"Are you the owner of the Serenity Clinic storefront?"
Simon Hale imdiately thought of sothing: "So, the Serenity Clinic is also yours!"
When the Serenity Clinic was about to open, Simon was anxious that this clinic might be opened by July Quinn.
But after it opened, seeing that there weren’t many patients outside, Simon didn’t pay much attention to it.
Yet recently, the clinic has been overflowing with patients every day, and Simon can’t even get in to find out who the doctor is.
Simon started feeling a sense of crisis and thought of taking over the clinic.
No matter who the doctor is, this would allow him to directly kick her out.
But he never expected that not only was the Serenity Clinic opened by July Quinn, but even the storefront belonged to her.
How could he possibly get rid of July now?
"Exactly right."
July Quinn complinted him with a smile: "You’re not as stupid as you look."
"Are you from the Monroe Family?"
Simon couldn’t hold back his deeply buried doubts any longer.
"I’m not."
July’s answer made him breathe a bit easier.
Not being from the Monroe Family ant they didn’t have such deep hatred towards him, and perhaps spending so money could get her to leave.
But before Simon’s heart could settle back down, July spoke again: "Though I’m not from the Monroe Family, I am representing them to send you onto The Asphodel Path."
"You... What gives you the right to act for the Monroe Family in this?" Simon’s heart leapt back into his throat, his eyes widened with unease and fear.
"Just because I am now the foremost heir of the Monroe Family’s dical practice!"
July Quinn bluntly revealed her identity.
So, she was the leading heir of the Monroe Family, no wonder her dical skills were so superb!
At this mont, all of Simon’s previous confusion was clear.
But upon discovering this, Simon’s anxiety and fear were soon overshadowed by insatiable greed.
"Since you are the foremost heir of the Monroe Family, you must own the second, third, and fourth volus of their dical texts, right? Na your price, I’ll take them no matter the cost."
After deciphering the dical texts left on the stone wall by the Monroe Family, Simon beca aware that there were additional volus of dical texts.
Yet, despite thoroughly searching the entire Monroe Family estate, he couldn’t find those books.
Initially, he was puzzled about their whereabouts.
Now it seems that the books must have been taken away when the Monroe Family left.
And July Quinn’s mastery of unparalleled dical techniques is the best proof.
Simon thought, even with just one volu of the Monroe Family’s dical texts, he was able to thrive smoothly in Esteria.
If he had the mastery of all those dical texts, he could rule the entire world.
"I’m not against giving you the dical texts, but I don’t want money!"
July’s response made Simon even more eager.
"What do you want then? Whatever you say, I’ll make it happen."
In Simon’s eyes, acquiring all those dical texts equates to gaining control over the entire realm.
Perhaps due to his evil deeds and subsequent karmic retribution, after having Rhonda Hale, Simon lost his ability to father more children.
Despite studying that Monroe Family text to perfection over the years, he hasn’t found a way to regain his manhood.
Hence, Simon planned that once he acquired the dical texts, he would research a way to restore his abilities and perhaps give Rhonda a brother to continue the Hale legacy.
But he never expected July’s demand to be: "Your life and your daughter’s life!"
