Colder than Kyle Keaton’s voice was the look he cast on Noah Nash.

It made Noah realize that if he dared to further tarnish July Quinn’s na, it wouldn’t just be a matter of bad luck, but rather eting his end.

It was at that very mont that Noah realized he had made a grave mistake.

July Quinn was actually Lord Keaton’s wife?

He had foolishly set his eyes on Lord Keaton’s wife and intended to disgrace her in public?

Realizing this, Noah hastily and nervously explained, "No, Lord Keaton! I didn’t know she was your wife. If I had known, I wouldn’t have dared to say such things even with ten tis the courage."

Kyle Keaton was a figure even the Donovan Family feared; was he out of his mind to provoke such a powerful man?

"It was Yvonne, Yvonne asked to help her teach July Quinn a lesson, but she didn’t ntion July Quinn was your wife! If she had clearly stated July Quinn’s identity, I wouldn’t have dared even if threatened with death..."

In his plea for rcy, the truth inadvertently slipped from Noah’s lips, causing the expressions of those present to change slightly.

Especially Richard Donovan.

He always disliked those who used underhanded tactics to win.

Yvonne Donovan also knew her father’s dislikes well and countered, "Noah, wasn’t it enough that you bullied ? Now you’re hurling false accusations!"

While harshly criticizing Noah, she quickly explained to her father, "Dad, don’t listen to her nonsense. He must have been bribed by July Quinn."

"Yvonne, one must have a conscience! I helped you when you asked, and now that things have gone wrong, you’re turning your back on !"

"Who turned their back on you? It wasn’t , I’m a victim too!!"

Yvonne and Noah were in an endless argunt.

Until Richard Donovan’s cold voice cut in, "Enough, both of you, be quiet!"

Only then did Noah and Yvonne finally quiet down completely.

"So, have you co to a conclusion?" Kyle Keaton raised an eyebrow at Richard Donovan.

"Yes." Richard nodded, while his gaze lingered briefly on July Quinn before continuing to respond to Kyle Keaton.

"I will discipline my daughter and keep my house in order."

Upon hearing this, Yvonne knew her father believed it was her fault.

"Dad, it wasn’t , honestly!"

She wanted to defend herself, but Richard Donovan gave her no chance this ti.

"If you don’t shut up, you’ll be expelled from the family."

For Yvonne, it was the first ti since she was born that Richard spoke to her so harshly.

Yvonne felt wronged, but she also knew her father wasn’t joking about the expulsion, so she dared not argue further.

She could only cast a venomous glance at July Quinn.

July Quinn, receiving Yvonne’s glare, smiled and glanced at Richard Donovan:

"If you don’t discipline your daughter properly, naturally soone else will step in for you."

Yvonne was infuriated, nearly losing her temper.

But at this mont, Richard Donovan gripped her wrist tightly, the force of which was terrifying!

Yvonne, in pain, also understood her father was reminding her not to stir up more trouble.

No matter how frustrated, all she could do was swallow this bitter pill.

Once Yvonne quieted down, Richard Donovan said to July Quinn, "Thank you, Mrs. Keaton, for your guidance!"

However, as he t July Quinn’s eyes, Richard appeared to lose his soul.

This made Kyle Keaton extrely displeased, so he promptly took July Quinn by the arm: "In that case, we’ll take our leave for today."

"In any case, I’m truly sorry for today. After thoroughly investigating the matter, I will personally visit to give both Lord and Mrs. Keaton an explanation."

Richard Donovan knew that with things blown to this level, Kyle Keaton certainly wasn’t in the mood to stay and didn’t dare to retain them.

Thus, Kyle Keaton and July Quinn left.

Yet Richard Donovan’s gaze lingered on July Quinn’s retreating figure for a long ti...
