Ryan, as a Marquis, despite not having the busy affairs of the War God, still isn't completely free, so he talked about the latest decisions these past two days.

What Jasper referred to as control was first being controlled by the Blood Clan without being aware of it, recklessly attacking his companions and almost causing a disaster, which Ryan also deeply felt.

The second ti was during their final battle, when they did not trust Julius, yet facts proved that Julius's judgnt was indeed correct.

Ryan was grateful that this ti he made the right choice.

Other War Gods also agreed with the proposal for Julius to take the position of Commander.

"Why Julius?"

Violet was full of confusion.

She probably had just been asleep for a week.

Then everyone seed to think out of the box, wanting Julius, who they least dared to let be Commander before, to be nominated.

In Violet's impression, Julius's greatest wish has always been to beco Commander. He often wished for the Empire's foundations to explode imdiately, letting him take over the command of Hesintos.

"You don't know this, do you? During this Brilda turmoil, Julius was indeed the most reliable among us. Sotis he's pretending to be reckless, sotis genuinely reckless, but in critical monts, he can do the right thing with a clear mind."

Bianca proudly explained to Violet.

On that day, even she and Ryan were deceived by Julius, or perhaps it was because they were truly moved by Julius's sincerity that day.

Throughout it all, Julius never betrayed the Cerryti Empire.

And if he were to fail, he would bear infamy for life, written into the history books of the future.

"Congratulations, indeed, Julius."

Violet's cheeks still showed so surprise as she spoke, never expecting Julius, this seemingly unsuitable Commander, to beco the most trustworthy and reliable companion in critical monts.

Seeing the expressions of Bianca, Salon, and Ryan, Violet sowhat understood Julius's contributions to the Empire during the turmoil.

So things may not yield the most accurate judgnt through normal interactions and observations, but the battle concerning the destiny of the Cerryti Empire wouldn't prove incorrect.

"So things, at the mont they are obtained, they have already changed completely. Once, I truly wanted to be Commander, but now the current state seems just fine."

Julius spoke without a hint of pride on his face, instead with a calm deanor.

If he really were to take over, Julius realized that there are many things he probably couldn't achieve as well as Hesintos.

Perhaps, from the very beginning, he just wanted to beco Commander out of competitiveness.

If he were to exchange what he has for what he doesn't, forgetting why he is happy, that might lead him astray.

"Ah, I must look at you with newfound respect now, Julius."

Violet exhaled a breath of relief.

It turns out she might have underestimated Julius all along.

Yet thinking more carefully, perhaps her observations were just superficial, like she never truly understood Hesintos's inner struggles and pain, nor saw the firmness and determination of Julius's beliefs.

"Of course, this isn't just my achievent; I owe much to the help of friends from the Silvermoon Reform Association."

Julius said, his mouth curling slightly into a smile rare for him.

At first, when he talked with everyone as Number Four, he only felt these companions were good people.

Now he was sure.

They are very good.

As the War Gods chatted, footsteps and voices could be heard approaching from outside the door.

"Lanci, now you know, don't you, what I ant by 'if you're just a little less capable, you'd be a regular visitor at the hospital' last ti, right?"

"I rember back then I said I pay great attention to my health, aiming to stay away from the hospital, and you replied 'you're very talented.' I really thought you were complinting ."

"You're very talented."

"Hyperion, you've changed. You never used to outright mock face-to-face!"

Along with the laughter of n and won echoing down the corridor of the fifth floor of the hospital, the door to the ward was knocked.

"Co in."

Violet said.

The door was pushed open, revealing Lanci and Hyperion bringing gifts to visit the patient.

"Violet, sorry I'm late. Here's so handmade snacks, freshly baked and brought to you."

Lanci placed the packed snack box on the table in the ward, greeting Violet.

They could have left earlier, but Talia had them wait a bit for her snacks to finish, so they could help bring them to Violet.

Because last ti during the Moon Goddess festival in the Principal's office of the Main Hall, Violet fed Talia lots of specialty pastries from Saint Kray Temple, Talia insisted on making sothing for Violet in return.

Presently, Talia was still busy in the kitchen at ho. She needed to cook for the many guests at Professor Landry's Mansion, as well as prepare Violet's lunch and dinner, which were likely being handled by Boss Cat Restaurant's Saint Kray Temple branch hall.

anwhile, Cat Boss and Sigrid were in the kitchen helping Talia.

"Mm, it slls good, there's too much for to eat alone, everyone please help."

Upon opening the box, Violet imdiately showed a satisfied expression, as just the aroma told her it would be delicious, a dish the chef poured heartfelt effort into crafting.

"Oh, right, the amount of food a magic wolf eats is indeed much less than a physical wolf."
