Chapter 503: Chapter 502: Instantly Capturing a Girl’s Heart

Green grass stretched out before them, with a few n and won scattered around playing golf. Looking further ahead, they noticed a few people. There was a caddy standing nearby, wearing the uniform common to golf courses.

As for the man and woman, they couldn’t tell who they were just yet.

As the golf cart got closer, Cherish Turner recognized the man – it was Lincoln Wood, whom she had t once before in the office.

Lincoln Wood was wearing a light green long-sleeved POLO shirt, a round-dot diamond-patterned vest, and vertical stripe dark trousers. He had a duckbill cap on, and this middle-aged man looked just as dashing as any young, handso n. Lincoln glanced at the woman playing golf, and then suddenly turned his attention to the approaching golf cart.

“Dad! Look, my shot was good, wasn’t it?” The woman called out in a coquettish tone.

Lincoln clapped his hands, “Not bad.”

“Not bad? I hit it very well!” The woman talking was Lincoln’s beloved daughter, Sophia Wood. She peered in the direction where the ball had been hit.

“I found you an opponent, and he plays much better.” Lincoln said with a smile, hugging her.

“Who?” Sophia curiously looked at him.

“He’s here.” Lincoln said in a deep voice, hinting at her to look in that direction.

As Sophia followed his gaze, she saw a golf cart stopping on the path, with a man and a woman getting out.

The man was tall and seed like a male model from a magazine – with a golden ratio inverted triangle body shape. Aside from his stature, his face was also perfect for a career in the entertainnt industry, if not even more so. As for the woman behind him, there was nothing particularly striking about her except for her fair skin.

Cherish Turner followed behind William Griffith, taking notice of the girl. She had a sporty black cap pressing down on her short and fashionable hair, with two teor chains draping around her neck. She wore a tight-fitting red and white top, low-waist cropped pants, and a silver-white belt sparkling around her waist. Her outfit was indeed very fashionable and stood out compared to the usual golf attire.

“Young Master Griffith, perfect timing. Why don’t you have a match with my daughter, Sophie?” Lincoln called out, and at that mont Sophia realized who this man was.

So this man was none other than the business elite of the whole city – the actual helmsman of Griffith Group, William Griffith! Sophia thought to herself.

“Uncle Lin, Miss Wood.” William greeted them.

Lincoln glanced at Cherish Turner behind William, and said with a slight smile, “Next ti for such recreational activities, leave your secretary behind. It’s just for our family to have fun together.”

Lincoln’s words made Cherish feel extrely awkward, as she understood the implication behind them.

William looked at Lincoln and slowly said, “Outside of the company, she’s not a secretary.”

With a simple sentence, Lincoln’s smile slightly receded.

Sophia didn’t care about whether Cherish was a secretary or not, she pouted her lips and said, “Mr. Young Master Griffith, my dad says you’re really good at golf. How about a ga?”

“I’d be happy to oblige.” William reached out his hand, and the caddy imdiately handed him a golf club.

So, the two began their match, and Lincoln and Cherish quietly followed, watching their exciting competition. However, William was clearly very skilled. Twenty minutes into the ga, Sophia couldn’t help but exclaim, “Dad! He’s practically at a professional level! This is bullying!”

In the end, it was no surprise that Sophia lost miserably, while William won with ease.
