When she went downstairs after freshening up, she realized that almost everyone was out. They probably thought she left with Shen Yanchen and didn’t expect her to sleep until noon.
Fortunately, Grandma wasn’t ho, otherwise, she would have gotten scolded.
As she was discreetly trying to find sothing for breakfast and leave, she saw Xiaoxiao coming downstairs yawning.
"Xiaoxiao, you just woke up too?"

"She’s not ho."
She instantly let out a breath of relief. "We chatted for too long last night and I accidentally slept till now. Neither Dudu nor Sis woke up."
Gu Qimiao looked at her big belly. The child was growing day by day, yet there was still no news about the father. She thought that Xiaoxiao and her brother might still have a chance, but neither of them had found a suitable way to break the ice.
After so thought, she said, "Let’s go out for lunch. I know a newly opened restaurant with pretty good food."
Xiaoxiao was excited. "Sure, it’s boring staying at ho anyway. I’d love it if soone went out for a walk with ."
Once Xiaoxiao went upstairs to change, the two of them headed out to the little plaza.
By the ti they arrived, it was already past noon. Gu Qimiao carefully chose a restaurant with an elegant environnt. While Xiaoxiao wasn’t paying attention, she secretly sent the address to Mo Ming via text ssage.
She booked a couple’s private room. Xiaoxiao didn’t suspect anything and laughed, "The two of us booking a private room? We could have just eaten sothing downstairs casually."
Gu Qimiao explained, "Two big-bellied won sitting outside would look weird. It’s quieter here."
The waiter handed them the nu. Gu Qimiao let Xiaoxiao order two dishes first, and then she ordered two dishes that Mo Ming liked.
Xiaoxiao chatted with her in a casual tone, not noticing her sches at all.
The little plaza wasn’t far from Mo Ming’s auto repair shop. Fearing he wouldn’t make it in ti, Gu Qimiao told him to get her a plum juice from the drink shop. In reality, that was Xiaoxiao’s favorite drink recently.
Before long, the dishes started arriving at the table. He also sent a photo of the plum juice and asked for the room number.
With a triumphant smile, Gu Qimiao controlled her expression and told Xiaoxiao, "A new milk tea shop opened across the street. I’ll go see if they have anything good."
"I’ll go with you."
"No need, your belly is so big it’s inconvenient to walk. Just sit here. I’ll check if there’s anything good."
Xiaoxiao chided her, "Drinking milk tea again? If my brother finds out, he’ll scold you."
Gu Qimiao laughed, "Just don’t let him know." She grabbed her bag and headed downstairs. Afraid of running into Mo Ming, she didn’t leave the restaurant imdiately but found a discreet spot on the first floor where she could watch the entrance.
She even picked up a magazine to cover her face. Not long after, she saw Mo Ming walking upstairs with a plum juice in hand. Gu Qimiao couldn’t help but smile, yet she also worried that he might be rude to Xiaoxiao.
However, she recalled that the last ti she ntioned Xiaoxiao in front of him, he didn’t show much negativity. Maybe their eting this ti wouldn’t be too bad.
Perhaps he was always concerned about her but was just too proud to admit it and seek Xiaoxiao out.
Mo Ming took two steps at a ti and quickly reached their room, following the sequentially numbered doors.
Without knocking or hesitating, he boldly pushed the door open...
