Chapter 1345: Chapter 1344: Cold-Blooded and Ruthless

Strolling leisurely, victory assured—

Mahos’ posture and steps exude absolute confidence, with Li Wei shielding him on the side, and the world unfolds unobstructed before them, everything under control.

Despite just suffering a sack, Mahos seems completely unaffected, the aura emanating from him thoroughly shifts the montum.

Vrabel: Damn.

The scene before him, like a spring, constantly suppressed, compressed to the limit; now, with the slightest gap in the force, the spring will recoil.

The accumulated power bursts forth instantaneously.

Returning from halfti, the Tennessee Titans continuously applied pressure on the front lines, suffocating Mahos with relentless intensity, finally completing the sack; but the sack was not the end, the Kansas City Chiefs promptly launched a counterattack, breaking free with a modern sideline offensive system.

Then, the entire world lay prostrate before Mahos.

Hell!

Vrabel waved his hands continuously, hoping that the players focused on the ga could see his signals: fall back, defend, keep an eye on the wide receivers.

It all happened in the blink of an eye, Vrabel unsure if his signals were seen; but the Tennessee Titans Defense players were indeed retreating, sounding the alarm imdiately, backing away while searching for the position of the wide receivers.

Especially Kelsey.

In an instant, two players had already appeared beside Kelsey, with a third approaching.

Simultaneously, the Tennessee Titans had players noticing Hill and Watkins sprinting full-speed towards the end zone, with Watkins clearly acting as a bodyguard for Hill, vigilantly watching the surroundings, tightening the nerves of the entire secondary defense as they quickly approached.

Landry was the only exception.

Having just secured the sack, Landry now saw Mahos and Li Wei unexpectedly leaving the pocket proactively, like a pie falling from the sky, he decisively stepped forward unhesitatingly, charging towards the two red figures without the obstruction of the offensive line.

However, Landry was also slightly hesitant—

Mahos, or Li Wei?

Both had the ability to pass and run, but he was alone, facing two, unable to attend to both. Just now, Li Wei managed to control the ga perfectly under such circumstances, so what should Landry do now?

Landry took a deep breath, making a sprinting move towards Li Wei, seemingly prepared to make a hit; yet imdiately shifted direction to charge at Mahos with full force.

Feign an attack in the east, strike in the west.

In that brief mont, Landry watched helplessly as Mahos turned and placed the football into Li Wei’s arms.

A breath caught in Landry’s chest, unable to exhale, as his body prepared to move, the next second, Mahos and Li Wei had both already taken off.

Landry: …damn.

Mahos stood like a gatekeeper on Li Wei’s left, blocking Landry’s advance, and in that brief mont, Li Wei had already dashed out.

Unblockable, two versus one. Effortless.

Landry crashed into Mahos, watching helplessly as the red number twenty-three figure darted away, despairing at the wide-open path ahead—

It’s over.

In the first quarter, the Tennessee Titans were able to restrain Li Wei’s runs by employing a closely-knit zone defense strategy upfront providing mutual aid.

But now, with Tennessee Titans continuing their pressure on the front lines and closely guarding the wide receivers, the ground defense was practically non-existent.

Three yards, five yards.

In that short space, Li Wei encountered no obstacles, and the entire NFL league knew what this ant—

Li Wei had gained acceleration space, and what ca next was a nightmare for the defense yet a spectacle for neutral fans.

On the diagonal right, lineman Evans and cornerback Sims attempted to break free from Kelsey, but Kelsey’s bulky and strong fra blocked the way like a stumbling block, causing them to stagger as they rushed past the obstacle.

Sims lunged forward, but Li Wei nimbly sidestepped slightly to the left, avoiding Sims’ move and charged forward unimpeded.

Evans didn’t even have the chance to step forward, watching wide-eyed as Li Wei sped away, seeing nothing but an afterimage.

Lineman Woodyard was fully unleashing his speed, knowing that Li Wei’s absolute speed was unmatched in the league, but also knowing that if he didn’t give his all now, then… there would be no after.

Tap tap tap, tap tap tap.

Woodyard gritted his teeth tightly, sprinting with all his might, with the twenty-yard and fifteen-yard lines turning into a blur, brushing past his feet with a swish.

Just as the ten-yard line was within reach, safety Biyaide finally dashed out with speed, intercepting Li Wei’s path.

Ha!

The entire stadium held its breath, as Li Wei and Biyaide were about to et at the crossroads, Biyaide sunk down his dantian, bending his knees and lowering his center of gravity, prepared not only to receive the hit but also ready to strike hard, determined to drag Li Wei down with him even if it ant total ruin.

…The sound of a “bam” did not occur.

Just as Li Wei and Biyaide were about to collide, Li Wei showcased his signature move once more, a Marseille turn.

With a clockwise spin, he brushed past Biyaide, sidestepping the hit that Biyaide was so certain of, and after a full 360 degrees, faced the end zone again.

Then, Woodyard had already crashed in, tightly hugging Li Wei.

The issue was that Woodyard’s speed was too fast, unable to brake, as he clung to Li Wei, they staggered, stumbling forward uncontrollably.

Chaos, turbulence, loss of control.

In the dizzying spin, the only thing Li Wei could do was keep pushing off the ground, continuously finding power to maintain control from the ground’s recoil, wrestling control from Woodyard, transforming it into Li Wei’s continuous ground-pounding advance with Woodyard.

Woodyard tried to control his steps, but found they were still stumbling forward, and after they had crossed the five-yard line, every cell in his body was screaming.

At this mont, Li Wei suddenly braked without warning, and in the turbulence, unable to control his balance, Woodyard’s hands released, and as he wondered what had just happened, Li Wei shoved forward once more, sending Woodyard flying towards the end zone, lifted off the ground, free from the bounds of gravity.

Woodyard’s mind went blank, plunging into despair.

Li Wei restarted, calmly and leisurely entering the end zone, lightly tossing the football up and down with his right hand, turning to look back.

A scene of chaos and disarray.

The Tennessee Titans players panted, bewildered, and stared at Li Wei, montarily losing the ability to react.

Li Wei raised his left hand, with his index and middle fingers together, gently hooked them, “Next.”

That aura emanated from within, welcoming any tactic or strategy, ready to demonstrate what true, unattainable supremacy ans, like a Death God, rcilessly surveying the bloodied battleground before him.

In an instant, Arrowhead Stadium fell into a frenzy, the tidal wave of heat surging downward.

“…Touchdown.”

“Li Wei scores again, a thirty-three-yard rushing touchdown, the Tennessee Titans Defense… in disarray.”

“The Kansas City Chiefs take the lead!”

“Oh. God.”
