Chapter 655: Chapter 614: Fortunately, We’re Back to How We Were Initially_3

How unlucky, how could I be so unlucky.

I actually got a nosebleed in front of the seniors.

Thinking of the noisy laughter, Cherish Turner clenched her handkerchief, her small face was flushed.

The whole afternoon passed peacefully until school ended, Cherish had completely forgotten the embarrassing events that happened at noon. Upon gathering her books, she carried her backpack and prepared to leave. Two of her little buddies were heading the sa way, so the three of them descended the stairs together to leave the school.

But as soon as they got downstairs, they were blocked by soone.

“Who is Cherish Turner?” the senior student asked with a smile.

The two little buddies imdiately responded, “She is Cherish Turner.”

“Then you co with .” the senior student gestured to Cherish who was wearing black-frad glasses. She amiably took her hand and led her towards the schoolyard.

“Senior?” Cherish, not knowinh what was happening, let herself be led away by the senior student.

When they reached the empty schoolyard, the senior student let go of her hand and explained with a smile, “Junior, you went to deliver the survey form for us today, and the two seniors saw you have a nosebleed, so they specifically wanted to ask if you were okay.” the senior student suddenly lowered her voice, adding, “They are representatives from other schools, so be sure to be polite.”

So they were the representatives. Hearing what the senior student said, Cherish realized those two seniors must have been excellent students, yet this made her even more mortified. She had embarrassed herself in front of seniors from other schools.

At this point, Cherish didn’t even have the courage to lift her head. Lowering her head, she mumbled as she walked towards them, “Thank you for your concern, seniors. I’m okay now.”

“Let’s go.” A deep, indifferent male voice echoed above her head, making Cherish stunned. She hadn’t even gotten a good look at what they looked like, when she lifted her head, she only saw two tall figures, leaving the schoolyard shoulder to shoulder.

The warm-hearted boy was ssing with his phone. The screen was displaying a picture of a girl. “William, the schoolmate wearing black-frad glasses, could this be considered a young romantic encounter?”

“What do you want to say?” the black-haired boy said coldly, devoid of any emotion.

“Should we leave her our contact number?”

“Leave yours. I don’t mind.”

The sound of clear laughter faintly reached her, dispersing in the air.

The senior student waved at her, “You should go ho now, be careful on the road, goodbye.”

“Goodbye.” Cherish raised her smiling face, watching as they left one after the other.

The sun set in the west. The magnificent morning glow filled the sky, elongating the two boys’ silhouettes. Against the morning glow, even their silhouettes appeared handso and dashing. She stayed where she was, listening to the breeze, the air filled with the scent of osmanthus. It was a not-so-thrilling encounter in the school campus in November.

Neither of them knew who the other was.

“I’ve found it, I’ve found the photos!” Teacher Jervis exclaid, overjoyed, having located the sealed photos from that year among a pile of bags. She flipped through those photos, her excitent barely contained as she recalled, “William Griffith, the representative from Haicheng Middle School, yes, that’s you. I rember, back then, you and another boy were quite close, his na was…”

Teacher Jervis knitted her brows, trying hard to recall that na. William gave Cherish a glance, he was smiling warmly.

He kept the stories of that year in his heart.

It didn’t matter if she couldn’t rember, because luckily, they are together now.

“Yes yes yes, his na was Charles Smith.” as if Teacher Jervis had just realized, she pulled out another photo, pointing to the two boys in the picture, “This is Charles Smith, and this is you,” she said, handing the picture to them, “You guys were representatives chosen by Haicheng Middle School, studying at our school with a few other students. I rember now, during that history and culture class, you two completed all the knowledge I was supposed to explain.”

Rembering the funny incident, Teacher Jervis couldn’t help but giggle.

“Hehe, all the female students in the school were particularly fond of you two at that ti. After you guys left, so people even asked

for your contact information, asking about your class in Haicheng Middle School, your ho addresses, and phone numbers.” Teacher Jervis adjusted her glasses, looking at Cherish and William with curiosity, asking, “But you guys weren’t in the sa class, and there were quite a few grades between you two, so how did you end up together?”

“We already knew each other at that ti.” William replied.

“How did you et?” Teacher Jervis asked with interest.

“Teacher Jervis, we…” Cherish hesitated, not sure how to explain.

William, completely composed, said quietly, “She got a nosebleed the first ti she saw .”

“Oh?”

“Don’t spout nonsense!” Cherish blushed, “Teacher, it’s not like that!”

Their acquaintance was due to an inflatable doll… at least that was the case later.

“If it’s not that then what?” he asked, raising his eyebrows.

“I…” she bit her lip, finding herself unable to refute, “I must have been hit on the nose.”

“What a fateful encounter!” Teacher Jervis laughed out loud, “Cherish, I rember after you finished middle school, you moved away with your mom. How did you end up together later?”

“Teacher, I was coaxed into it by her.” Before Cherish could answer, William spoke first.

“I didn’t, you always spout nonsense!” Cherish frowned, “Teacher, it’s actually not like that…”

“It’s not like that then what, stop playing innocent.”

“You…”

“Teacher Jervis, wasn’t she a really clumsy kid? Tell , how did she manage to get a hold of soone as clever as ?” William asked proudly, wrapping an arm around Cherish.
