Chapter 95: Chapter 95: Griffith Family Feast at Yannis
In the evening, the lights in the old Griffith mansion were bright, showing a lively scene.
The wealthy families in the south always have an elegant and delicate atmosphere. The artificial hill lit with lights looked particularly tasteful.
The happiest people today were Robert Griffith and his partner, who were thrilled to see their two grandsons settling down in their lifeti, a great blessing indeed.
By the ti William Griffith and Cherish Turner arrived, the house was full of people chatting in the living room. As they entered, many voices could be heard, with several people gathered around two young n on the sofa.
Cherish was not too familiar with the Griffith family and even less so with their relatives.
Hailey Griffith, the youngest sister, was the first to see them and hastily welcod Cherish.
“Wow, look who’s here! It’s big brother and big sis-in-law! Lewis, your dad’s back!”
Upon hearing this, Lewis ran into William’s arms. Their bond was truly deep, and even though William had raised the child alone for the past few years, their relationship remained strong.
Cherish could tell that William was a sensitive and emotional man. After all, not many contemporary n are patient with children, let alone a busy CEO like him.
However, Cherish felt her face turn red when addressed as “big sister-in-law,” and she saw that the people around her said nothing, which brought a blush to her cheeks.
Seeing that neither of them denied it, Hailey grinned mischievously and hooked her arm around Cherish’s, “Big sis-in-law, co sit with .”
As Hailey called her “big sister-in-law” again, Cherish’s cheeks turned even redder!
William noticed his little sister’s actions and discreetly pulled Cherish to his side, jokingly saying, “You’re big sis-in-law has a thin skin; it’s better for her to sit next to .”
Alright, now Cherish was utterly embarrassed. Big boss, can you not be so straightforward? Our relationship is not that close yet, okay?
“I think I’ll just sit with your sister.” The big boss’ aura was too strong! At least she wouldn’t feel so embarrassed sitting with her peer, Hailey.
“Let’s all sit down. Today, Yannis is back and, big brother, you should introduce your girlfriend,” said the grandfather, Robert Griffith.
At that mont, Yannis Griffith, the second brother of the Griffith family, turned his head and smiled at his big brother’s girlfriend.
However, when Yannis saw Cherish, his entire expression froze, as he didn’t expect it to be her.
“Senior?” Cherish also didn’t expect to et Yannis here, let alone realize that he was William’s younger brother.
“You know each other? That’s even better—a family! No need for introductions,” said Mother Griffith, May Campbell, happily. It was fortunate that everyone already knew each other!
Cherish was very excited. She had t Yannis five years ago when she hadn’t yet entered college. She didn’t know Yannis’ na back then. Their schools had a partnership with University A, so they had seen each other a few tis. Yannis was quite a popular figure at University A back then. They had participated in so activities organized by the school and found that they shared common interests, bonding instantly.
She never expected that there would be such a connection.
“Cherish, long ti no see.” Yannis’ voice, as he looked at Cherish, seed to be suppressing sothing. No one noticed, but the perceptive William could sense it to so extent.
