When Shen Tianxing arrived at Xingxi Orphanage in Jinbi County, she didn’t reveal herself imdiately; instead, she concealed her presence and quietly infiltrated the orphanage.

She wanted to see for herself how well the children were being cared for. Was it good or bad?

Shen Tianxing had not expected that as soon as she observed, she would indeed discover a problem.

In a special classroom for disabled children, there was a deaf-mute child around five or six years old who, for so reason, started crying loudly.

And the female caretaker, who appeared to be only around eighteen years old and was unfamiliar to Shen Tianxing, did not comfort the crying child but instead rushed up to the deaf-mute child and shouted furiously, "You little brat, stop crying, you’re so annoying, don’t you know? If you keep crying, do you believe I will beat you to death?"

The deaf-mute child, seeing the female caretaker’s ferocious expression resembling a ghastly demon, beca even more terrified and trembled all over. Far from ceasing, his crying grew even louder.

What enraged Shen Tianxing even more was that the female caretaker, instead of reflecting on her own attitude, actually raised her hand and viciously slapped the deaf-mute child’s face.

"Aaaah!"

"Don’t hit Xiaoyi!"

"You bad woman!"

All the children in the special education classroom for disabled were scared into screaming by this terrifying female caretaker!

Shen Tianxing was fuming with anger and directly applied "Spiritual Power Acupuncture" to the female caretaker’s wrist in one swift motion.

The female caretaker instantly scread in pain, "Aaaah, my hand, my hand hurts so much..."

With pain in her hand, she actually knew to run out in search of a doctor to treat her.

Unfortunately, without Shen Tianxing releasing the blockages in her ridians, seeing a doctor would be useless; she would continue to be in pain, endless pain, until it was unbearable.

Among the people Shen Tianxing hated most were those who abused children.

There’s an old saying: "At birth, human nature is good."

Most children are initially innocent and kind-hearted, and in a normal environnt, they can grow up properly and not beco twisted or vile beings.

Only those who have been led astray or corrupted by malevolent elders from an early age or have suffered various forms of covert violence and abuse throughout their growth in a twisted environnt can lead to a child’s disturbed life.

In the orphanage, so disabled children are deaf-mute, so have cerebral palsy, so are missing arms or legs, so have burn injuries, and others have congenital heart diseases. Those who are normal but abandoned are in the minority; most of the children are discarded by their parents due to so physical disabilities.

From their birth, they were already destined to have lives more challenging and tumultuous than ordinary people. Being abandoned by their parents only adds to their misery.

Without the orphanage to shelter them, they might step into the grasp of death at any mont.

These children are already pitiable enough.

That’s why Shen Tianxing was willing to spend so much money, to build a warm haven for these poor children, so they could grow up in a better environnt.

If they are resilient and fostered properly, who knows, they may even beco outstanding talents in certain fields.

But what kind of scum are the caretakers hired by their orphanage?

A caregiver, a woman, could be so venomous, hitting and scolding these poor children?

If all the caregivers hired by the orphanage were like this, then what was the point of Shen Tianxing putting in so much effort and money? What did all her efforts an?

At that mont, Shen Tianxing’s anger surged skyward.

It was also the first ti she doubted Long Yang’s judgent in selecting people.

Shen Tianxing rembered that the salary and benefits she offered to the caregivers of the orphanage were comparable to those of full-ti hospital staff. With such favorable conditions, she refused to believe she couldn’t hire people to work.

The caregiver from before was obviously a person of poor character.

How did she get into the orphanage? Did she use connections? Or did she get the job through the back door?

Although Shen Tianxing was filled with anger and confusion, upon seeing the children still crying in fear, she managed to restrain her rage. She appeared in the corner with a friendly smile on her face and walked into the disabled children’s classroom.

After entering, Shen Tianxing first introduced herself to the children with a smile, "Hello, kids! I’m your sister Shen. Sister Shen can perform magic, would you like to see?"

Perhaps because they had just experienced an act of violence by the female caregiver, the children seed a bit listless and spiritless, not daring to respond to Shen Tianxing’s question. They just stared at her blankly, as if they wanted to speak but were afraid to do so.

Seeing them in this state, Shen Tianxing felt another pang in her heart.

Shen Tianxing once again smiled, and this ti, her voice carried the comforting Spiritual Power as she gently said, "Look, sister can conjure up lots of tasty things, here’s so chocolate. Does anyone want so?"

Then, at last, a child timidly raised his hand and said, "Sister Shen, I want so, is that okay?"

Shen Tianxing smiled and nodded at him, "Yes, co, this chocolate is for you."

Shen Tianxing peeled the chocolate and handed it to him, smiling gently, "Here, tell sister, what is your na?"

The child answered in a soft voice, "I’m Little Jianqiang."

Shen Tianxing smiled faintly and ruffled his hair, "Little Jianqiang, hmm, that’s a nice na. Rember to always be strong, okay? Go on, eat up!"

Little Jianqiang took the chocolate, glanced at his friends who also wanted so, and then sensibly said to Shen Tianxing, "Sister Shen, can I share the chocolate with them?"

Shen Tianxing felt touched and smiled at him, "You’re such a good boy, Little Jianqiang. You eat that one, and sister has more here. Everyone gets a piece, okay?"

The children’s responses were much louder this ti, "Okay!"

Shen Tianxing discreetly watched the deaf-mute child nad Xiaoyi, who had been crying loudly before, noticing that he had stopped crying. Although he hiccupped from ti to ti, he wasn’t crying anymore.

He too had curious and tear-stained eyes fixed on Shen Tianxing.

Xiaoyi, though a deaf-mute child, was quite handso, with his eyes black and glossy, big and round.

Shen Tianxing was also chard by his innocent appearance. She walked over to him, took out a chocolate, and teased him with a smile, "Your na is Xiaoyi, right?"

While speaking, Shen Tianxing used a technique to transmit her voice directly into Xiaoyi’s mind, allowing her words to resonate within his head.

Xiaoyi was suddenly surprised to hear Shen Tianxing’s voice, his eyes wide with amazent. But he rembered to nod in response to her question.
