"Even if I miss you, I have to go to work now, so I can’t co ho to be with you."

On the other end of the phone, July Quinn stood on the big street, smiling on the outside, but grumbling on the inside.

Rembering being forced into hand service by a certain soone last night, July Quinn wanted to curse his ancestors going back eighteen generations.

But he’s her uncle-in-law, so to achieve her ultimate goal, July Quinn could only face it with a smile.

Seeing things with an open mind makes life great.

Yet July Quinn couldn’t understand why her nearly crippled fairy-like hands weren’t a grievance for Kyle Keaton, who had the nerve to question her aggressively while lying back and enjoying himself.

"July Quinn, what’s the aning of handing divorce papers early in the morning?"

"Isn’t this what darling asked to sign?"

July Quinn was also a bit confused.

"Am I not being obedient, giving you what you want to make you happy?"

In fact, July Quinn was worried about changing circumstances.

Who knows if, after last night, Kyle Keaton might suddenly not want to introduce her to his family anymore?

After all, people online say that only things that can’t be obtained would make n cherish them more and fulfill every wish.

"This..."

Kyle Keaton seed montarily speechless.

Without waiting for him to speak, July Quinn suddenly asked, "Or did you suddenly recognize how great July is and don’t plan on divorcing her anymore?"

"In your dreams," the man refuted without hesitation.

Then, very decisively, almost as if afraid July Quinn would refuse to divorce him, he hung up the phone.

But Kyle Keaton didn’t know, being hung up on, July Quinn actually let out a sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness, I thought you suddenly had a change of heart and scared to death."

Romantic ties affect her adventures in the world, preventing her from achieving big things.

"July."

Just after hanging up, a black supercar parked beside her.

The window rolled down slowly, revealing a strikingly familiar handso face that tugged at her heart.

It was Nathan Jacobs.

He was still ticulously dressed, charming and eye-catching.

The Patek Philippe watch on his wrist added nobility and distinction to him.

July Quinn had to admit, Nathan Jacobs’ looks were one in a hundred.

So as a face-lover, she was swayed by his pursuit.

But who knew whether Nathan Jacobs’ actions shattered all the past filters she had given him?

Or whether Kyle Keaton’s authentic face value assault made Nathan Jacobs’ style of dressing seem overly contrived?

Now when July Quinn looked at Nathan Jacobs’ face, there was no longer the initial flutter, only pain.

Perhaps after teaching this jerk a lesson in life and making him feel the pain too, all her feelings for him would completely end.

So before teaching him a lesson, July Quinn temporarily didn’t want any involvent with him.

She shot Nathan Jacobs a cold glance and turned to walk away.

But Nathan Jacobs followed behind her slowly in his supercar.

"July, I heard from Nina that you haven’t been ho recently? Where are you staying?"

"Oh, and I also heard from Nina that you’re applying for a job as a waiter at The Continental Hotel?"

"How about this, I’ll put in a word with Manager Wright at The Continental Hotel for you. You know, I’m quite familiar with Manager Wright..."

If Nathan Jacobs was rely following silently, July Quinn wouldn’t pay him any mind.

But he was like the monk from A Chinese Odyssey, continuously blabbering.

"What exactly do you want? If you’re really bored, you can find a stone to grind into a needle."

The nagging made July Quinn irritable, and her tone turned a bit sharp.

But unbeknownst to her, this appeared to Nathan Jacobs as her feeling caught and flustered.

"I just want to help you, after all, we were once close..."

Nathan Jacobs’ tender sentint could make anyone feel his tea-like essence through the screen.
