Chapter 1353: Chapter 11 Azure Dragon Inquiry to the Moon
Damn it!
All three people in the room simultaneously turned to look at Su He.
Su He didn’t explain, seeing their curious eyes widen. He shook his head and laughed: “Should I issue a gag order?”
A dragon, a turtle, and a person suddenly looked utterly disappointed. They all turned their heads away, but Little White Dragon suddenly lifted her head: “Wait a minute! You weren’t supposed to get a share of the spoils this ti!”
This turtle himself said it—no share of the spoils!
Su He shrugged his turtle shell: “I’m just taking advantage!”
Little White Dragon glared at him angrily on the spot.
Beside them, Tai Zu widened his eyes “like a spectator eating lon seeds,” watching the two of them. If not for the peculiar circumstances, he might have already goaded them into fighting.
It was the Uncultivated Monk who raised a glance of helplessness: “Plan…!”
Now that they had entered the Month Initial Boundary, not a single mont was to be wasted. Though Yuan Xu Immortal Sovereign wasn’t here at the mont, nobody could guarantee he wouldn’t return in the next instant.
How they should proceed—there needed to be a plan in place.
No fight this ti?
Tai Zu’s face showed disappointnt, but he was imdiately glared at by White Dragon. Only then did he shrug his turtle shell and say: “Alright, alright! Plan!”
Saying this, he turned to Su He and asked: “Cousin, regarding the many situations that might occur in the Month Initial Boundary, we three have about hundreds of response scenarios prepared. Do you want them?”
In truth, the scenarios weren’t solely their creations. When deciding on strategies, Little White would often unexpectedly suggest new ideas—though given her brainpower, it was baffling how she could co up with so many.
Had that Old Dragon of the Dragon clan secretly joined their planning?
Or even the old turtle from his family?
Su He fell silent for a mont, then smiled and shook his head: “Better not! Let keep a blank slate.”
With hundreds of scenarios ticulously rehearsed, the three of them must have practiced countless tis, forming habits even in their subconscious.
But having never been to this place before, if any of their information turned out to be wrong, the subconscious habits they relied on could beco fatal!
Being the one who knew nothing might actually allow him to complent them better.
Tai Zu looked at him for a mont, his eyes suddenly shining bright. Although clearly pleased, his face showed a mischievous smile.
Not bad—truly the genius of the Dragon Turtle Tribe! Among those in Opening Heaven Four-fold he had encountered, Su He was the only one whose combat power could match his own.
This idea had perfectly aligned with his own thinking! Otherwise, he would’ve spilled everything during their journey here.
Strong combat power, sharp intelligence. Should he seriously consider pulling this fellow clansman into his Ancient Thai Hitter Group?
Tai Zu mulled over this idea seriously—after all, for a team, having functional intelligence was crucial. The monk’s wooden deanor didn’t count, and while this Little White Dragon might boast exceptional combat power, her lack of wit dragged down everyone’s IQ average.
Thinking this, Tai Zu stole a glance at Little White Dragon. At first, she appeared puzzled, but then her fury boiled over.
She might not be sharp, but her instincts as a female beast were terrifyingly acute. This stupid turtle was internally badmouthing her!
The wrath of the Divine God Dragon could change heaven and earth.
Suddenly, outside the courtyard ca the sound of a Dragon’s Chant. Across the entire Month Initial Boundary, Dragon Qi condensed into a water-thick dragon dozens of yards long, soaring skyward and rging into an infinitely vast Azure Dragon.
The Azure Dragon gazed at the round moon high in the sky and let out a resounding Dragon’s Chant.
Su He looked up at the scene outside, then turned to Little White Dragon: “Playing this big?”
Little White Dragon’s face was dark as charcoal: “Do you think I have the power for this, cousin?”
This was a transformation of the Month Initial Boundary itself!
Beside them, Tai Zu got out of trouble and burst out laughing: “Right on ti—perfect timing. Alright, everyone, to your roles!”
Finishing his words, he turned to Su He, looking seriously at him: “Cousin, will you move together with Little White?”
Having Little White act alone was sowhat unsettling. Adding a functioning brain to her seed like a good idea.
Su He probably never imagined in his life that one day he’d be treated as the “smart one” in any situation—let alone by Tai Zu!
Nodding his head, Su He watched as Tai Zu took out an item—one section of a World Tree Root.
During the opening of the Profound Realm, the World Tree reveals itself, granting the chance to harvest its roots—an opportunity exclusive to that mont. But the Mountain and Sea Mystery Realm of the Dragon Turtle tribe was unique; they had used the collective power of their clan to create it. Thus, the World Tree wasn’t epheral like usual but pinned to the void, hanging there permanently.
Even the toads had harvested a great number of roots from the World Tree.
Imagine—every mber of the Dragon Turtle Tribe likely had a stash of World Tree roots.
Tai Zu slapped his claw against the root, which gradually lted away like snow and ice, becoming faintly illusory and on the verge of dissolving.
The monk and Little White Dragon, clearly all too familiar with this practice, condensed a strand of consciousness and infused it into the dissolving World Tree Root before turning toward Su He.
Su He followed suit, sending a strand of his consciousness into the root.
That strand of consciousness suddenly seed to enter a Profound Realm—not a true world but a ntal space where the four could communicate telepathically.
“Ti is limited. This Little Xuan World can only last three days. Make haste!”
Tai Zu delivered his ssage through the Little Xuan World.
The Uncultivated Monk was the first to act. Pulling out a Precept Sword, he struck a blow toward his own forehead, severing a streak of radiant light which he cast into the ntal space. Then, chanically, he sheathed his sword, sat cross-legged upon a ditation cushion, and entered into a state of deep contemplation.
“Let’s go!” Tai Zu’s head lit up with a Copper Bell as he took the first step out of the courtyard, disappearing to an unknown destination.
Little White Dragon twisted her form, releasing a surge of dragon energy that enveloped a Kasaya, shrinking it as it descended over both herself and Su He.
“Let’s move, cousin!” Su He stepped outside the courtyard in one stride.
“I don’t need to know the contingency plans, but you’ll at least tell what needs doing, won’t you? What’s the situation now?” Su He asked within the Little Xuan World.
White Dragon let out a light chuckle: “Originally, each of us had our separate aims.”
“The monk has severed the mories related to us, leaving them behind in the courtyard to handle the Month Initial Boundary. In this mont, he truly resembles a devout Yuan Sovereign Clan mber who worships the Immortal Sovereign. Though, of course, he retains a few of his private motives.”
