Elder Cole considered for a mont, "She’s July Quinn!"
Shelly Cole felt this was as good as saying nothing.
"Grandpa, I’m not joking with you, this bet involves my allowance for the next month."
Elder Cole beca interested upon hearing about the bet regarding July Quinn.
"Where’s the bet, let see?"
Shelly Cole handed over her phone with the school forum open to Elder Cole.
After reading, Elder Cole imdiately decided, "Put a hundred thousand into it for ."
"Grandpa, you have that much confidence in July?"
"This is only a 1:50 bet, who are they looking down on? Help vote for July, and rember to add another hundred thousand."
Shelly Cole felt it was like talking past each other, so she decided to end the topic.
When she accompanied July Quinn to the school for the assessnt, they ran into Maya Marsh.
But after losing her company, Maya Marsh started following behind Joy Quinn.
"Really bold enough to co for the assessnt, July Quinn, are you really planning to sneak in through the back door?"
As soon as Maya Marsh saw July Quinn, she started taunting her.
Joy Quinn, however, smiled secretly without speaking.
She casually explained a few concepts about the Keaton Biological Laboratory’s assessnt to Maya Marsh, and Maya followed her like a lapdog, not only staying close but also jumping out to attack July Quinn at critical monts.
What can be said, this little tactic was totally worth it.
"Maya Marsh, how many tis have I told you, the Keaton Biological Laboratory assessnt can’t be sneaked into through the back door. What’s wrong with you, why can’t you get that?"
"Is it that I don’t get it or you yourself feel guilty? As long as you know the truth inside yourself. Don’t think I don’t know; July Quinn is your cousin, and your Cole Family not only brought her into the First University of Esteria without taking the entrance exam, but now you also want to help her sneak into the Keaton Biological Laboratory!"
Maya Marsh shouted.
Shelly Cole, usually gentle and rarely confrontational, turned red upon being challenged by Maya Marsh, "So in your mind, that’s the kind of person I am."
Before Maya Marsh could respond, July Quinn looked at her mockingly, "How do you know about my affairs?"
Indeed, she hadn’t taken the entrance exam, but she had received the acceptance letter years ago, a recomndation offer as people often call it.
Later, due to so reasons, she couldn’t report to the First University of Esteria.
She entrusted Elder Cole to handle this matter, only because she had that acceptance letter that she could enter the university.
Just unexpectedly, as soon as she arrived here, soone had exposed all of her past.
July Quinn’s gaze imdiately shifted to Joy Quinn, her eyes carrying a cold resolve, seemingly disheartened by Joy.
Joy Quinn froze all over, "Sis, I didn’t an to say it..."
But it was under her intentional guidance that Maya asked this question, and she just casually said it.
Joy Quinn appeared extrely fearful of July Quinn, even hiding behind Maya Marsh, as if afraid of being bullied by July Quinn.
Upon seeing this, Maya Marsh hurriedly protected Joy Quinn, "Can you really bla Joy for this? Without her, we wouldn’t have known you weren’t a transfer student, but a connection through relationships."
"And now this connection who doesn’t even recognize written words not only walked into the First University of Esteria but intends to use connections to enter the Keaton Biological Laboratory."
Under Maya Marsh’s influence, many of the students who ca for the assessnt gathered around, pointing fingers at July Quinn.
Shelly Cole, unable to bear it anymore, almost wanted to confront Maya Marsh directly.
But July Quinn held her shoulder down.
"Hearing is wearing blindfolds, seeing is believing. She prefers to believe soone’s one-sided words, yet doesn’t trust old friends’ sincere advice; one can only say she’s dood to be used as a tool."
The latter part of what July Quinn said not only targeted Maya Marsh but also gave Joy Quinn a cold glance.
