logas hadn’t expected Calila to attack her so despicably.

Originally, Calila never regarded her as an adversary, and wouldn’t even take her seriously in combat!

Sigrid, seeing Calila engage, was also a bit surprised.

In her mory, Calila was not one from the Great Demon Clan willing to stoop to fighting two against one.

But in a fight, winning was what mattered!

"Thanks!"

Sigrid thoroughly approved of Calila’s intervention and was delighted that Calila was willing to help her.

Sigrid had a wealth of combat experience.

The mont logas’s form paused, Sigrid’s fist followed through, smashing logas heavily into the ground.

Accompanied by the collapsing ground of the deepest pits of Purgatory, logas, coughing up blood, fell beneath the earth.

"So we combine that well?"

Talia approached beside Siegler.

She felt that as long as she could help control logas, Siegler would be able to deliver highly effective damage imdiately!

This effect was a stark difference from when she dealt damage herself.

"Yeah, this is our mother-daughter bond!"

Siegler and the white-dress witch high-fived.

She possessed high attack, high defense, and high speed, but her biggest shortcoming was the lack of control.

Calila, on the other hand, was essentially half-support with a diverse array of control abilities.

"Is it..."

Talia bashfully averted her eyes.

Such a strong ally, such a comfortable team arrangent, she might never experience it again.

The more she felt Siegler’s perfection, the less willing Talia was to let go of Siegler.

"How long do you think she’ll last?"

Sigrid, from high in the air, watched logas slowly rising from the ground and asked Calila beside her.

Talia didn’t speak, only smiled and shook her head, watching logas.

Before them, logas was like prey unable to escape.

...

Huebelle, watching distantly from the Corridor Academy, felt a twitch in the corner of her eye.

She now felt both her mother and sister had turned into villains.

Were you two ever really the good guys?

This now-unrecognizable Lava Canyon was constantly marked by tumultuous noise and intermittently perated with a deadly silence. If the silence persisted, it ant the battle was nearing its conclusion.

Huebelle could clearly sense the distance to that far-off battlefield, which she could not cross, was the distance between mortals and gods.

Even standing there, without Purgatory Corridor Academy’s barrier, she’d be at risk of severe injury from the remnants of the battle at any mont.

"I need to reach the Seventh-order to be of any help."

Huebelle clenched her fist.

To interfere in a conflict of this magnitude, one needed to be at least in the Extraordinary and Holy Realm of the Seventh-order, else, even a single misstep or mont could vaporize the fragile body of a Sixth-order mortal.

"It’s okay, Huebelle."

Lanci comforted, suggesting Huebelle needn’t feel too much pressure.

"...What do you an?"

Huebelle felt Lanci had only said half of what he ant.

"You are a crystal."

Lanci described.

Huebelle, also known as "Ho."

All Huebelle needed to do was stay alive; their entire team’s mission had always been to keep Huebelle alive.

"...?"

Huebelle, initially interpreting Lanci’s words as sweet nothings, felt her heartbeat quicken. But before it did, she understood his intent from the look in his eyes.

"You’ve turned bad!"

She pouted in annoyance, hitting Lanci’s shoulder with pretended hurt.

"Wrong, I am the most respectful of the Princess."

Lanci just laughed.

Huebelle wasn’t using any force.

At that ti, Tamisha had woken up.

The little gray cat’s head peeked out from Huebelle’s chest, gazing toward the apocalyptic battle in the distance, then at the man and woman.

It probably knew it had been saved.

Never mind, back to sleep.

Tamisha nestled back into Huebelle’s clothes, curling up once more.

"About the light on Siegler’s body, doesn’t it resemble the Original Slabs?"

Huebelle turned to Lanci and asked.

Although she couldn’t definitively tell if the light on Siegler was from the Original Slabs, she felt it certainly bore a resemblance to the Divine Light of the God Era.

"Perhaps."

Lanci wasn’t sure himself.

"Uh..."

Huebelle, troubled, looked away.

Historians were undecided on the exact era from which the Original Slabs dated back to, hence the possibility that even during the Blood Moon Bad World there might have been Original Slabs or related artifacts could not be dismissed.

After all, Calila too had displayed strange Divine Light.

In reality, in the present world, there was sothing like the light of the [Original Tablet - Foundation] on a woman she greatly disliked. Seeing the light on Siegler, Huebelle couldn’t help but be reminded of that woman who was also adept with her fists.

But this was her favorite Siegler, totally different from that woman.

Huebelle shook her head.

She didn’t want to compare people she disliked with those she liked; it was an insult to Siegler.

Whatever the light was, it didn’t matter if it was the Original Slabs or not; Siegler being strong was enough.

"Co on, Siegler, Calila!"

Huebelle cheered for the two she loved most in the Shadow World!

The entire sinking Purgatory Canyon was gradually turned to dust in the lava, ready to be consud by the battle at any mont.

The starry sky began to form an energy vortex, and the dark shadow of a lunar eclipse finally arrived, threatening to destroy and swallow everything around.

Rifts started to expand on the upper levels of the canyon, these deep crevices invisible to the bottom, emanating murky gusts as if the gates of Hell had opened.

logas unleashed her force on Siegler as if Eighth-order Magic cost her no mana.
