“Those are the kind of skills you need to survive in an organization or group. Humans are creatures of emotion. They also deal with many small things.”

“Is that the wisdom of soone who hasn’t learned martial arts?”

“Whether you have martial arts or not, it’s wisdom you need. That’s why you can’t be a martial artist. They draw their swords at the drop of a hat, stab you once, and then stab themselves. Inma. And then they don’t live long. Let’s say they used up all their strength to save themselves for that mont. Do you know how fatal it is for air to get into your organs?”

“Hmm…”

“People aren’t ga characters, and just because you heal them, it doesn’t an their bodies will return to how they used to be. Those guys later get additional injuries and co back to the hospital.”

“…I really have no idea what you’re talking about. Hyung, is an uiwon the sa as a yiwon? What’s this about a ga?”

“I misspoke.”

“…”

Yeo Ha-ryun looked at his hyung with suspicion, and then finally shrugged.

Jin Cheon-hee continued,

“Anyway, if you ever need to use a sword on soone, think about it three tis. And if you think you absolutely have to use it, think about where the nearest physician is, and stab well enough to stay alive.”

“…What if it’s soone you absolutely have to kill?”

It wasn’t a sentence that would typically co out of a child’s lips. Moreover, it wasn’t a story to be told while finishing off skewered rice cake sticks without even drinking the honey tea.

Jin Cheon-hee answered the question.

“Then kill them right there, decisively. So the physician doesn’t have a chance to intervene. You won’t understand the feeling of trying to save soone who you know can’t be saved.”

Yeo Ha-ryun frowned and pondered deeply, his forehead furrowing. Finally, he said this:

“Twice.”

“What?”

“I can endure twice. Because it’s your words. Three tis is too late, no matter how I think about it.”

“What’s too late?”

“…”

Instead of answering, Yeo Ha-ryun diligently ate the skewers.

Seeing his clear expression of not wanting to answer, Jin Cheon-hee didn’t ask further. The fact that he thought twice before killing soone was quite an accomplishnt.

A sword could make things easier, but on the other hand, it could also complicate matters.

This guy never had difficulty due to lack of strength, or because he spared soone’s life, or because he killed soone who shouldn’t have been killed.

On the contrary, killing those who should not be killed, or killing to the point where madness tried to swallow him, made things more complicated.

Even with just this, it was evident that his behavior would improve.

“I’m not saying don’t kill. I’m saying, think about it.”

“Hmm.”

His mouth tightened into a straight line.

“Alright then. Hyung.”

“Good. Don’t you want to eat more?”

“What’s this dish of simred pig intestines over there?”

“It’s probably quite spicy. Can you handle it?”

“You don’t need to worry about that. Hyung.”

His tone was sowhat resolute.

It seed like he was prepared to face an extrely spicy substance with sll so pungent it made him cough.
