"Miss Quinn?"

"July, cousin?"

As soon as July Quinn spoke, both the sales manager and Arthur Lowell expressed their surprise.

Linda didn’t speak, but she also looked at July Quinn with so astonishnt.

July Quinn was looking at her: "I want these shop spaces, but the condition is to sign the contract with her."

The sales manager followed July Quinn’s gaze and saw that July was staring at Linda.

This ans...

The sales manager’s eyes brightened, and he imdiately handed the contract to Linda, along with the POS machine.

"Take good care of Miss Quinn."

Although the sales manager didn’t know why July Quinn didn’t help her relative, he was more concerned about whether the contract could be signed and the shops could be sold.

Linda was also confused.

She thought it was a done deal that Arthur Lowell had snatched the order, and surely no one would speak up for her.

Especially July Quinn, who was related to Arthur.

But unexpectedly, July Quinn insisted on signing with her.

For a mont, a mix of gratitude and excitent surged in her heart, making her eyes turn very red.

It was only when the manager urged her that Linda hurriedly took the contract and the POS machine, full of enthusiasm, and busied herself with the task.

Seeing this, Arthur imdiately beca anxious.

"July, I’m your cousin after all. Doing this would only provide a laughingstock for others."

Being laughed at was one thing, but losing over a hundred thousand in commission was another matter entirely.

Yet July Quinn, with Arthur’s urgent yelling, didn’t even glance at her and directly signed the contract.

The contract was signed, but the seal hadn’t been affixed, and the money hadn’t been transferred yet!

To seize the opportunity, Arthur resorted to presenting herself pitiably.

"July, your cousin recently lost his job and is at ho; the family is relying solely on . We can’t even afford the multiple training fees for the two kids. Can you please give the order and alleviate my urgent need?"

Upon hearing Arthur’s pitiful pleas, Linda’s actions sped up even more.

In no ti, the contract was nearly processed, and she quickly took July Quinn’s card to swipe, then handed it to her to enter the password.

Seeing July Quinn about to enter the password, still unchanged in her plan to give the order to herself, Arthur anxiously began to accuse July Quinn.

"We are cousins after all; how can you prefer helping outsiders over your own family?"

This ti, July Quinn finally looked up at her and even smiled.

Even with black-rimd glasses slightly diminishing her beauty, she was still strikingly captivating.

But such an absolutely beautiful smile made Arthur feel an overwhelming intimidation.

As Arthur wondered why July, an uneducated "waste," could have such a frightening intimidating presence, July suddenly threw out a few words: "Because... I’m trash!"

Arthur froze for a mont, then realized July was using the insults she’d just muttered behind her back against her.

But it shouldn’t be possible!

When she’d just been talking about July behind her back, she was clearly far away, and her voice wasn’t loud.

How could July possibly hear it?

But after saying this, July didn’t even glance at her and quickly entered her password on the POS machine.

However, in the corner Arthur couldn’t see, the content on July Quinn’s phone screen was precisely the footage of Arthur and Linda appearing in the pantry just now.

July’s hearing certainly couldn’t be that good.

But Linda’s words made her suspicious.

So she took advantage of the mont when no one was paying attention and hacked into the pantry’s surveillance with her phone, seeing the scene where Arthur repeatedly called her "trash."

If, to Arthur, she was just trash, then how could trash feel sorry for Arthur and her kids?

Transaction complete, July Quinn didn’t even glance at Arthur and simply left the sales hall with the contract.

The manager and Linda enthusiastically escorted July Quinn out of the sales hall.

It was only then that Arthur realized a regret as deep as an overwhelming tide was rushing over her.

A hundred thousand in commission was gone into soone else’s pocket; how could she make peace with that?

No!

There must be another opportunity to reverse all this.

Their company has a rule: if a custor chooses to cancel within a week, the signed agreent can still be annulled, though requiring a five percent fee.

If within a week, she could get July to change her mind and annul the previous agreent, the order could still be hers.

As for the five percent fee...

Considering July’s ability to buy this row of shops in full, to her, it ought to be a re trifle.

The key is figuring out how to make July change her mind.

Thinking of this, Arthur quickly took out her phone and called Amanda Ford.

"Aunt... no. This ti I’m not calling you to buy a house; I just wanted to ask if your family ca into a fortune recently?"
