At that ti, it was in a luxury store under the Keaton Group. July Quinn was planning to buy so gifts with Susan Carter to present as a eting gift for her mother.
Unexpectedly, she bumped into Bianca White placing her hand in the crook of Kyle Keaton’s arm, both of them shopping together.
July Quinn hadn’t had ti to react when, behind her, Susan suddenly started cursing.
"Damn, isn’t that your man? Why is he shopping with another woman?"
Susan hated shopping the most.
So every ti July Quinn asked her to go shopping, Susan would always tell her to go find her man instead and would preach that shopping with one’s own man is way more fun.
In fact, today July Quinn actually took his advice to heart, so before coming to the mall with him, she had called Kyle Keaton.
Kyle Keaton said he had a very important eting today and might be working late, unable to co ho.
Having no other choice, Susan was dragged out to carry bags.
At that mont, Kyle Keaton seed to hear a noise and looked over.
July Quinn didn’t know why she wanted to hide, but when she ca to her senses, she had already pulled Susan into a costics counter, and even covered Susan’s chattering mouth that was making her restless.
It wasn’t until Kyle Keaton and Bianca White had gone far away that July Quinn let go of Susan’s mouth.
"Miss, are you buying costics?"
Perhaps their sneaky actions looked too suspicious, as the salesgirl’s expression was indescribable when she ca up to inquire.
"He wants to buy lipstick."
Susan opened her mouth, but before she could say anything, July Quinn spoke first.
Just after her words, the salesgirl’s expression beca even more conflicted.
"So, may I ask what kind of lipstick this gentleman wants to buy?"
"What the hell..."
Susan was ready to curse. Did he, a burly rcenary leader, look like soone who would dabble with those colorful saring things?
But the cursing words died in his mouth as July Quinn answered for him again, "He wants Barbie pink, the pinker, the better!"
Susan: "..."
And so, he got his first lipstick.
When they finished paying, Kyle Keaton and Bianca White were in a won’s clothing store in the distance.
Kyle Keaton was in the store elegantly crossing his legs, reading a newspaper.
His innate nobility and elegance made him the most eye-catching sight in the store even without saying a word.
As for Bianca White, she was wearing the sa outfit as the mannequin in the window, twirling in front of Kyle Keaton.
"Does it look good?"
"It’s okay!"
"I’ve tried on several outfits, and you haven’t said a single nice thing!"
"Just pay for it."
Bianca White frowned.
At this mont, she happened to catch sight of a familiar and striking figure outside the clothing store window.
She imdiately put away all the negative emotions on her face and smiled particularly sweetly, "Lord Keaton spoils !"
Kyle Keaton didn’t even lift his head, directly handing over a credit card for the sales assistant to make the paynt.
July Quinn saw this and looked away.
She had no expression throughout, but Susan was frantic.
"Why don’t you call him and see if he’s intentionally hiding it from you?"
July Quinn ignored him.
Susan continued to persuade, "You’re not acting right. I think it’s better to express your emotions properly."
It’s not that he was being naggy, but he knew July Quinn’s mood was off. She never shows it on her face and only troubles others.
Just like how she inexplicably bought him a Barbie pink lipstick earlier, Susan feared that July Quinn would ss with him next, put makeup on him, and if he resisted, it might end up in a fight, or sothing like that.
Maybe thinking Susan made so sense, July Quinn finally took out her phone and called Kyle Keaton.
