calila or wore this outfit she would never wear either!
Fortunately, their souls were connected, and they could communicate through thoughts even without words.
"Then I understand, we've both entered into Calila's dream, and right now, we're probably experiencing her dreamlike two protagonists."
Lanci quickly judged based on his understanding of Calila's techniques and the current situation.
This should be a dream resembling falling into a gentle hotown, and they both experience the dream from the first-person perspective, but they couldn't control Calila's dream.
It was more like a fully imrsed experience in this mory phantasmagoria of Calila.
Only then did Lanci realize the throne hall was already filled with figures, all the seats occupied by humans who should have long perished in the Blood Moon Bad World, Demon Race allies, and Orc Lords.
"Then what is this tiline?"
Talia probably understood what this dream was and hurriedly asked Lanci in her heart.
She was standing in the Demon King Palace during the Blood Moon Bad World Era, and this ceremony was proceeding in an orderly fashion.
At this rate, she feared she might end up marrying Lanci.
"..."
Lanci once again surveyed the lively throne hall, analyzing.
Firstly, this certainly wasn't a real tiline that existed in history because the dead cannot be resurrected.
It was probably more like an assud tiline where Calila survived.
And Lankros didn't die in the turmoil of the Demon People and beca the Black Sun Tyrant.
Thus, Lankros and Calila eventually succeeded in ending the Blood Clan's chaos and ca together.
"I rember the most crucial battle between the third Shadow World and the fourth Shadow World ti node was when the Blood Clan launched a desperate surprise attack on the Demon World, although the Demon King Palace was defended in the end, Calila was nearly dying, and even though the eighth-order Lankros arrived in ti, he could only barely repel Rashar, the Third Ancestor, he only reached the ninth-order later when battling the Fifth Progenitor or Second Progenitor."
Lanci roughly guessed what kind of assud node this was.
That battle was also the direct cause of Calila's death, besides Calila, Mist Sir and True Night Sir also died one after another, and Lord Raeming retreated due to serious injuries, making him unable to serve as the Great Demon General anymore.
If Calila had won against Rashar then, or if Lankros had successfully broken through to the ninth order at the last minute and sealed Rashar completely, many subsequent tragedies could have been reduced.
Perhaps this tiline could have been reached.
"So, do we have to experience a wedding in the dream?"
