Nina Quinn entered the restroom just as July Quinn was finishing washing her hands and preparing to leave.

Nina quickly blocked her path, smiling and greeting her, "July, it’s been a while since we last t. How have you been?"

"I’ve been doing quite well, but you don’t seem to be doing so great, do you."

July Quinn looked at the noticeably thinner face of Nina Quinn with a half-smile.

Nina Quinn: "..."

She suspected that July was deliberately mocking her, ridiculing her recent fallout with Nathan Jacobs, the public scandal, and their breakup!

She even had proof.

But she was unwilling to appear weak in front of July, so she quickly put on a smile.

"Not great, but I’ve completely moved on."

Unfortunately, July didn’t respond, seemingly indifferent to her situation.

Left with no choice, Nina continued, "You must have seen Justin Callahan earlier, right?"

"His looks aren’t inferior to Nathan Jacobs, and he’s from a prestigious family in Esteria."

Nina added, "He’s currently pursuing . I told him I couldn’t move on from my past relationship, but he insisted on staying by my side during this difficult ti..."

Listening to this familiar boastful tone, July tried hard to suppress the urge to roll her eyes.

Nina Quinn is still the sa Nina Quinn!

Even if she straightened her hair and changed her flashy attire to a plain white dress, she’s still that sa old "Versailles" person!

Since July didn’t interrupt, Nina continued her exaggerated tales, "Yes, you could say he calls every night until I fall asleep, I..."

The more July listened, the more nauseated she felt, and she eventually couldn’t help but interrupt Nina’s act.

"The truth is, he’s flirting with you not because you’re exceptional, but because he thinks you’re easy."

Nina’s face imdiately fell.

In reality, all those claims of Justin pursuing her, accompanying her through hard tis, and calling her until she sleeps had yet to happen.

They were indeed flirting, but there had been no progress.

She boasted in front of July only because she sensed Justin was quite interested in July.

Although this infuriated her and made her detest Justin greatly,

there was no choice; Justin was the only key she had to turn the tide.

Therefore, she couldn’t allow anything to develop between Justin and July, so she twisted the facts to make July dislike Justin.

But little did she expect, July’s coback would cut through her lies...

Before she could stop July from speaking, July added, "Alright, if there’s nothing else to show off, I’ll be going."

With that, July left without looking back.

Frustration and anger swelled in Nina’s heart at that mont.

But more than anything, she felt fear!

If this situation continues, July might end up with Justin Callahan.

No!

She absolutely couldn’t let that happen.

Otherwise, if Charles Quinn found out that July connected with a prestigious family from Esteria, he would certainly view her differently.

At that ti, the one discarded would be her, Nina Quinn!

So, she must speed up her plans to beco Justin’s woman...

With this in mind, after leaving Wisteria TV with Justin Callahan and the others, she joined the group for dinner.

At the dinner, she drank like a rookie, not refusing a single drop.

Very soon, she was drunk, looking at Justin with hazy eyes.

"Justin, I’m feeling so dizzy..."

Justin looked at her flushed face, finding her sowhat alluring.

But compared to the fleeting glimpse of July that afternoon, she seed so bland it failed to capture his interest.

"Nina, you’re drunk."

He pushed the leaning Nina Quinn away.

But Nina, having decided to go all in, wasn’t about to let him push her away.
