Chapter 305: Chapter 325: If You Have Eyes, You Can Pass

Within the borders of East State.

Misty Mountain, Wayless Sect.

Inside the Discipline Hall.

Su Xi and Divine Doctor Hua stood together within this grand hall.

Both of their gazes inadvertently fell upon the giant tower in the center of the hall, brimming with confusion.

They had both heard from Baize.

Respected Master had called them to the Discipline Hall.

When they arrived, all they saw was the tower before them.

They truly did not know why Respected Master had summoned them here.

“Senior Sister, could it be… that Respected Master wants us to enter this tower?”

Divine Doctor Hua hesitated for a mont, then spoke up.

“That can’t be right, this hall is called the Discipline Hall; it’s supposed to be for punishing disciples. This tower must be for that purpose, but we haven’t done anything wrong, have we?”

Su Xi said sowhat blankly.

“But since Respected Master called us here, besides this tower, there’s nothing else. If we don’t go in and see, are we supposed to just leave?”

Divine Doctor Hua was quite puzzled as he spoke.

After he finished speaking, his gaze searched around the place.

Still, he discovered nothing.

In the end, his gaze could only fixate back on the tower.

Looking at the strange runes inscribed on the tower, his eyes flickered with thought.

On the other side, after hesitating for a brief mont, Su Xi finally nodded.

“Junior Brother, since Respected Master has instructed us, let’s go inside the tower and have a look,” she said.

Su Xi turned her head to look at Divine Doctor Hua.

“Okay.”

Divine Doctor Hua nodded.

He took the lead towards the tower, wanting to see how to open it.

Divine Doctor Hua approached the tower.

Just as he was about to touch it.

Right when his palm was about to co into contact with the tower.

The tightly closed doors of the tower suddenly opened, and a terrifying suction force instantly pulled in the unprepared Divine Doctor Hua.

“Junior Brother!!”

Su Xi, seeing this scene, quickly followed after him.

One before the other, they entered the interior of the giant tower.

After Su Xi completely entered the giant tower, the doors of the tower slamd shut, leaving no chance for the two to exit.

The two who entered the tower were utterly baffled, feeling completely bewildered.

“Senior Sister, this… I don’t know what’s going on either. I was just suddenly sucked in,” Divine Doctor Hua said, sowhat dazedly.

“Let’s go, we’ll see what’s inside.”

Su Xi shook her head and urged Divine Doctor Hua to go in with her. They were already inside; anything more they said would be useless.

“Okay.”

Divine Doctor Hua naturally dared not refuse.

Both steadied their stances and looked around.

At this mont, they stood on an exceedingly ancient-looking path.

The path was etched with countless strange runes.

They could not comprehend a single one of these runes.

Su Xi rely glanced at them before walking forward.

Seeing Su Xi move, Divine Doctor Hua hastily followed.

The two continued along the path.

After so ti had passed,

They finally saw sothing else.

Before them, a gateway stood open.

The gateway radiated light, its brilliance dazzling in the sowhat dim path, as if enticing them to enter.

“Let’s go.”

Su Xi, holding no fear, strode straight towards the gateway.

“Wait, wait! Senior Sister!”

Divine Doctor Hua, however, held Su Xi back.

“`

“What’s wrong?”

Su Xi tilted her head and asked.

“Senior Sister, if we go in so recklessly, could there be danger? Shouldn’t we observe for a while first?”

Divine Doctor Hua hesitated before speaking up.

He always felt that this senior sister was sowhat silly.

Unafraid of such matters.

But if Senior Sister was silly, he couldn’t afford to be.

Without observing first before entering, he always felt it wasn’t quite right.

“Danger? But this is the Discipline Hall of our sect, what danger could there be?”

Su Xi looked at Divine Doctor Hua strangely, then imdiately walked toward the entrance.

Divine Doctor Hua: “…”

This is the Discipline Hall of the sect.

What danger could there be within the sect.

He actually didn’t think of that.

The fool turned out to be himself…

Divine Doctor Hua suddenly fell silent, watching Su Xi walk towards the entrance, he quickly collected his thoughts and followed her.

The two reached the entrance.

Looking at the light passing through the entrance.

Su Xi, without any fear, walked straight in.

Divine Doctor Hua, on the other hand, was a bit hesitant and only followed after Su Xi had gone inside.

Divine Doctor Hua passed through the entrance.

What t his eyes was an open space.

The ground was still inscribed with countless runes.

“Senior Sister? Senior Sister, what’s wrong with you?”

Divine Doctor Hua was going to continue forward when he suddenly saw Su Xi, who had stopped next to him and was staring blankly at the ground.

No matter how he called out, there was no response.

Just as Divine Doctor Hua wanted to see what was wrong with Su Xi.

Suddenly, his mind shook and he beca dazed for a mont.

When he opened his eyes again, Su Xi, who had been beside him, had disappeared.

In her place was the open space in front of him, with countless runes flickering with light, as if urging him to quickly walk onto it.

Divine Doctor Hua was startled for a mont and did not move towards the open space.

Instead, he looked down at his own feet.

“An illusion? Looking at this illusion, it seems I need to walk onto the open space ahead to activate it. Isn’t that a bit basic? Who would this environnt stop? Probably not even a dog.”

Divine Doctor Hua found it amusing.

He channeled his own Death Qi beneath his feet, simply stepping lightly.

The surrounding space shattered like a mirage.

He found himself next to Su Xi once again.

Turning his head, he saw that Su Xi was still standing there, dazed.

He couldn’t help but feel puzzled.

This kind of illusory realm, he saw through at a glance.

This senior sister was no weaker than him, she should not be trapped here.

Divine Doctor Hua stretched out his hand, intending to call out to Su Xi again, or to directly help her out of the illusion.

Just as Divine Doctor Hua was about to make his move, with his hand not even touching Su Xi yet.

Su Xi suddenly looked up, her eyes directly eting Divine Doctor Hua’s outstretched hand.

“Junior Brother, what are you doing?”

Su Xi looked at Divine Doctor Hua and asked.

“No…nothing, I saw that Senior Sister hadn’t moved for so long, I thought you were trapped in that illusion and wanted to help you break free from it,”

Divine Doctor Hua rushed to explain, his face sowhat pale, but it inexplicably flushed.

He felt his actions, no matter how he looked at them, seed inappropriate. It was clearly just to help Su Xi break the illusion, but she happened to regain consciousness at that mont, making it seem like he was up to sothing.

“This illusion couldn’t trap . I was just looking to see what exactly was inside it, a mont of flooding, a mont of fire and thunderstorms, quite interesting, but just lacking a bit in power.”

Su Xi didn’t pay much attention and said to herself, looking down.

“Hmm, this illusion is indeed too weak. Anyone with eyes could get through it. So, it seems that this tower is ant for us to pass through the illusion?”

Divine Doctor Hua quickly nodded, trying to cover up his embarrassnt.

“Not necessarily, look Junior Brother, there is a staircase over there, it seems to be the way to the second floor,”

Su Xi pointed in a direction…
