Twenty minutes later, the two arrived at a high-end private club.

"Miss Quinn, this way please."

A man in a suit led the way for them and brought them to a private room.

Inside the room, a woman around twenty-seven or twenty-eight years old, dressed in a white Chanel-style outfit, was chatting with several people, including two foreigners.

Upon hearing the door open, the few people ca up to greet them.

"Miss Quinn, a pleasure to et you, a pleasure."

"Is this Miss Quinn herself? My god, she’s so beautiful."

"Miss Quinn, I’m Rhonda Hale. I’m the one who has been in contact with you before."

Several people greeted July Quinn in succession, led by Rhonda, who introduced herself first and shook hands with her.

"Hello, Miss Hale, I’ve heard so much about you!"

"Has Miss Quinn heard of ?" Rhonda’s eyes lit up.

"Indeed, you’re the daughter of Simon Hale, the top doctor in Esteria, and you’ve already founded two publicly listed companies at such a young age. You’re the top socialite in the elite circles of Esteria; who hasn’t heard of you?" July Quinn said with a smile.

If you listened carefully, you could detect a hint of mockery in her words.

But Rhonda was too flattered to notice the off-tone in July’s voice.

Thus, Rhonda’s smile radiated brightly, yet she modestly said, "Miss Quinn, you’re too kind. If you ask , you’re much more exceptional. You’re even younger than and already a mber of Angela Club..."

Listening to these two won praising each other, Susan Carter felt like this was one big mutual admiration society.

While Susan was rolling her eyes with withheld contempt and planning to discreetly watch "Country Love" on her phone, one of the foreigners who was conversing joyfully with Rhonda suddenly exclaid, "Are you Mr. Gallup Tom?"

Susan’s eye roll froze.

Gallup Tom was Susan’s forr na and also the na famously associated with the head of the Alpha rcenary Corps.

At the ntion of that na, quite a few foreigners in the private room turned pale.

"Gallup Tom? Isn’t that the na of the leader of the Alpha rcenary Corps?"

"Oh my god..."

So had reached the point where just hearing his na made them want to flee.

For the Susan of the past, it was a testant to his competence.

But for the Susan of now, it was akin to having his dignity dragged through the dirt.

He, a leader of rcenaries, acting as an assistant beside a girl—if word got out, he wouldn’t be able to face anyone.

So he hurriedly denied, "No, you’ve got the wrong person."

But to make his denial appear more credible, he even forced a friendly smile at the one who recognized him.

The more he smiled, the more the person panicked.

"No, you are him. You are him... I was fortunate to see Gallup Tom when I was beside Ford before."

Listening to this person’s nonsense, Susan was so vexed he almost wanted to kill.

In a crucial mont, July Quinn placed a hand on his shoulder, signaling him to calm down.

Even though he’d been bested by July countless tis and suffered many losses at her hands, Susan couldn’t understand why her look of reassurance soothed him inexplicably.

After calming Susan, July Quinn turned her gaze to the foreign individual.

"Sir, if this person is indeed Gallup Tom, does that an I’m the top boss of the Alpha rcenary Corps? Would soone as fierce as Gallup Tom serve soone as weak as ? You’re really quite naive."

Susan: "..."

Weak girl?

Oh dear, his ears wanted to vomit after hearing this.
