"July Quinn, thank goodness, you’re not dead!"

For the first ti in his life, Roman Kidd lost control, embracing July Quinn without care.

When he saw that splash of aqua blue falling off the cliff, Roman Kidd thought she was dood.

But now, she could still complain about him, and she still had a pulse...

Truly wonderful!

Recovering what was once lost is truly the most beautiful word in the world; nothing compares.

Yet July Quinn squinted her eyes, complaining, "If only the trees here weren’t so fragile, I wouldn’t have fallen like this."

In fact, before eting Bianca White on the mountain, she had already scouted the terrain and vegetation below to ensure her survival, even if she fell off a cliff.

The only unexpected part was that the branches here weren’t as sturdy. They snapped shortly after she grabbed them, causing her to fall into the lake and leaving a big bloody hole in her abdon.

If not for this, according to her plan, she should have left this area already, where no one could find her.

Hearing July Quinn’s whispers, Roman Kidd couldn’t help but tighten his arms, holding her closer.

"How did you fall off the cliff?"

"It’s a question better suited for your cousin."

"She pushed you?"

"Half of it was her push, and half was my intention to pin the cri of my murder on her."

In front of Roman Kidd, July Quinn never bothered to pretend to be innocent, and she believed that even if she didn’t say, Roman Kidd could see it.

"Just for Lord Keaton?"

Roman Kidd’s tone turned slightly cold.

Because she loved Kyle Keaton so much, she was willing to gamble with her life?

"Not entirely."

July Quinn noticed Roman Kidd’s change in tone but was too tired to guess why it turned cold. After all, she was about to leave here, and they probably wouldn’t interact much in the future.

"Considering you saved , here’s so advice: don’t get too close to Bianca White; she has dealings with the sorcerer."

By this ti, Roman Kidd had already placed July Quinn in the car.

July Quinn seed very tired, closing her eyes directly.

Roman Kidd couldn’t bother to pursue the matter of Bianca White and the sorcerer further. As he started the car and headed to the hospital, he reminded July Quinn, "July Quinn, don’t sleep."

"But I’m so tired." July Quinn had lost a lot of blood, and after soaking in the deep pool, she really felt drained.

"How about I sing you a song?" Roman Kidd suddenly proposed, trying to keep her awake.

"You can sing?" July Quinn was intrigued, glancing at Roman Kidd in the driver’s seat.

Roman Kidd looked just as he did in political news, impeccably dressed with his black hair neatly styled.

But maybe it was due to his more reserved aura in private settings, he didn’t seem as unapproachable as he did on the news.

Could such a person sing?

July Quinn truly wondered if she had fallen off the cliff and damaged her ears.

"Don’t believe ?"

Roman Kidd slightly curled his lips.

The charm that blossod in that instant was quite overwhelming.

Even July Quinn couldn’t help but be dazed by that smile.

And amidst her daze, Roman Kidd began to sing.

"The sky is full of tiny stars, twinkling brightly, like smiling eyes watching you and . Countless stars represent my heart, shining brightly, with all my love for you..."

Roman Kidd wasn’t singing a pop song, but a children’s song, "Counting Stars."

Seemingly treating July Quinn like a child to comfort, but with a hidden aning.

Because the last line of the lyrics is: "If the stars can hear, let them tell you, I love you..."

This was what Roman Kidd wanted most to say to July Quinn at that mont.

If Kyle Keaton couldn’t bring happiness to July Quinn, then he hoped July Quinn would give him a chance, a chance to pursue her formally!
