“I said, with Lewis not around, today, it’s just the two of us.”
The unfathomable look in his eyes collided with Cherish’s gaze, bewitching her involuntarily. She knew that there were so things that, for William, if he wanted them, he would have to obtain them, regardless of who might oppose him.

“If your grandparents really don’t agree to us being together, what would you do?”

“Even if they don’t agree, I will still marry you. At most, I’d leave the Griffith Family, and live with you and Lewis – just the three of us together.” William said with a smile, not taking the question too seriously, because he wouldn’t allow such a thing to happen; he’d make sure his family agreed.
But Cherish couldn’t help but tear up as she smiled, touching William’s cheek, and gazing at his handso face.
“If they truly don’t agree, I won’t marry you,” said Cherish.
