"No need to comfort , I’m fine."
Though she felt quite touched, July Quinn tried her best not to show it.
Weakness was sothing she never wanted to display in front of others.
Except for that day when her true identity was revealed, leading to a complete ntal breakdown, she’d rarely ever sobbed in front of others.
"As long as you’re fine. Let’s head back."
"I told you before, I have so things to take care of tonight. As for drinking..."
July Quinn stood on tiptoe, wrapped her arms around Kyle Keaton’s neck, her red lips slightly upturned, breathing softly.
"Let’s do it tomorrow night. Tomorrow we’ll have a good drink and talk."
In retrospect, Kyle Keaton had been really good to her, and they both had feelings for each other now.
So she truly wasn’t opposed to being with Kyle Keaton for real.
"What do you have to do that can’t wait until the night?"
Kyle Keaton continued to hold July Quinn’s waist tightly, his eyes slightly narrowed.
His intuition told him that what July Quinn was about to do might involve another man.
Otherwise, why would she try to distract and deliberately entice him?
"Yes, this is sothing that must be done at night."
Liam Monroe was a descendant of The Monroe Family.
Suddenly entering Aphelion without any disguise might lead to a fatal disaster.
So July Quinn had to et with Liam Monroe quickly to discuss a disguise plan.
Once everything was sorted out, it wouldn’t be too late to introduce Kyle Keaton to Liam Monroe.
"Alright, I’ll head ho first."
Once again sent ho, the crease on Kyle Keaton’s forehead was sharp enough to kill a fly.
But this ti, he didn’t force himself to stay. He went along with July Quinn and got into his car.
Under July Quinn’s watchful eyes, he drove away from the Hawes Presidential Hotel, heading towards their cozy little residence.
Just two minutes later, his car made a U-turn on the road and returned to the front of the Hawes Presidential Hotel’s entrance.
After handing the car keys to the valet, he was about to ask if July Quinn had already left.
At this mont, a female voice called out.
"Brother-in-law?"
Kyle Keaton turned around to see Joy Quinn, the younger sister.
Joy Quinn was probably afraid Kyle Keaton would forget her identity, so she quickly said, "My second sister is July Quinn, I’m her younger sister Joy Quinn."
After reintroducing herself, Kyle Keaton responded with a cold snort as a reply.
But Kyle Keaton didn’t intend to engage with her further and was about to leave.
At that mont, Joy Quinn asked again, "Brother-in-law, are you looking for my second sister?"
Kyle Keaton paused, his brow slightly raised.
"Do you know where she is?"
Although it was a simple question, combined with the overwhelming aura emanating from him, it made Joy Quinn’s legs go weak.
"I... I don’t know. But I just saw her heading towards the elevator to the guest rooms."
Kyle Keaton got the answer, and imdiately went to retrieve the surveillance tapes.
As expected, he soon saw on the surveillance footage that July Quinn had taken the elevator to the fifth floor.
Kyle Keaton followed and headed towards the elevator area.
Once the man walked away, the tense atmosphere finally dissipated.
Joy Quinn then collapsed to the ground, sobbing, "Oh my god, he’s so handso yet so terrifying!"
*
When Kyle Keaton took the elevator to the VIP 5th floor, he found July Quinn still standing by a door pressing the elevator button.
But she seed unaware of Kyle Keaton’s arrival, as the room door opened from the inside at that mont.
A tall man ca out and embraced July Quinn.
"July Quinn, didn’t you say you’d be back soon? But it’s been over a year now!"
The man’s voice was full of accusation, yet it held an indescribable affection.
While July Quinn hugged him back, "I got held up by sothing. By the way, why didn’t you open the door earlier? I was worried sothing happened to you."
"I was taking a shower, let’s go inside and talk."
Both faces bead with the joy of reunion, and they quickly went inside and locked the door.
Unaware, there stood a tall man nearby who witnessed their cheerful entrance, his eyes bloodshot...
