Moreover, the primary rule for a Vanguard War General is unconditional obedience to the Family Head and the head matriarch, with no defiance, slander against the Family Head or the head matriarch permitted.

"Lord Keaton, surely you’re not talking about Miss Quinn? But you and Miss Quinn aren’t married yet, things shouldn’t be this serious."
Thomas Grant didn’t agree with so of Wendy’s remarks earlier.
But since Wendy was personally promoted by him, he had to speak on her behalf.
Besides, he knew insulting the head matriarch of The Keaton Family wasn’t as simple as being kicked out of the Vanguard War General managent.
It ant being completely expelled from The Keaton Family’s sphere, with no chance of entering any of The Keaton Family’s associated industries ever again.
So, if Wendy really was expelled from The Keaton Family, she would find it very hard to rise again in her lifeti.
Other Vanguard War Generals also understood how severe this punishnt was, so they all looked hopefully at Kyle Keaton, hoping he would retract this order.
However, at this mont, Kyle Keaton suddenly wrapped his arm around July Quinn’s waist, looking seriously at everyone.

July Quinn didn’t say anything, but her lips quietly curled into a smile because of the formal introduction.
Kyle Keaton introducing her so solemnly in front of others showed he truly valued her. Instantly, she wasn’t as upset about him following her and Liam Monroe earlier.
But while July Quinn was pleased by his words, they left the Vanguard War Generals of The Keaton Family collectively dumbfounded.
"Lord Keaton, are you really married to Miss Quinn?"
Thomas Grant took quite a while to find his voice again.
Kyle Keaton shot him a cold glance: "Do you need to show you the marriage certificate?"
"No, no need."
Thomas Grant thought to himself: Even if I had ten guts, I wouldn’t dare look.
Since Thomas Grant, the Commander, didn’t dare question the authenticity of July Quinn and Kyle Keaton’s marriage, no one else would.
At this mont, Wendy’s face was nearly as pale as paper.
She knew July Quinn and Lord Keaton had an unusual relationship, but she never imagined it involved the identity of the head matriarch of The Keaton Family.
If she had known July Quinn was the head matriarch, she wouldn’t have dared to speak provocatively to July even if she had hundreds of guts!
Now, Wendy truly regretted her actions.
But no matter how much she regretted, it was useless.
Thus, after it was clarified that July Quinn was the head matriarch, Thomas Grant imdiately announced on behalf of Kyle Keaton:
"Wendy Tierney spoke disrespectfully to the head matriarch of The Keaton Family. According to The Keaton Family’s rules, she is directly expelled and will no longer be able to work in any industries under The Keaton Family."
Wendy didn’t dare voice any objections to this resolution.
And Kyle Keaton no longer paid them any heed, signaling them to leave Westmarch while he took July Quinn away.
As for Owen Shaw, he was taken away by The Shaw Family imdiately after completing his mission, while Susan Carter was thrown into the trunk, her fate unknown.
Upon arriving at the small residence, July Quinn and Kyle Keaton had a disagreent regarding Susan Carter’s placent.
"July Quinn, you want to place such a dangerous individual in our ho? Have you gone mad?"
"My son stays at ho, what’s the problem? Moreover, if he isn’t at ho, how can he be a son, a nanny, and a security guard?"
Watching the two argue because of him, Susan Carter felt no guilt at all; on the contrary, he didn’t act like an outsider and began eating grapes and watching TV on the sofa.
"Argue, argue! If they could argue until the sky falls that’d be great, then I’d slip away in the chaos."
