By then, a new batch of freed people was ready to move to the Heavenspart Federation. These were the slaves Shen Yu had rescued later and given so ti to adapt and be observed.

Things proceeded smoothly—or at least more smoothly than Shen Yu had expected. It was still a miracle that he had been able to build this working nation in a matter of days.

They were still exploring the first floor, as the majority of the population had been mundane people before arriving on the island. Only a few powerful individuals dared venture deeper—but they first helped others beco familiar with the dungeon.
That was unexpected for Shen Yu, but he warmly welcod such a gesture. There were even sects opening up in various locations led by these powerhouses.
