Linda thought Arthur Lowell was rely asking casually, and didn’t take it to heart.

After pouring the water, she turned to bring it to July Quinn.

But Arthur Lowell snatched the cup and emptied the water into the tea bucket below.

"Arthur?" Linda was a bit confused.

"If they’re not buying property, why waste water to entertain such trash?"

"It’s just a cup of water, how much does it cost?"

Linda was slightly annoyed, and poured a new cup again.

"Honestly, why do you insist on showcasing yourself in front of her? Wouldn’t it be better to entertain a boss who looks like he has savings and ability during this ti?"

The bosses Arthur Lowell referred to as having savings and ability were basically middle-aged n with beer bellies and thick gold chains around their necks.

Whenever such a person entered the sales office, Arthur Lowell was always the one eagerly welcoming them.

Even though not many of them actually placed orders, and occasionally she would face small harassnts, Arthur Lowell still enjoyed it.

"Arthur, I’m just doing my job, not trying to show off."

Linda, fresh out of school, really despised Arthur Lowell’s materialistic face.

Unexpectedly, Arthur Lowell criticized her openly today, making her a bit angry, and her tone inevitably beca a bit aggressive.

Luckily, the sales manager was nearby.

Seeing the conflict between them escalated, the manager hurried forward to stop it.

"Alright, let’s each say no more. Fighting and shouting disrupts the custors’ mood to view properties, how does that make sense?"

With the manager stepping in, Linda had no choice but to give up the argunt and bring the freshly poured water to July Quinn.

"Sorry, there was a bit of an issue earlier, delayed things."

No matter how bad her mood was, once Linda faced the custor, she still smiled very brightly.

"No worries."

July Quinn took the cup, pointed at the model of the shops along the street of the Empire Building, and asked, "Has this entire row been sold?"

"No, except for those two in the middle, the others haven’t been sold."

The location is sowhat remote, many people are not optimistic, so not many have bought in this row.

"Then prepare the contract, I want all of them except for those two in the middle."

July Quinn’s tone was very calm, like discussing the weather with Linda.

Yet it made Linda’s expression change repeatedly, even stamring: "All of them, all of them? Are you sure?"

Having worked as a sales lady for a while, she had seen generous custors.

But never soone like July Quinn, who buys shops using an elimination thod.

"I’m sure."

Opening a restaurant surely won’t be enough to consu Liam Monroe’s energy, might as well develop so other ventures, like a hair salon.

At the mont, a certain man strolling leisurely around Westmarch wearing a baseball cap couldn’t hide his nobility, and would never dream that his visit to Westmarch had landed him two new careers—a chef and a hairstylist.

"Quickly prepare the contract, I want to sign it as soon as possible."

Under July Quinn’s urging, Linda rushed to find the sales manager.

The shops along the street at the Empire Building were extrely valuable, even though foot traffic wasn’t high, the relatively quiet shops were still unmatched by other property developnts.

July Quinn asking for the entire row was a deal worth several billion!

Her commission would be no less than a million!

Linda found the sales manager and inford them about July Quinn’s statent.

The sales manager responded excitedly, "Alright, I’ll prepare the contract right away."

Unexpectedly, Arthur Lowell sneered, "Are you daydreaming? How can soone like her afford a whole row of shops at the Empire Building?"

"Whether I’m daydreaming or not, won’t we find out once she signs the contract and pays? Arthur, don’t act sour just because you can’t get what you want, okay?"

As she spoke, Linda hurried away with the manager who had prepared the contracts.

"Money-hungry fool, soon you’ll see she’s playing you like a monkey."

Arthur Lowell still didn’t believe July Quinn could buy those many shops and continued sneering coldly.

She followed them to watch the joke unfold.
