Holly Houston and Nathan Jacobs arrived at The Forbidden Fruit Restaurant early. Although it wasn’t alti yet, the restaurant was already full, and they started taking numbers for seating.

Even though they received drinks and fruit in the waiting area, Holly’s brow furrowed again and again.

In her view, as the daughter of the Westmarch Television director and the creator of the hit show "Competition Dance," her status was unmatched in its nobility.

But look at the kind of people waiting with her in the dining area?

Either they were students carrying cheap drinks, or market aunties planning to dance in the plaza after dinner, or even white-collar workers dealing with business while waiting to eat.

The noisy chatter of those people made Holly feel like she was about to fall apart.

"Brother Nathan, how about we leave?"

Slling the sweaty odor from the auntie nearby, Holly felt like she was about to faint.

If she kept slling this, she feared next year on this day would be her death anniversary.

"We’re just a few people away; it will soon be our turn."

Upon arriving at The Forbidden Fruit Restaurant, Nathan had already taken photos and posted them on social dia, earning lots of likes.

Soone comnted saying they were coming to The Forbidden Fruit Restaurant later and asked Nathan for so dish recomndations.

Such interactions weren’t sothing Nathan used to care about.

But ever since the live-stream incident, his forr cronies ceased planning outings with him, and even online interactions beca scarce.

Today, when people showed interest in him again, Nathan wanted to seize this opportunity to rebuild relationships.

Besides, it was just a al, nothing unbearable for him.

Upon hearing Nathan’s words, Holly knew Nathan didn’t want to leave, so she had no choice but to keep enduring with a grim face.

Then she spotted a familiar figure amid the bustling crowd in The Forbidden Fruit Restaurant.

Holly’s expression changed slightly: "Brother Nathan, you said that The Forbidden Fruit Restaurant doesn’t have a VIP system, so all custors have to line up to get a number?"

Nathan, engrossed in checking the growing likes on his posts, didn’t even lift his head: "Yes."

If The Forbidden Fruit Restaurant had a VIP system, Nathan wouldn’t hesitate to pay for a VIP card to avoid the hassle of waiting.

But, as he found out after asking around, the restaurant had no VIP system.

"Then why is everyone waiting here while she can go straight to the dining area?"

Holly raised her voice deliberately, so as soon as she finished speaking, almost everyone in the waiting area followed her gesture and looked in that direction.

Including Nathan.

The figure not far away, wearing a baseball cap, her long hair swaying loosely around her waist.

Even though clad in a simple white T-shirt and denim shorts, she stood out among the people.

Especially when they saw that bare face, stunningly captivating in profile...

Nathan lost his composure.

Though many grievances lay between him and July Quinn, he still had to admit her beauty was incomparable to other won.

Each ti he saw her face, he couldn’t help but imagine, had he not pursued The Quinn Family inheritance and stayed with Nina Quinn, would he and July Quinn have been together by now, and spared himself the ridicule of the live-stream incident?

Every ti he thought about it, Nathan felt imnse regret.

Fortunately, just as Nathan was crushed under the weight of regret, others in the waiting area also started speaking up.

"Waiter, why doesn’t she have to wait while we’re wasting ti here?"

"Yeah, didn’t you say your restaurant doesn’t have a VIP system?"

His drifting thoughts recalled, attention drawn by the yelling, and July Quinn’s gaze landed on the area.

Unfortunately, her eyes didn’t linger on Nathan but swept right past him towards Holly.

The feeling was as if Nathan was no more than a stranger to her.

At this point, The Forbidden Fruit Restaurant’s manager hurriedly arrived after hearing about the commotion.

He glanced at July Quinn, noticing that the big boss seed uninterested in revealing her identity, so he approached to appease the guests.

"Ladies and gentlen, please stay calm. The restaurant will soon offer so fruit and pastries as compensation."

Passionate love doesn’t last; only routines win hearts.

See, just a few pieces of fruit and pastries are enough to pacify the previously restless guests.

A few aunties even asked the manager, "Can we exchange the pastries for dishes? We don’t want kids’ stuff."

"Of course, you can choose which dish you want in exchange, just let the waiter know."

The restaurant’s generosity earned high praise among the aunties.

Seeing that the issue of July Quinn not needing to queue was about to be resolved with so fruit pastries, Holly imdiately spoke up again.

"I don’t need any compensation. I just want to know why she can enter the dining area without queuing!"

As expected, guided by Holly’s deliberate prompting, others began questioning the restaurant manager on this point.

The scene spiraled out of control once more.

Holly glanced at July Quinn, the corners of her lips slightly curved up.
